WTCO wins Dugtrio, MegaFlareon wins Gothitelle, and -Latios- wins Wobbuffet. Next slate is as follows:

4.5 for Golduck and Noctowl, 4 for Ninetales, 2 new moves for each.

Golduck-Mega
Ability: Cloud Nine / Damp / Swift Swim ----> Psychic Surge
Typing: Water / Psychic

Stats:

HP: 80 ----> 80
Attack: 82 ----> 52 (-30)
Defense: 78 ----> 78
Special Attack: 95 ----> 145 (+50)
Special Defense: 80 ----> 100 (+20)
Speed: 85 ----> 145 (+60)
Base Stat Total: 500 ----> 600
Movepool Additions: Nasty Plot, Recover
Description: Imagine this: You're on a beach, playing around in the water with your Pikachu, when all of a sudden, a deluge of water comes rushing at you from out of nowhere. That's what Mega Golduck can do. It trades it fast swimming abilities for sheer psychic powers, but unlike his psychotic brother, Mega Exeggutor, Mega Golduck uses its psychic powers to control the sea waters around it, creating massive waves and bursts of water which drench its opponents, and when it's around it's trainer at home, it can use its psychic powers to carry glasses of water! Anyways, mega evolution turns it from just a "mediocre rain sweeper" to perhaps one of the scariest things to face due to its immense base 145 special attack and speed, being able to outspeed just about the entire unboosted metagame outside of Mega Alakazam, while Recover, good special bulk, and Nasty Plot allow it to take the role of a fast special sweeper. As powerful as this all seems, though, Mega Golduck's additional Psychic typing gives it nasty weaknesses to Dark-type moves, U-turn, and just about anything else which hits it super effectively, due to Golduck's average bulk on both sides, not to mention its severe 4MSS, as it must decide between HP Fire for Ferrothorn and Magearna or HP Electric for Tapu Fini, as depending on what it runs, it will get walled by one or the other.

Ninetales-Mega
Ability: Flash Fire / Drought ----> Adaptability
Typing: Fire / Dark

Stats:

HP: 73 ----> 73
Attack: 76 ----> 56 (-20)
Defense: 75 ----> 85 (+10)
Special Attack: 81 ----> 141 (+60)
Special Defense: 100 ----> 110 (+10)
Speed: 100 ----> 140 (+40)
Base Stat Total: 505 ----> 605
Movepool Additions: Recover, Aura Sphere
Description: Feel yourself sweating while you're in bed at night? Probably the work of Mega Ninetales. It uses the heat in the air around it to change the temperature in its surroundings, causing the opponent to sweat a lot or even catch fire! That's probably not what you'd want from a battle... Anyways, Mega Ninetale's great offenses, offensive typing, access to Nasty Plot, and fantastic coverage, both offensive cores and defensive cores alike will catch fire with Mega Ninetale's sheer power! Perhaps its biggest downfall, however, is a weakness to Stealth Rock, which forces it to burn through Recover's somewhat mediocre 16 PP, not to mention its typing is quite poor defensively, leaving it weak to common pokemon such as Ash-Greninja and Choice Scarf Landorus-T.

Noctowl-Mega
Ability: Insomnia / Keen Eye / Tinted Lens ----> Magic Bounce
Typing: Dark / Flying

Stats:

HP: 100 ----> 100
Attack: 50 ----> 20 (-30)
Defense: 50 ----> 80 (+30)
Special Attack: 86 ----> 136 (+50)
Special Defense: 96 ----> 146 (+50)
Speed: 70 ----> 70
Base Stat Total: 452 ----> 552
Movepool Additions: Dark Pulse, Taunt
Description: One of the best you can get when it comes to role compression bar only Landorus-T! Noctowl's night-vision abilities have only gotten better with mega evolution, in fact, so good, that it can detect prey at night from over 1,500 feet! Thanks to its great defenses on both sides, solid special attack, the ability to be nigh-unbreakable on the special side, not to mention a fantastic ability, this megamon will have quite a huge impact on the OU meta! Good thing both forms of Tyranitar and Garchomp, Magearna, and Excadrill are all quite common already, as otherwise, this guy could probably snap the OU meta in half! The provided moves give it actual Dark-type STAB and allow it to mess around with common defensive staples, respectively.

Ability: No Guard

HP: 100

Def: 50 => 90 (+30)
SpA: 86 => 136 (+45)

New Moves: Psyshock, Calm Mind
Description: While it has mediocre stats for a mega, it's solid bulk, Calm Mind, 100% accurate Huricanes, and NO GUARD HYPNOSIS make it a scary special sweeper.

184699

Ninetales-Mega
Ability: Flash Fire / Drought ----> Spirit Fuel (Ghost-type moves are drawn towards and deal no damage to this Pokémon, raising its Special Attack by 1 stage.)
Typing: Fire/Ghost
Stats:
HP: 73 ----> 73
Attack: 67 ----> 67
Defense: 75 ----> 95 (+20)
Special Attack: 81 ----> 121 (+40)
Special Defense: 100 ----> 110 (+10)
Speed: 109 ----> 139 (+30)
New Moves: Tail Glow, Focus Blast
Description: Incredibly powerful sun sweeper. One tail glow combined with the original form's drought makes for insane damage. Focus Blast plus STAB Shadow Ball allows great coverage for most of OU, further exemplifying the power it has. Even after sun sets, it's still a great threat. Spirit Fuel helps weaknesses given by the ghost typing, resulting in two immunities for one weakness. Said weakness may result in pursuit trapping however, so be careful.

Golduck-Mega
Ability: Cloud Nine / Damp / Swift Swim ----> Drizzle
Typing: Water / Psychic
HP: 80 ----> 80
Attack: 82 ----> 82

Special Defense: 80 ----> 85 (+5)
Speed: 85 ----> 120 (+35)
New Moves: Shadow Ball, Recover
Description: Powerful Drizzle setter. Special Sweeper with great recovery. Calm Mind helps lackluster bulk.

184702

Noctowl-Mega
Ability: Insomnia / Keen Eye / Tinted Lens ----> Magic Bounce
Typing: Psychic / Flying
HP: 100 ----> 100
Attack: 50 ----> 45 (-5)
Defense: 50 ----> 80 (+30)
Special Attack: 86 ----> 96 (+10)
Special Defense: 96 ----> 126 (+30)
Speed: 70 ----> 105 (+35)
New Moves: Calm Mind, Cosmic Power
Description: Xatu for OU. Better stats, and more set up options. Calm Mind helps make a special tank. Cosmic Power patches up lackluster physical defense while boosting already great special defense.

Insomnia/Keen Eye/Tinted LensFur Coat

  • Amazing overall bulk. Fur Coat essentially doubles Noctowl's otherwise terrible base 60 defense and gives an equivalent of minimum fully invested 95 base defense up to maximum invested base 170 depending on Noctowl's EV's. Also has access to reliable recovery in Roost.
  • 100 base special attack means Noctowl isn't total Taunt bait.
  • Normal/Flying isn't a great defensive typing, giving Noctowl few resistances and a plethora of common weakness. That includes a weakness to Rock and thus Noctowl being stripped of a quarter of its health if Stealth Rock is up.
  • Mold Breaker (and its variants)users like Excadrill and Kyurem-B can ignore Fur Coat and obliterate Noctowl through its now poor physical bulk.

Calcs:

252 Atk Landorus-Therian Supersonic Skystrike (175 BP) vs. 248 HP / 86+ Def Fur Coat Noctowl: 189-223 (46.8 - 55.3%) -- 74.2% chance to 2HKO
252 SpA Tapu Lele Psychic vs. 248 HP / 168 SpD Noctowl in Psychic Terrain: 138-163 (34.2 - 40.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 SpA Magearna Thunderbolt vs. 248 HP / 168 SpD Noctowl: 124-146 (30.7 - 36.2%) -- 47.7% chance to 3HKO

Atk: 86

Def: 85 (+10)
SpA: 131 (+50)
SpD: 125 (+25)
Spe: 105 (+5)

New Moves: Shadow Ball, Morning Sun

Competitive: Ninetales would best act as a Nasty Plot user that benefits from its own sun rather than a dedicated sun setter for sun teams. At +2, its Fire-type attacks will be absolutely monstrous. Capable of breaking past even Chansey at +2, Ninetales would be a premier offensive threat. Its main flaws include its lacking coverage, middling speed tier, and weakness to many types.

Def: 68 (-10)
SpA: 145 (+50)
SpD: 113 (+33)
Spe: 102 (+17)

New Moves: Recover, Thunder Wave

Competitive: Golduck-Mega would function as a decent offensive Water-type, packing solid special defensive bulk and average speed. Access to Recover allows Golduck to mitigate chip damage. With Magic Bounce, Golduck has a solid match-up against a lot of the hazard setters in the tier.

Atk: 50

Def: 63 (+13)
SpA: 130 (+44)

Spe: 80 (+10)

New Moves: Glare, Boomburst

Competitive: Tinted Lens Boomburst will hit resists like an absolute truck. Hitting specially defensive Heatran for a 2HKO is quite the feat (Modest). Its horrid physically defensive bulk and poor speed tier will leave very little chances for Noctowl-Mega to come in. I would best compare it to Hoopa-Unbound in how it has little switch-ins but would get stomped by offensive teams.

Ninetales-Mega
Type: Fire --> Fire / Ghost
Ability: Flash Fire / Drought --> Berserk
HP: 73
Attack: 76 --> 76
Defense: 75 --> 115 (+40)
Special Attack: 81 --> 111 (+30)
Special Defense: 100 --> 120 (+20)
Speed: 100 --> 110 (+10)
BST: 505 --> 605 (+100)
Movepool Additions: Parting Shot, Recover

Description: I tried to draw inspiration from the idea that if you touch its tails it curses you for a thousand years, but instead of going with Cursed Body, I decided to go with Berserk to represent the anger it gets after you deal a certain amount of damage to it. In battle, I can see this having a couple of uses: you could go with a pivot role with sun-boosted Flamethrower / Fire Blast, Hex, Recover, and Parting Shot, where you switch in on an EQ once you're already Mega-Evolved, then destroy with boosted stats, or do a more defensive Hex / Recover / Will o' Wisp or Toxic / Flamethrower or Parting Shot set where you inflict things with status conditions and then spam a super-powerful Hex. (I purposefully chose not to give it Shadow Ball because I thought having Hex as the ghost offensive move made M-Ninetales more interesting, and forced you to build around it more.)

Golduck-Mega
Type: Water --> Water / Psychic
Ability: Cloud Nine / Damp / Swift Swim --> Clairvoyate (Psychic-type Aerilate)
HP: 80
Attack: 82 -->115 (+33)
Defense: 78 --> 85 (+7)
Special Attack: 95 --> 125 (+30)
Special Defense: 80 --> 90 (+10)
Speed: 85 --> 105 (+20)
Movepool Additions: Tri Attack, Quick Attack

Description: I noticed that Golduck had a lot of really good physical moves but a much better Special Attack stat, so I tried to mirror that here while having it do something else that no Pokemon really gets, which is a possibly Physical-based psychic user. You have the options of going for a special set with powerful moves like Hydro Pump, psychic Tri-Attack, Ice Beam, etc., a Physical priority set with Liquidation, psychic Double-Edge, Power-Up-Punch, Ice Punch, and priority like psychic Quick Attack and Aqua Jet, or even combine the two into a powerful mixed set that can mess with opponents.

184702

Noctowl-Mega
Type: Normal / Flying --> Psychic / Flying
Ability: Insomnia / Keen Eye / Tinted Lens --> Nocturnal (Dark-type Levitate)
HP: 100
Attack: 50 --> 40 (-10)
Defense: 50 --> 90 (+40)
Special Attack: 86 --> 96 (+10)
Special Defense: 96 --> 116 (+20)
Speed: 70 --> 110 (+40)
BST: 452 --> 552
Movepool Additions: U-turn, Calm Mind

Description: The ability is based on the fact that because Noctowl is nocturnal, it should be immune to the night. That's been represented with sleep in Insomnia, but I think the night can also be shown with Dark-type moves, which is why Nocturnal gives a Dark-immunity. Noctowl is a pretty weak Pokemon, and the dark immunity allows it to lose one of the strongest weaknesses it faces upon Mega-evolving. The two immunities of Ground and Dark and the use of Defog and the new U-turn make Noctowl very useful as a pivot, like a more defensive Tornadus-T, with moves like Psychic and Hurricane as offensive moves, and Roost to restore health instead of Regenerator. There's also a CM version of the set that tries to set up and uses Noctowl's pretty high speed tier to sweep entire teams. Obviously very weak to Tapu Koko, a format staple, but other than that it's pretty good!

Typing: Fire/Psychic

Stats:

Special Attack: 81 ----> 131 (+50)
Special Defense: 100 ----> 120 (+20)
Speed: 100 ----> 130 (+30)
Base Stat Total: 505 ----> 605
Movepool Additions: Aura Sphere
Description: After a Nasty Plot boost, Mega Ninetales becomes hard to stop thanks to its high speed, power, and immunity to priority. STAB Psyshock hits special walls such as Chansey hard. It can surprise its checks with its wide list of coverage moves including Energy Ball, Dark Pulse, and Aura Sphere.

Golduck-Mega
Ability: Damp / Cloud Nine (Swift Swim) ----> Tough Claws
Typing: Water/Psychic

Stats:

HP: 80 ----> 80
Attack: 82 ----> 132 (+50)
Defense: 78 ----> 88 (+10)
Special Attack: 95 ----> 95
Special Defense: 80 ----> 100 (+20)
Speed: 85 ----> 105 (+20)
Base Stat Total: 500 ----> 600
Movepool Additions: Swords Dance
Description: Golduck's webbed claws grow sharper upon Mega Evolution. Tough Claws boosts a lot of Golduck's STAB moves, most notably Zen Headbutt, Aqua Jet, Liquidation, and Aqua Tail. Ice Punch covers grass types such as Tangrowth while Brick Break smashes Ferrothorn. Swords Dance and Aqua Jet enable it to sweep offensive and defensive teams alike.

Noctowl-Mega
Ability: Insomnia / Keen Eye (Tinted Lens) ----> Magic Guard
Typing: Psychic/Flying

Stats:

HP: 100 ----> 100
Attack: 50 ----> 50
Defense: 50 ----> 90 (+40)
Special Attack: 86 ----> 126 (+40)
Special Defense: 96 ----> 116 (+20)
Speed: 70 ----> 70
Base Stat Total: 452 ----> 552
Movepool Additions: Calm Mind
Description: Magic Guard and a High HP stat makes Noctowl a pain for stall teams to face. Calm Mind lets it set up on their face while Defog let Mega Noctowl support its team. Its low Speed and weaknesses to common types makes it balanced enough to be overwhelmed by offensive teams.

Well obviously I have to participate in this slate.

Mega Ninetales
Ability: Flash Fire/Drought > Multitail (Multiscale clone)
Type:

Sp. Atk: 90 (+9)

Speed: 100
BST: 605 (+100)

New Moves: Dragon Dance, Close Combat
Description: Ninetales goes completely bipedal to change its fighting style. Its hair also becomes extremely long. It coats itself in its tails to increase its defenses. It has good Physical prowess now, with CC for good coverage, and DD to increase its sweeping potential.

Mega Golduck
Ability: Damp/Cloud Nine/Swift Swim > Magic Bounce
Type:

Def: 93 (+15)
Sp. Atk: 120 (+25)
Sp. Def: 140 (+60)
Speed: 85
BST: 600 (+100)

New Moves: Air Slash, Roost
Description: Golduck becomes an odd mix of brown, green, and blue, with a little white. Feathers cover its whole body, which turn its arms into actual wings. It has the same Special Defense as Mantine, but also Magic Bounce and higher Defense, making it a better wall.

SpA: 80 ---> 135 (+55)
SpD: 80 ---> 95 (+15)

Weight: 6.66 kg

New Moves: Fire Blast, Fiery Dance
Description: Electrode bursts out of its pokeball exterior, revealing a sentient ball of plasma with eyes.
Competitive: Outspeeds literally everything. (Except Sand Rush Excadrill) Fire / Electric typing + Levitate makes it very awkward to beat due to resistances to common attacking types. However, most physical attackers that can survive the first hit can take it out with an unresisted STAB attack.

New Moves: Knock Off, Cross Poison
Description: Ninjask's speed and stealth are are boosted by camouflaging wings. It also gets a vicious predator instinct, actively preventing its opponents from leaving until they are rendered silent.
Competitive: The ultimate revenge killer. Outspends damn near everything, better typing, decent attack, and great coverage makes it near impossible to reasonably check without losing a mon. Swords Dance turns it into a full on sweeping machine. However, it's bulk isn't great, and most strong attackers could tank one hit and OHKO it back.

Weight: 36.3 kg

New Moves: Flash Cannon, Quiver Dance
Description: Accelgor regains some of the shell it lost as a helmet. The shell is then woven around the wraps covering it.
Competitive: Defenses are boosted an insane amount, the resulting bulk combined with the new typing and ability makes it much harder to kill. These newfound defenses guarantee it the opportunity to boost the stats further via Quiver Dance. Not to mention its original spikes lead set is far more effective.

New Moves: Spikes, Drill Run
Competitive: Mega Ninjask could perform as a decent lategame cleaner thanks to phenomenal speed, and high power STABs thanks to Tough Claws. Leech Life and Drill Run both hit an impressive 104 base power. Its access to Swords Dance and Speed Boost before mega evolving makes Shedinja hard to revenge kill and provides it with some solid kill power. Unfortunately, it's hard walled by Landorus-Therian, Celesteela, and Pokemon with similar typings. However, it can make use of a move like Return to do heavy damage to Landorus at +2. The issue is that Ninjask simply does not have enough slots to use it, as it appreciates Protect to outpace scarfers.

New Moves: Hex, Shadow Ball

Competitive: Electrode-Mega would be an interesting pick that essentially outclasses Rotom (regular). Boasting solid natural special bulk and high special attack lets it pressure more passive Pokemon. A set with Substitute, Thunder Wave, Hex, and Thunderbolt could be an interesting stallbreaker. It walls Chansey upon setting up a sub, beats Gliscor, Toxapex, Quagsire, Pyukumuku, Clefable, etc. Sadly, its Levitate makes it unable to benefit from terrains, and Electrode-Mega has even worse physical bulk than before. Strong resisted hits will still do a lot of damage. Hawlucha's +2 Acrobatics does 96.1 - 113.4%, for example.

New Moves: Dark Pulse, Nasty Plot

Competitive: Mega Accelgor can set up Spikes and Toxic Spikes against Magic Bounce users, which can give it quite the pleasant matchup against a Pokemon like Mega Sableye. With its high speed and Nasty Plot, Accelgor is quite tough to revenge kill on paper. It's still outpaced by many scarfers, though, and its fragility remains present upon mega evolving. Setting up Nasty Plot is rather difficult. Against bulky teams, though, a Nasty Plot + 3 Attacks set will prove to be threatening. At +2, Accelgor-Mega can OHKO Clefable with Sludge Bomb, for example.
