I think whichever Glimmet that wins will need a buff. Relying on Eviolite sucks, and without it you suck badly.

Pokémon: Raticate-Alola
Type: Dark/Normal
Abilities: Stamina/Strong Jaw/Sewer Swarm (Toxic Chain clone)
Stats: 130/90/85/40/80/100 (551 BST) [+55/+19/+15/0/0/+48 (+137)]
Movepool Changes:
+
Tidy Up, Thunder Fang, Ice Fang, Fire Fang, Poison Fang, Psychic Fangs, Jaw Lock, Waterfall, Tail Slap, Hone Claws, Trailblaze, Parting Shot
Description: Raticate now becomes able to fulfill multiple different roles on a team, from wall to setup sweeper to fast utility pivot! The Fat Rat gets fatter with a sizeable HP increase and a little boost to its Defense, but judging from its hefty Speed increase, this weight doesn't seem to be slowing it down! 90 Base Attack doesn't seem like much, but coupled with Strong Jaw, a plethora of new Biting moves that include BoltBeam coverage in Thunder Fang and Ice Fang (as well as Fire Fang to hit steels), and great setup moves in Tidy Up and Hone Claws, the Rodent isn't afraid to get Rowdy with its foes!
Stamina lets Raticate use its amazing physical bulk and raise it to greater heights. Given because Rats have enough stamina to swim continuously for three days non-stop.
Strong Jaw give our friend some much-needed power, and synergizes well with both its new and existing movepool. Given because of the sturdiness of rats' teeth, as well as their classification as rodents.
Sewer Swarm lets utility Raticate spread disease and pestilence while it switches in and out of battle. Given due to rats' infamous history with diseases and contemporary rats' prevalence to hide in sewers.
Other lore references:
Waterfall given to reference rats being able to crawl up toilet plumbing in rat-heavy neighbourhoods.
Trailblaze given because rats have historically been trailblazers, in the sense of boarding ships and spreading to new continents.
Tidy Up given to symbolize rats being used in cities like Paris to clean up trash.
Parting Shot given because rats tend to flee from humans instead of fighting.

Welcome to the mod! I appreciate the enthusiasm, but as we aim to have a playable format where most stuff is ideally usable in a good manner...

Tauros-Blaze shouldn't have Stakeout, that's a too strong ability here, having a reliable Magma Storm is already pushing it as is.

The Raging Bull effect of Tauros-Combat is quite strong as it considerably devalues checks to it, change it to something more tame.

Dragon/Steel with immunity abilities to its weaknesses has shown again and again to be a bad idea in Pet Mods, change the abilities please, or go for a less optimized type combination.

We just recently nerfed a similar mon in :Liepard: as a fast Dark with a lot of offensive and utility options proved to be too much, and this is essencially that but better, please tone down the speed and movepool.

Sub fixing time will be given for 24 hours from now, after which stuff still not fixed or still too questionable will be veto'd (can't be voted on) and the voting phase will begin for this slate.

Okay, the votes have been counted (thanks Catzzadilla!), and here's the winners!
Feel free to discuss the winners while the council thinks of what to do next with the metagame!
WOOHOOOOOOOO! YEEAAHHH, TAUROS! I'm so glad it won, it was my favorite sub I did, and I can't wait for it to be playable, those playstyles feel exciting and new! I'll touch more on them later though, overall good job everyone for the slate and subs, loved seeing what you cooked!

Allright here's the "later" part I was talking about, didn't keep you waiting long! Winner reviews!

:tauros-paldea-blaze:
Let's start with the blaze breed, a trapper that actively wants to traps its foes! I think I did well converting the concept of the Burning Bull into a Pokémon, and this guy feels like a very strong wall breaker. I think Shed Shell will rise in usage to counter Tauros-B, as it can rack up a lot of damage really fast passively, even without Swords Dance. Its abilities and support moves also let it debuff and torture its victim for allies to switch into more safely. Definitely a big boost to the Tauros-Blaze we had before!

:tauros-paldea-aqua:
The more defensive of the three! Water/Grass is interesting defensively, packing a weakness to flying, bug and poison, a resistance to steel, ground and water, and an immunity to powder moves and leech seed. Stamina is probably going to be the most used set, but its Babe the Blue Ox inspiration lets it be more pivotable in Grassy terrain teams with Grass Pelt giving it a protosynth-like defense boost, or more evasive in snow thanks to Snow Cloak, possibly letting it survive longer against special attackers at the trade of the stamina boost. Its ice coverage lets it take care of flying types, and headlong rush for poison types, but I think this guy has more use as a wall than a sweeper (but you're free to prove me wrong). Finally, the Raging Bull finally brings Swamp to single battles, and give this guy a way to give some temporary passive speed control to its team.

:tauros-paldea-combat:
And finally, our Minotauresque mastermind! The cursed son of the goddess of wisdom, Athena, Asterius's combat prowess was certainly formidable, and Combat's three abilities lets it rock three different strategies to keep your opponent guessing! Mind's Eye prevents Combat from having its accuracy lowered and lets it hit ghosts with its powerful stab options, meaning Axe Kick is now more reliable than ever! (watch as Close Combat still becomes the more popular option) Sacred Sword is also a powerful Wallbreaking option, and with the new and improved Raging Bull, Combat's opponents have to be ready for anything if they wish to go against it! Super Luck makes Combat scarier to set up or stay in on, as it gains a boosted critical hit rate, giving it more chance to completely ignore defense boosts and intimidates/attack drops. This can be raised even further with a Scope Lens or Razor Claw, and when used in combination with Super Luck and either of those two, Cross Chop will always critical hit, as will Drill Run and Stone Edge. And last but not least, Combat takes some weapon efficiency with Steelworker, effectively giving it Steel-type STAB, letting it use Gear Grind, Iron Head, Smart Strike and Meteor Mash more effectively to ward off malicious fairies. Tauros-Combat has gained one hell of an arsenal, and its foes should always be on their toes for what this bovine brute is planning to do next.

:appletun:
Absolutely loved this submission, and couldn't stop thinking about it even when I was building my own! Poison Dragon is a lovely spin on a pie-based Pokémon, and a dragon/poison wall is so cool! A unique Unaware wall for certain, and finally Liquid Ooze sees some viable use on a defensive pokémon, though sadly I think Unaware will be preferred most of the time (although it does have Clear Smog). Access to Future Sight, Hex and Strength Sap is really cool as well, Hex synergises well with Dragon Breath, Toxic and Sludge Bomb.

:Raticate-alola:
While I liked my Raticate sub for its versatility, I think this one is great too, because it opened up a lot of options for Raticate with relatively simple tools! Hustle is also nice because you can kinda get a guts boost but while also adding a scarf or another band, Cheek Pouch can obviously be combined with Sitrus Berry for Belly Drum, but Substitute Belly Drum Salac Berry is also possible, making Raticate offensively very scary at the cost of a moveslot. And finally, Guts Facade. We don't need to talk about why this is strong, not in the gen of our lord Ursaluna. I think it might have some competition with Obstagoon as mentionned, but it at least isn't a one-trick pony!

Great slate everyone! Loving the way this mod looks, and I hope it keeps growing healthily!
(yeah I know its hooked up to a life-support machine rn)
btw on Dragon Heaven, I saw there were two metagames: Metamons and Metamons Expanded, whats up with that?

Anyway have a good evening and weekend everyone! :)
