Description: Lapras has a defensive oriented stat spread, yet Ice is awful defensively. How do you solve this? Well, Ice/Steel gives it the most resistances, but also nasty 4x weaknesses. Then the solution is to slap Filter on it! And if those weaknesses still are too problematic, give it better bulk and recovery, along with iron defense to be used for body press sets, and stealth rock for support!

Description: Boltund's main problem is it's not strong enough to make up for its terrible bulk and a bad movepool, mostly on the special side, preventing special sets from ever being used despite competitive. So I gave it an extra strong fairy typing, two set-up options, and Ice coverage for that fantastic BoltBeam.
