National Dex RU Winter Seasonal

Tournament Rules:
  • General tournament rules and regulations.
  • Best of three, double elimination.
  • This tournament will use the standard National Dex RU banlist, which can be found on Smogon's strategy dex, or here.
  • It is recommended that you use the challenge code linked at the end of the post.
  • If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
  • Battles must take place on Pokemon Showdown! or the SmogTours server
  • SV cartridge win conditions are in place; there are no ties.
  • National Dex-specific mechanics.
  • Replays are required.

Legal Footnote: I hereby give Runoisch ("Runo") the permission to decide via Pokemon Showdown Beta's random number generator (henceforth known as "coinflip" or "coinflipping") the victor for the two extensions given (See Section 2: Round 3 Losers) if the aforementioned parties receiving the extension do not attend their designated times nor claim forfeit. This will be done in a sub-chatroom (or "subroom") titled "National Dex Other Tiers" on the Pokemon Showdown Simulator. Photographic evidence will be provided to prevent any disputes between the parties and to ensure transparency in the proceedings.
