Name: Psyshield Bash
Accuracy: 100%
Power: 80
Effect: Uses user's SpD stat as Atk in damage calculation.
Pokémon With This Move (optional): + :deoxys::cosmoem::uxie:
Justification: make cress not passive anymore.

:sv/gholdengo:
Name: Gholdengo
Type: Steel / Ghost
Stats: 112 / 80 / 100 / 133 / 91 / 84 | 600
Justification: aegislash but actually GOOD. zacian level physical bulk and just under caly-s special bulk with a speed tier that just underspeeds zyg-c (though youd need earth eater/fc to not get chunked) and a typing that blocks both rapid spin and mortal spin.

:sv/cramorant::sv/cramorant-gulping::sv/cramorant-gorging:
Name: Cramorant
Type: Water / Flying
Stats: 100 / 105 / 85 / 105 / 95 / 60 | 550
Gulping Stats: 100 / 105 / 65 / 85 / 115 / 60 | 550
Gorging Stats: 100 / 85 / 105 / 105 / 75 / 60 | 550
Justification: cram is up. bulk is buffed overall but shifted toward physical to help beat zac-c more often - most notably it always lives things like +1 pdon vcreate and band adapt photon mmx at full health. gulping's special bulk is guaranteed to live up to specs mmy psysurge eforce at full.
gorging does what it usually did while gulping is a weird guy that can lower -1 def and pivot to maybe a pursuiter.
Ability: Magician
Effect: Self-announces on switchin. The user will ignore items when attacking.
Permanent: No
Ignorable: N/A
Justification: Most applicable on mons that want to ignore Covert Cloak and Assault Vest. Self announces like Mold Breaker to help with counterplay.
Name: V-create (readjust)
Accuracy: unchanged
Power: 120 -> 150
Category: unchanged
PP: unchanged
Effect: Super effective multiplier 1.5x -> 1.2x
Z-Effect (if a Status move): unchanged
Priority: unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): unchanged
Type: unchanged
Pokémon With This Move (optional): unchanged
Justification: Slate 1's numbers were made with a potential PDon nerf and unrestrict in mind, so V-create was overnerfed. A readjustment in base power means PDon is not completely screwed on its main STAB, as 150 BP is enough to OHKO threats like MMX. This is why 150 + 1.2x was chosen over 140 + 1.3x

Name: Origin Pulse
Accuracy: Unchanged
Power: 110 -> 120
Category: Unchanged
PP: Unchanged
Effect: Unchanged
Priority: Unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Unchanged
Type: Unchanged
Justification: If GLance got matched to Astral then Origin Pulse should get matched with PBlades, also helps distinguish more with Steam Eruption, as its only good rn for PP.

Name: Contrary
Effect: If this Pokemon has a stat stage raised it is lowered instead, and vice versa. This works only once each time the Pokémon enters battle.
Permanent: No
Ignoreable: Yes
Justification: Contrary is busted so this applies the Protean/Libero nerf on it. By only boosting once you can no longer endlessly snowball. Offers another alternative to Pure Power by providing a useful +2 setup per switchin while getting to fire off a strong move like Fleur Cannon or Psycho Boost. The drawback is after the first boost the subsequent moves give the usual stat drops, and you also get screwed if you get a stat drop before you use your move, such as from Parting Shot, Moonblast etc.

:expert-belt:
Name: Expert Belt
Effect: From 1.2x to 1.3x
Removable: Unchanged
Fling Power & Effect: Unchanged
Justification: Expert Belt is a pretty weak item because its inconsistent damage boosts so stuff like Plates, Life Orb, or utility items like Cloak Lefties and Boots are generally preferred. A 1.3x boost makes it on par with Life Orb for super effective moves so it offers a strong alternative to sets that rely on wide coverage options for targets.

:sv/Toxapex:
Name: Toxapex
Type: Water/Poison
Stats: 50/63/152/53/142/35 -> 65/63/152/53/142/35|510 (+15 HP)
Justification: Toxapex has a really good typing for the meta, resisting the Fairy moves while also having the useful Water-type. However, its bulk is just not good enough to check stuff consistently so a bulk increase helps it hit benchmarks such as never getting 2hkoed by Steelworker Kartana's Sunsteel Strike and Specs Diancie's Boomburst with a Sassy nature. Its still very very passive

:sv/Pincurchin:
Name: Pincurchin
Type: Electric -> Electric/Poison
Stats: 48/101/95/91/85/15|435 -> 98/101/110/91/105/15|520 (+50 HP, +15 Def +20 SpD)
Justification: Electric Poison is a cool defensive type that offers a Fairy resist, an Electric resist, and a Steel resist, with a main drawback of being 4x Ground weak. Bulk numbers lets it take 2 TC Power Whips from Kartana with a Relaxed nature, and 2 Hadron Rising Voltages from Miraidon (not specs).
Name: Bleakwind Storm, Wildbolt Storm, Springtide Storm, Sandsear Storm
Accuracy: 100%
Power: 100 (unchanged)
Z-Power (if a signature attack): 180 (unchanged)
Category: all special (unchanged)
PP: springtide gets 16, the other ones keep 16 (springtide had 8 for some reason)
Effect: unchanged
Priority: 0 (unchanged)
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): wind (unchanged)
Type: unchanged
Justification: subbing sandsear for a good special ground move to cure my earth plate addiction. ground is one of the most sought for coverage types and special ground in particular is good to hit pdon but your strongest pick is either earth power or earth plate judgment. this fixes that. sandsear's secondary effect is also very useful, and 16 pp with 100% accuracy allows you to plausibly fish for burns.

the other 3 are just here as part of the family. bleakwind is cool since flying also lack good strong special moves, but you do have aeriburst and owing so its not nearly as bad, not to mention special attackers arent looking for flying coverage anyway. the 30% speed drop is also nifty for that zacian switching into you. springtide is moonblast with a few tradeoffs - 5 more bp, atk drop which is arguably more useful than spa drop (especially on things like ph qd xerneas), but 8 less pp. wildbolt is just buffed tbolt, and id still run bolt strike/tcage/drift before it.
Name: Sword/Beads/Tablets/Vessel of Ruin
Effect: Lowers the Defense/Special Defense/Attack/Special Attack of All Pokemon on the field by 25%
Impermanent: No
Ignoreable: No
Justification
: These abilities would become very weak if nerfed numerically, as they already self-announce. This way, instead of reducing the primary functionality of the ability, you're adding a downside like all the other damage amp abilities (e.g. tc/sf only affecting some moves) Sword and Beads mons now are frailer than with other abilities. This primarily affects Zacian-C and Mega Mewtwo X/Y. Tablets and Vessel, while already niche and not needing a nerf, don't suffer much from this change.

Name: Wicked Torque / Blazing Torque
Accuracy: unchanged
Power: 100
Category: Physical
PP: unchanged
Effect: Afflicts the target with Taunt for 1 turn. / 10% chance to burn the target.
Priority: unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Contact
Type: unchanged
Pokémon With This Move (optional): + :revavroom:
Justification: wicked/blazing torque being only 80 bp bothered me so heres a buff, taking a page from joltemons for wicked. blazing torque competes with sacred fire but imo the lower burn chance balances out the higher pp.

Name: Tar Shot
Accuracy: unchanged
Power: 75 (Z-Move: 160)
Category: Special
PP: unchanged
Effect: unchanged
Priority: unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Bullet
Type: Ground
Pokémon With This Move (optional): + :revavroom::mamoswine::great-tusk:
Justification: tar shot is an interesting effect so lets make it actually good.

Name: Raging Bull
Accuracy: unchanged
Power: unchanged
Category: Physical
PP: 15
Effect: Type depends on secondary typing.
Priority: unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): unchanged
Type: unchanged
Pokémon With This Move (optional): + :granbull:
Justification: meta environment is harder against normalize proofing so heres another option.
Name: All-Seeing Eye
Effect: This Pokemon's Psychic-type status moves heal it for 1/4 max HP.
Impermanent: Yes
Ignoreable: N/A
Pokémon With This Ability (Optional): :claydol::beheeyem::xatu:(over early bird)
Justification: funky pet mod abil that can be used with teleport, magic coat, take heart, trick room, etc. theres a lot of funny psychic status moves.
:sv/sableye::sv/sableye-mega:
Name: Sableye(-Mega)
Type: Dark / Ghost
Stats: 75 / 75 / 75 / 75 / 75 / 50 | 425
Mega Stats: 75 / 90 / 125 / 90 / 125 / 20 | 525
Justification: p nice buff to sab, giving it higher-than-mew bulk which allows it to keep up with the increased power level.
:sv/mawile::sv/mawile-mega:
Name: Mawile(-Mega)
Type: Ground / Fairy
Stats: 75 / 85 / 85 / 65 / 65 / 50 | 425
Mega Stats: 75 / 105 / 125 / 65 / 105 / 50 | 525
Justification: v nice buff to maw, giving it great stab coverage and a useful immunity to electric to block miraidon/zekrom.

:sv/scovillain:
Name: Scovillain
Type: Grass / Fire
Stats: 89 / 148 / 75 / 88 / 75 / 75 | 550
Justification: triage user with bitter blade and horn leech. ohkos up to mmx with 1 spike up at +2. can handle dragons with glance but beware of getting outsped by speed invested ones.

:sv/celesteela:
Name: Celesteela
Type: Steel / Flying
Stats: 107 / 61 / 113 / 127 / 101 / 61 | 570
Justification: pumping up a flying type because most flyings suck. slightly better physical bulk and better special attack allows its triage sets to be more threatening - in particular, +3 ep is able to ohko zacian after 1 spike. passive ass anchor shot sets also get even more passive. its a win-win!

Name: Auspicious Armor
Effect: When any Pokemon attempts to remove this item, they are inflicted with disable.
Removable: false
Fling Power & Effect: 80. 100% Disable.
Justification: It should also have an effect when its twin item has one. (If there's a third one in DLC then it should have the effect of Encore.)
Name: Pressure
Effect: Other Pokemon's Attack drops by 1 stage after that Pokemon uses a Physical move. The same applies to Special Attack.
Justification: Mewtwo loves this ajustment.

Name: Genesect-Shock
Type: Electric/Steel
Stats: 71/120/95/120/95/149///650 (+0/+0/+0/+0/+0/+50///+50)

Justification: The meta needs more mid Steel types. Burn forme can run both Vc and mglo, Chill forme is Kyurem-B with better speed and probably better typing but worse bulk, Douse forme is penguin but better with almost the same bulk as 100/100/100, Shock forme is ehhh, fast. These four count as one submission but I won't submit more ajustments this slate.

Will edit over time, sheet is also updated with last slates mons
Name: Moongeist Beam + Sunsteel Strike + Photon Geyser (Resubmit)
Accuracy: Unchanged
Power: 100 -> 90
Z-Power: Unchanged (we could do 180 -> 175 but Thousand Arrows has 180 (and Land's Wrath has 185) so who cares)
Z-Power: Unchanged for signature Z-moves as well
Category: Unchanged
PP: Unchanged
Effect: Unchanged
Priority: Unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Unchanged
Type: Unchanged
Justification: Moldy moves are extremely metagame defining, as they dictate what FurScales users are good, since a good Scales user pretty much has to resist Moongeist while FC has to resist Sunsteel. These nerfs also provide a nerf to Zacian-C, and an alternate angle to nerf stuff like Gengar-Mega instead of nerfing Astral Barrage. Photon Geyser didn't really need to be nerfed but consistency

Name: Anchor Shot, Spirit Shackle (Resubmit)
Accuracy: Unchanged
Power: Unchanged
Category: Unchanged
PP: Unchanged
Effect: Unchanged
Priority: Unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): No longer boosted by Sheer Force
Type: Unchanged
Justification: Consistency with Thousand Waves and avoid being blocked by Covert Cloak, which is currently basically outclassing Shed Shell *mostly.

Name: Fishious Rend, Bolt Beak (Edit)
Accuracy: Unchanged
Power: 75 -> 70
Category: Unchanged
PP: Unchanged
Effect: Unchanged
Priority: Unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Unchanged
Type: Unchanged
Justification: While Fishious is more or less OK, 150 BP Bolt Beak off of threats like Zacian-C heavily damages common walls like Arceus-Water, threatening potential 2HKOs, a small BP nerf can help reduce its overall power, and also make options like Sheer Force Bolt Strike more competitive.

Name: Life Dew
Accuracy: Unchanged
Power: Unchanged
Category: Unchanged
PP: 16 -> 8
Effect: Previously: Each Pokemon on the user's side restores 1/4 of its maximum HP, rounded half up.
New: The user restores 1/2 of its maximum HP if Delta Stream or no weather conditions are in effect or if any active Pokemon is holding Utility Umbrella, 2/3 of its maximum HP if the weather is Primordial Sea or Rain Dance, and 1/4 of its maximum HP if the weather is Desolate Land, Sunny Day, Sandstorm, or Snow, all rounded half down.
Priority: Unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Unchanged
Type: Unchanged
Justification: Provides a Rain version of the healing moves for some improofing options.
Name: Neuroforce (Resubmit)
Effect: 1.25x -> 1.5x
Permanent: No
Ignoreable: No, but does not matter
Justification: Neuroforce is basically outclassed always. This change makes it an appealing option for mixed sets with a wide super effective coverage that do not want Sheer Force, Magic Guard, or Pure Power. It also buffs Ultranecrozium-Z NDM/NDW.

Name: Curious Medicine (Resubmit)
Effect: Also affects foes (resets all stat changes of all Pokémon on the field).
Permanent: No
Ignoreable: No, but does not matter.
Justification: A strong ability that acts as an alternative to PrankHaze as an anti setup option. Comparatively, it has more momentum by not needing to spend a turn and also does not need to run a moveslot on Haze. Prankster should still be viable though because it provides priority glare encore recovery and other uses like dbond and wisp.

Name: Anticipation
Effect: When the moves Doom Desire, Future Sight are used, they will activate an additional time on the turn after the move is originally used, in addition to the normal activation two turns after the move is originally used, with both activations deal 1/3rd less damage. For Wish, it will activate an additional time on the turn the move is used, in addition to the normal activation one turn after the move is originally used, with both activations restore 1/3rd less health.
Permanent: No.
Ignoreable: Yes.
Justification: Doom Desire and Future Sight are fantastic offensive support tools that can enable some very creative and deadly combinations. Wish can also be very interesting support for certain Pokemon. This ability makes the moves quite a bit more effective, creating two turns of damage or immediate healing support for the user.

Name: Earth Eater (Edit)
Effect: No longer absorb Spikes, simple immunity to Spikes (still affected by Toxic Spikes and Sticky Web).
Permanent: No.
Ignoreable: Yes.
Justification: Earth Eater almost completely outclasses Levitate and also heavily disturbs the hazard game, with setting up Spikes being very unrewarding. This change makes it very comparable to Levitate, with Levitate ignoring the other two hazards while also dodging terrain effects like from Expanding Force and Rising Voltage while Earth Eater heals.
:booster-energy:
Name: Booster Energy (Resubmit)
Effect: One-use to Unlimited use
Removable: Unchanged
Fling Power & Effect: Unchanged
Justification: An interesting offensive item when combined with Protosynthesis/Quark Drive to provide a (usually) speed boost that Imposter doesn't copy.

:clear-amulet:
Name: Clear Amulet
Effect: Block Strength Sap
Removable: Unchanged
Fling Power & Effect: Unchanged
Justification: An interesting utility item that blocks the ubiquitous Strength Sap, can be useful for improofing or for high attack mons that want to avoid being sapped on.
:sv/iron-bundle:
Name: Iron Bundle (Resubmit)
Type: Ice/Water
Stats: 56/80/114/124/60/136|570 -> 76/80/94/134/80/136|600 (+20 HP, -20 Def, +10 SpA, +20 SpD)
Justification: Iron Bundle has a really cool offensive typing and decent stats, notably it has perfect coverage between STABs. 134 SpA gives it enough power to 2HKO Ice Scales Arc with Specs PSea Water Spout after 1 Spike, 2HKO PH POgre with LO SF Freeze-Dry, and 2HKO neutral Arc with LO SF Steam Eruption. Extra SpD lets it always live two Griseous Orb Giratina's Core Enforcers, Def dropped to match HP increase.
I wanted to give it extra speed so it could opt for Modest while outspeeding 120s but 138 ties hero formes and 137 is an odd number :/

:sv/darmanitan-galar-zen:
Name: Darmanitan-Galar-Zen (Resubmit)
Type: Ice/Fire
Stats: 105/160/55/30/55/135|540 -> 105/130/55/30/55/135|520 (-30 Atk)
Justification: Everyone's favourite Snowman has an absurd offensive typing and stats, but so far Glance is nerfed and V-create has been nerfed, so it might be manageable. Some stat adjustments reduce its overall power, making stuff like Band OPulse V-create unable to 2HKO Mega Slowbro, and Band Glance unable to 2HKO PDon.

:sv/brute-bonnet:
Name: Brute Bonnet (Edit)
Type: Poison/Dark
Stats: 111/127/109/59/109/55|570 -> 111/117/103/81/103/55|570 (-10 Atk, -6 Def, +22 SpA, -6 SpD)
Justification: While Brute Bonnet was a very new submission, during testing I personally found it very easy to use and a bit too splashable thanks to its amazing typing and sturdy bulk, hard checking threats like MMY, CalyS, and MGar. A very slight defenses nerf make Brute Bonnet noticeably more vulnerable to moves like MG MMY's Bolt Beak and LoR, meaning it could really use Black Sludge, which compete with items like Ability Shield. A slight attack nerf helps increase its passivity, with Knock Off rarely 2HKOing Mega Latios. I kept the nice speed-tier to underspeed stuff like Cramorant.

:sv/audino-mega:
Name: Audino-Mega
Type: Normal/Fairy
Stats: 103/60/126/80/126/50|535 -> 103/60/126/110/126/50|565 (+30 SpA)
Justification: Audino-Mega kind of fell off the meta pretty hard ever since mid USUM. A moderate SpA bump helps greatly reduce its passivity, letting Moonblast now 2HKO threats like Miraidon. This lets MAudino be a solid SpD pivot that can still do its usual role of switching into passive mons while retaining momentum, as Mega Gengar is less used, letting MAudino blanket most SpAers. It is still enormous bait for most Zac-C and PDon sets, making QD PH a less attractive option.

Justification: pumping up a flying type because most flyings suck. slightly better physical bulk and better special attack allows its triage sets to be more threatening - in particular, +3 ep is able to ohko zacian after 1 spike. passive ass anchor shot sets also get even more passive. its a win-win!
can you share the discord link server?

Name: Quick Powder/Metal Powder
Effect: Work as before, but now also work while Ditto is transformed.
Removable (Can this be removed by Knock Off or Trick?): Yes
Fling Power & Effect: Unchanged
Justification: Quick Powder doubles Ditto's Speed, so you can always be faster than your opponent while still being able to change moves. The downside is that you have to use Ditto and its poor HP stat. Metal Powder is also here for consistency.

:sv/iron-moth:
Name: Iron Moth
Type: Fire/Fairy
Stats: 80/70/80/160/110/110 (+20 Def, +20 SpA)
Justification: powerful mglo mon that shares much of the same problems as mdiancie (relatively frail and slow). its specially, only slightly frailer physically, and have a much better defensive typing allowing you to get opportunities against steels fairies and zacc. 160 spa does put it on par with diancie but it also gives you the ohko on zygod after rocks, the boosted def gives it better opportunities against steels while the special bulk lets it be a good pixiburst switchin.

:sv/sandy-shocks:
Name: Sandy Shocks
Type: Electric/Ground
Stats: 85/81/133/151/55/107 (+36 Def, +30 SpA, -30 SpD, +6 Spe)
Justification: i need something to satiate my desire for a quick feet mon. basically, shocks can run quick feet flame orb to always outspeed imp, and the buffed spattack and dropped spdef lets it always ohko eviolite imp after a tail glow. the speed lets it outspeed calys at +1, which would otherwise be would be an issue for something so specially frail, while underspeeding pretty much the same attackers it undersped before the buff. ended up buffing its physical bulk so it can find opportunities against steels, especially considering its special bulk has been wrecked. if chess's booster energy sub goes through shocks would be a very nice abuser of it as well.

:sv/eternatus-eternamax:
Name: Eternatus-Eternamax
Type: Poison/Dragon
Stats: 255/135/55/135/55/55
Justification: well its impostor, except it can do actual things while not being impostor and not transformed, letting it improof things. even outside of being imp it is still extremely bulky, just slightly less than arceus. and the 255 hp creates some interesting dynamics, such as making its impostor basically the same as it, meaning it cant switch into its core enforcers. its gambit also deletes everything, but it is slow as molasses.
:power-herb:
Name: Power Herb (originally subbed by chessking)
Effect: same, except its not a one-time consumable
Removable (Can this be removed by Knock Off or Trick?): yes
Fling Power & Effect: same
Justification: i quite liked this, meme beme sounds fun, it comes with a geomancy tweak to make sure it doesnt instantly create nutty selfproofing sweepers

:muscle-band::wise-glasses:
Name: Muscle Band, Wise Glasses
Effect: also boosts the accuracy of the moves of the respective category by 20%
Removable (Can this be removed by Knock Off or Trick?): yes
Fling Power & Effect: same
Justification: so moves like blades and flare can actually hit and focus miss becomes a real enough move (it will still miss at the worst possible moment and ghosts that can run this will prolly opt for plate judgment anyway). wide lens was also kinda shit.
Name: Geomancy
Accuracy: --
Power: --
Z-Power (if a signature attack): --
Category: status
PP: unchanged
Effect: charges turn 1, boosts user's special attack and speed by 1 stage it turn 2
Z-Effect (if a Status move): same as before (omniboost on the charge turn)
Priority: +0
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): unchanged
Type: fairy
Justification: so power herb geomancy dont break the tier.

:sv/marowak:
Name: Marowak
Type: Ground
Stats: 110/95/145/50/100/45 (545 BST)
Justification: its a trick room mon. but also a very slow, but also VERY bulky slow wallbreaker, with 95 attack and thick club giving an insane attack stat. plus, it has moves to abuse like swords dance, but also having recovery to take advantage of its bulk.

:sv/slither-wing:
Name: Slither Wing
Type: Bug/Fire
Stats: 85/151/79/75/135/139 (664 BST)
Justification: opposite of the previous mon, fast-ish wallbreaker with a huge natural attack stat of 150. with its fire typing, its able to utilize powerful moves like V-Create to break through most mons. it can utilize set-up moves like Victory Dance or Swords Dance to become even deadlier. though, it is kinda slow. being outsped by mons like mega mewtwo y and zacian-crowned. though, it forces those it because they'll get ohko'd otherwise. kinda forced to run boots tho.
:sv/iron-jugulis:
Name: Iron Jugulis
Type: Dark/Flying
Stats: 114/106/114/106/80/104 (624 BST)
Justification: iron jugulis functions as a support pokemon, being able to use moves like Ceaseless Edge to set up spikes, wich also gains STAB. its an alternative to yveltal, being weaker but being bulkier and faster. it can probably use abilities like Regenerator or Magic Guard.

Name: Parental Bond
Effect: This Pokemon's damaging moves hit twice. The second hit has its damage quartered. dos not function with moves that have set damage (ie. Nature's Madness, Seismic Toss, Super Fang).
Impermanent: No
Ignoreable: No
Justification: unbreaking parental bond so it becomes legal again

Name: Tar Shot
Accuracy: unchanged
Power: 75 (Z-Move: 160)
Category: Special
PP: unchanged
Effect: unchanged
Priority: unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Bullet
Type: Ground

Justification: tar shot is an interesting effect so lets make it actually good.

Category: Physical
PP: 15
Effect: Type depends on secondary typing.
Priority: unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): unchanged
Type: unchanged

Justification: meta environment is harder against normalize proofing so heres another option.

Name: All-Seeing Eye
Effect: This Pokemon's Psychic-type status moves heal it for 1/4 max HP.
Impermanent: Yes
Ignoreable: N/A
Pokémon With This Ability (Optional): :claydol::beheeyem::xatu:(over early bird)
Justification: funky pet mod abil that can be used with teleport, magic coat, take heart, trick room, etc. theres a lot of funny psychic status moves.

:sv/celesteela:
Name: Celesteela
Type: Steel / Flying
Stats: 107 / 61 / 113 / 127 / 101 / 61 | 570

Name: Auspicious Armor
Effect: When any Pokemon attempts to remove this item, they are inflicted with disable.
Removable: false
Fling Power & Effect: 80. 100% Disable.
Justification: It should also have an effect when its twin item has one. (If there's a third one in DLC then it should have the effect of Encore.)

Name: Anchor Shot, Spirit Shackle (Resubmit)
Accuracy: Unchanged
Power: Unchanged
Category: Unchanged
PP: Unchanged
Effect: Unchanged
Priority: Unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): No longer boosted by Sheer Force
Type: Unchanged
Justification: Consistency with Thousand Waves and avoid being blocked by Covert Cloak, which is currently basically outclassing Shed Shell *mostly.

:sv/brute-bonnet:
Name: Brute Bonnet (Edit)
Type: Poison/Dark
Stats: 111/127/109/59/109/55|570 -> 111/117/103/81/103/55|570 (-10 Atk, -6 Def, +22 SpA, -6 SpD)
:sv/sandy-shocks:
Name: Sandy Shocks
Type: Electric/Ground
Stats: 85/81/133/151/55/107 (+36 Def, +30 SpA, -30 SpD, +6 Spe)
Justification: i need something to satiate my desire for a quick feet mon. basically, shocks can run quick feet flame orb to always outspeed imp, and the buffed spattack and dropped spdef lets it always ohko eviolite imp after a tail glow. the speed lets it outspeed calys at +1, which would otherwise be would be an issue for something so specially frail, while underspeeding pretty much the same attackers it undersped before the buff. ended up buffing its physical bulk so it can find opportunities against steels, especially considering its special bulk has been wrecked. if chess's booster energy sub goes through shocks would be a very nice abuser of it as well.

in the wake of the upcoming ndbh tera suspect test, for slate 5 (the halfway point of mbh) i'm going to add another category you can sub once for: tera

here is the submission template
Code:
[hide=tera]
[B]Effect[/B]: what new effect will it have, if any
[B]Duration[/B]: how long will it last
[B]Description[/B]:
add any required item/move here
[/hide]
when voting you will be given the tera sub options, no change, or the option to ban tera altogether; this category will be ranked where your first vote will count for 3 points, your second vote will count for 2 points, and your third and subsequent vote will count for 1 point

with that, slate 5 is now open
Effect: user gains the tera typing instead of replacing its entire typing; has no effect if the tera typing matches one of the user's typing
Duration: 5 turns (if uncodeable, until the user switches out)
Description: reduces the zyg effect (spamming zyg on every team and teraing it to w/e you need) by maintaining its weaknesses to ice and usually fairy/dragon. also 5 turns means you dont keep it forever so you have to be smarter with when you tera
Name: Ceaseless Edge / Stone Axe
Accuracy: 100
Power: unchanged
Category: Physical
PP: unchanged
Effect: unchanged
Priority: unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): unchanged
Type: unchanged
Pokémon With This Move (optional): + :zoroark::gallade: (ceaseless edge) + :barbaracle::sudowoodo: (stone axe)
Justification: these fuckin moves miss so damn much i hate it

Name: Wicked Torque / Blazing Torque
Accuracy: unchanged
Power: 100
Category: Physical
PP: unchanged
Effect: Afflicts the target with Taunt if they are statused.

Name: Razor Shell
Accuracy: 100
Power: 80
Category: Physical
PP: 15
Effect: 100% chance to lower the target's Defense by 1.
Priority: unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): unchanged
Type: unchanged
Justification: water lash to throw a bone at the lack of grenashes
Name: Starmobile
Effect: If this Pokemon is Revavroom, its torque moves (all moves that have torque in them) have 1.5x power.
Impermanent: No
Ignoreable: No
Pokémon With This Ability (Optional): :revavroom:
Justification: funky permability that makes a usually awful offensive type have p good "stab" coverage.

Name: Orichalcum Pulse / Hadron Engine
Effect: On switch-in, summons Sunny Day / Electric Terrain. During Sunny Day / Electric Terrain, highest stat is 1.3x, 1.5x if Speed.
Impermanent: No
Ignoreable: No
Justification: nerfs to oripulse and hadron engine because imo i find them too overbearing (hadron much more so). primarily nerfs miraidon and zacc while not touching more niche users like xurk and blaziken. also could be used for like megarupt/reshiram/zekrom? who knows
:sv/revavroom:
Name: Revavroom
Type: Steel / Poison
Stats: 100 / 139 / 70 / 54 / 117 / 110 | 600
Justification: roaring moon looking ass statline. meant to pair with starmobile.

:sv/ho-oh::sv/lugia:
Name: Ho-Oh/Lugia
Ho-Oh Stats: 106 / 140 / 110 / 100 / 134 / 90 | 680
Lugia Stats: 106 / 90 / 140 / 110 / 134 / 100 | 680
Justification: both of these mons are mid in the meta, hooh mostly for being a special wall weak to electric and lugia for just having a bad typing overall. this attempts to spruce them up a bit. hooh gets more physical bulk to comfortably live volt tackles if fc along with a slight power boost, while lugia gets a spa boost to maybe abuse lumina crash + boomburst/owing along with a slight def boost. they both get nerfed spd but both have good enough typing to take the hit.

:sv/abomasnow::sv/abomasnow-mega:
Name: Abomasnow(-Mega)
Base Stats: 90 / 90 / 85 / 90 / 85 / 60 | 500
Mega Stats: 90 / 120 / 120 / 120 / 120 / 20 | 600
Mega Ability: Drizzle
Type: Grass / Water
Justification: grass water is a pretty cool typing being a water that resists ground and a grass that isnt weak to fire. with fc it does well against zacc and with covert cloak should wall stuff like zygc indefinitely.

:sv/volcarona:
Name: Volcarona
Base Stats: 85 / 50 / 135 / 115 / 135 / 80 | 500
Type: Fire / Bug
Justification: fire bug is a not too shabby a defensive typing, being a fire neutral to ground and resistant to fighting. it has merit as a zacc check with fc or mg mmy check with scales/regen. limited by it being forced into boots.

Effect: Same as current. The user does NOT retain its original STABs after changing type, only receiving STAB on its Tera type. Similarly to Mega Evolution in gen 6, if the user Terastalizes into a type on which it already had STAB, the additional STAB bonus does not apply until the next turn.
Duration: Until KO

This fixes the single-turn swingy aspect of super-STAB Tera, while adding a legitimate opportunity cost in using it offensively, losing your other STAB for the rest of the game. It doesn't affect defensive Tera much at all, which is the most balanced Tera use.

Name: Protean / Libero
Effect: Reverted to gen 8 mechanics. User only receives STAB on its original types.
Impermanent: Yes
Ignoreable: No
Justification: Keeps the coolest aspect of Protean (manipulating your type for defensive purposes) while ditching the boring / broken aspect (free STAB on everything).

Name: Mycelium Might
Effect: The user moves last in its priority bracket when using status moves, but its status moves ignore the target's Ability, never miss, and the user is immune to Taunt.
Impermanent: Yes
Ignoreable: No
Justification: Mold Breaker 2. Going last is actually quite nice here.
Name: Scream Tail
Type: Ground / Fairy
Stats: 115 / 65 / 99 / 65 / 115 / 111 (570 BST)
Justification: Better (?) typing makes it naturally immune to Zekrom and Miraidon's STABs. Not being weak to Ghost and resisting Dark helps it leverage its nice bulk.

Name: Kingambit
Type: Dark / Steel
Stats: 100 / 150 / 120 / 70 / 100 / 60 (600 BST)
Justification: Minor stat bump to put it on par with pseudolegendaries and make it a bit more competitive in this environment.

Libero/Protean: return to gen 8, do not trigger if a move of your typing is used
Impermanent: Yes
Ignoreable: No
This just feels better
