Yuggles

hey that second guy isn't too bad
Sorry, but what what exactly does the physical number represent? Like, for Physical Normal, there's a 20.44% chance of seeing a normal attack on a team? Or is it something else?

Exactly what you said. Which means that Physical Normal is the most common type in UU (And I did not even take into account Rapid Spin lol)

Wait, Explosion is more common than Return?

Lol.
You know, before I threw myself into this I thought the same thing, but now I realize that Explosion is really common - even more in the standard ladder than UU. In Ubers it is not the most common Normal move simply because everything and their mother has Extremespeed there.

And when you think about it's usefulness and the fact that, while Return is generally used only on Normal types, Explosion's usage is more widespread (pretty much everything which gets it uses it sometimes), you understand why the fireworks are so common^^ (because, you know, Selfdestruct is more used than you would give credit for - stupid Mewtwo (Ubers), Snorlax (OU) and Wailord (UU)...)

Hm... Do the Italics indicate a move with less than 1% usage in their type in general or within their specific category of type (such as Physical Ice and Special Ice, for example)?

In any case, how are all of the Dragon-type moves Italicized? Or is it a statistic of all collective types as one?

Honestly Physical Normal moves being at the top is a little bit surprising...

And actually Explosion is a lot more common in Standard than in UU, but, despite that fact, Physical Normal is not at the top there...

Move in italics got less than 1% usage, simple as that. For example, Grass Knot is in italics because it got 0,68% usage

The fact is that not only Explosion, but also Return, Fake Out, Facade, Quick Attack etc got a lot of usage, much more than in standard

Dont know why physical nomal is number one exactly.... but thanks for the stats, these are really helpful, ive been in the market for a new uu team.
