:greninja::tyranitar: + :sableye-mega:
We started out by deciding on our mega evolution. Dark has quite a few good options, but Sableye worked the best for this core. We gave it a standard defensive set with foul play to help beat physical setup sweepers like Garchomp.
:greninja::tyranitar::sableye-mega: + :mandibuzz::urshifu:
After deciding on Sableye-mega the team all fell into place. Both Mandibuzz and Urshifu are staples on Dark-type teams. On Mandibuzz we decided a standard Defog + U-turn set would work well. We gave Urshifu a Fightinium-z set with the standard 3 attacks + Bulk Up moveslots.
:greninja::tyranitar::sableye-mega::mandibuzz::urshifu: + :muk-alola:
The final slot had to go to Muk-a. It's special bulk and typing make it perfect for Dark-type teams that want to deal with Fairy-types. This team didn't end up being strong against any specific matchup, but it's a fine sample team with a small hazard stack theme.
Shoutouts to: |Powerman|, Rotten, Derpeddeath, starf0x, and paidactor420 for helping make this great team!

This Psychic core is fantastic due to, among a lot of things, Lele setting Psychic Terrain, protecting the team from moves like Sucker Punch from Bisharp, Shadow Sneak from Mimikyu and Aegislash, and Bullet Punch from Scizor. Their secondary Fairy and Fire typing also have a very good synergy, as Moonblast can deal with Dragon-types that would otherwise wall Victini and Dark-types that would force it out, as well as using Focus Blast to hit opposing Rock-types. Victini can wipe out Steel-types that aren't weak to Focus Blast such as Aegislash, Celesteela, Corviknight, Jirachi, and Mega-Scizor. It can also use Trick in opposing walls to cripple them and take advantage of a predicted switch to U-turn in Tapu Lele safely.

Rain flying has always been an interesting concept for flying especially with the incarnates getting weather ball and Zapdos getting hurricane. Peliper is the rain setter and also acts as part of the defensive core, Thundurus's ability helps Pelipers weakness to electric moves. Thundurus is a monster with np Thunder and Electric z along with having weather ball as a coverage move for ground types.

aa has bullied me into posting so here i go
:ss/magnezone: :ss/melmetal:
basic idea of the core is that mag absolutely shits on pretty much all steel resists so god mel can spam choice band double iron bash freely. volt +stabs are standard on specs zone, but its also hpgrass which is nice since that hits mega swampy gastro etc. melmetal is running its standard 4 moves, tpunch over ice punch since cb mel already does a fuckton to ice punch's targets. 12 speed outruns pex so u can flinch it/tpunch it

:Pelipper::Thundurus-Therian: + :Tornadus-Therian:
We started off by deciding on another Rain abuser, Tornadus-Therian was a great choice due to access to Nasty Plot and a great special move pool along with having a great speed tier.
:Pelipper::Thundurus-Therian::Tornadus-Therian: + :Celesteela::Gliscor:
After deciding on Tornadus-Therian the team needed a steel bird with 3 different options to chose from we narrowed it down to Celesteela. We also decided that we should run Gliscor as our electric immunity giving it a stealth rock and toxic set over the classic stall breaker set which helped us create a defensive core of Pelipper, Celesteela, and Gliscor.
:Pelipper::Thundurus-Therian::Tornadus-Therian::Celesteela::Gliscor: + :Aerodactyl-Mega:
The final slot went to Aerodactyl-Mega this gave us speed control and gave the team a psychical breaker we originally decied on Dragon Dance, Stone Edge, Earthquake, and Dual Wingbeat but due to Tornadus already having Hurricane we decided to go for pursuit this lets us pursuit trap pokemon such as Slowking-Galar and Raichu-Alola.

The main idea of this rock core is Nihilego can wear down water and ground types that Aerodactyl has struggle breaking such as Toxapex, Gastrodon/Swampert, Hippowdon, and Garchomp with Grass Knot, Gigavolt Havoc, and Hidden Power Ice. Nihilego can also break Celesteela and Corviknight, two steel types that bother rock teams in general. Aerodactyl can deal with various steel types that Nihilego is walled by such as Magnezone, Heatran, Ferrothorn, Mega Scizor, and Bisharp using either Earthquake or Fire Fang. Mega Venusaur is another notable pokemon that Aerodactyl can beat or weaken for Nihilego and other teammates. In more general terms, the vast amount of coverage options between Aero and Nihilego allow both pokemon to weaken defensive pokemon and make it easier for the other to sweep. I opted for Adamant on Aerodactyl because I would normally use this in tandem with Sticky Web and to maximize damage output.

I chose here lopunny-mega which is a logical choice in normal for its speed and scrappy talent that threatens the ghost types. Coupled with triple axel to hit dragon and fly types, as well as u-turn for momentum. I decided to go completely offensive core by adding Meloetta Choice Specs. Trick is useful for surprising troublesome defensive walls. And his special bulk allows him to switch-in against certain threats and threaten them in turn in a serious way. I think this core will be very effective in mono natdex, and interesting to exploit.

:Lopunny::Meloetta: + :Blissey::Staraptor:

We started off by deciding to add the defensive core of Blissey and Staraptor which also gives Stealth Rock and Defog along with pivoting moves U-turn and Teleport to bring in the breakers.

:Lopunny::Meloetta::Blissey::Staraptor: + :Ditto::Diggersby:

The final 2 slots, we decided to add Ditto as speed control and Diggersby who acts as an electric immunity and also a setup sweeper and is our Z move user.
:Lopunny::Indeedee: + :Blissey::Staraptor:

After building the Meloetta team Mateeus suggested we try Indeedee as it is slightly faster and has a better ability. With this core, we added the defensive core of Blissey and Staraptor which also gives Stealth Rock and Defog along with pivoting moves U-turn and Teleport to bring in the breakers.
:Lopunny::Indeedee::Blissey::Staraptor: + :Ditto::Porygon-Z:

The final 2 slots, we decided to add Ditto as speed control and Porygon-Z who we opted over Diggersby as Indeedee ability nerfs it.

:Charizard::Torkoal: + :Volcarona::

We started of with the core and decided we would like another strong setup sweeper so Volcarona was the obvious choice and with Torkoal as our spinner, we ran Z move helping it break Toxapex and Other pokemon who resist its stab.

:Charizard::Torkoal::Volcarona: + :Volcanion:
We decided we wanted Volcanion for the water immunity and sheer power with choice specs becoming an excellent breaker and also acting as our Azumarill counter by speed creeping AD Azumarill with the rest into HP and SPA.

:Charizard::Torkoal::Volcarona::Volcanion: + :Blacephalon::Cinderace:

With our team being very slow we decided to run Blacephalon and Cinderace as our last mons Blacephalon is an amazing scarfer and also counters Nihilego which our team would otherwise autoloses too. Cinderace is part of our speed control and helps and can also become a late-game sweeper if needed along with being our priority user for the team.
We also have some replays from Coo1313/Trouser Snakes

Victini @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 HP / 16 Atk / 240 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- V-create
- Final Gambit
- Trick / Bolt Strike

The core I propose is based on psychic, and alakazam-mega, which is quite abandoned in favor of a more useful physical breaker for this type, gallade-mega.

Alakazam-mega has some advantages that counterbalance its disadvantages, including its terrible fragility. His devastating special attack, and his outrageous speed are already strong arguments despite a type very oriented around special attack, he stands out from the crowd. But what makes him particularly appreciable is his talent that copies that of the opponent, making him dangerous for rains, raichu-alola under eletric terrain, see copy the flash fire of heatran.

However, in order to be able to exploit it to its maximum, I went to a current teammate, Victini choice scarf. His set, is invested in HPs, he has a great chance to take a kill against a pokemon with final gambit (tapu fini for example). I play him here with u-turn for momentum, his stab v-create and trick to annoy some defensive pokemons, however bolt strike is also an option.
