[SET COMMENTS]
Thanks to Magnet Pull and STAB Electric-type attacks, Magnezone is able to trap and eliminate Steel-types such as Skarmory, Celesteela, and Corviknight for physical attackers like Excadrill, Melmetal, and Bisharp. Thunderbolt helps Magnezone deal with the problematic aforementioned Flying-types while also dealing with Water-type Pokemon such as Toxapex and Defensive Pelipper. Flash Cannon gives Magnezone a strong STAB move against Pokemon like Hydreigon, Amoongus, Landorus-T, and Nidoking, which do not generally care about Thunderbolt. Volt Switch helps to keep momentum and to bring in a teammate while also letting Magnezone pivot out of incoming special sponges like Slowking-G, Chansey, and Dragalge. Toxic catches Thundurus-T, Swampert, and Gastrodon on a switch and puts them on a timer. A Modest nature can be used for extra power but it misses out on outspeeding Pokemon like Adamant Bisharp and Arctozolt.

Magnezone provides slow Volt Switch support as well to bring teammates in safely and helps to improve match-up against opposing Steel-type teams. In return, the physical attackers such as Excadrill, Bisharp, and Melmetal deal with special walls like Slowking-G and Chansey. Bisharp also compensates for Magnezone's slow speed with priority Sucker Punch. Aside from taking care of Steel and Flying-type Pokemon, Magnezone also guarantees damage on defensive Heatran which makes it possible for teammates like Excadrill and Heatran to clean Steel-type teams. Heatran and Ferrothorn are good teammates as the former can cover it against Fire-type Pokemon like Victini, Volcarona, and Blacephalon, while the latter can check Water-type Pokemon like Swampert, and Seismitoad, with STAB Power Whip. Ground-immune Pokemon like Skarmory and Celesteela can take on Ground-types like Excadrill, Garchomp, and Landorus-T that threaten Magnezone. Additionally, Skarmory also provides entry hazard support in the form of Stealth Rock and Spikes and can phaze away set up sweepers like Dragonite, Aegislash, and Garchomp. Celesteela can weaken opposing teams with Leech Seed and Protect, making it easier for Magnezone to threaten and beat opposing teams. Aegislash can switch against Fighting-type moves against Galarian Zapdos and Urhsifu-R for the team, and gradually weaken Pokemon like Tornadus-T, and Ferrothorn with its SubToxic set. Corviknight can provide U-turn support to bring Magnezone against Steel-types to trap and eliminate them and this helps Corviknight run boosting sets more efficiently as its checks such as Celesteela, Toxapex, and Nidoking are taken care of by Magnezone.

A Choice Scarf set can be used to revenge kill and threaten faster Pokemon like Urshifu-R, Volcanion, and Moltres-G however such a role is more suited to Magneton due to its higher Speed, letting it outspeed faster Pokemon like Cinderace, and Tornadus-T. Steel Beam can be used to do massive amounts of damage to even Ground-type like Gastrodon however it comes at the cost of cutting Magnezone's HP in half which makes it worn out very quickly.

Thanks to Magnet Pull and STAB Electric-type attacks, Magnezone performs the role of trapping and eliminating Steel-types like Skarmory, Celesteela, and Corviknight for physical attackers like Excadrill, Melmetal, and Bisharp. Thunderbolt helps Magnezone deal with the aforementioned problematic Steel-types while also dealing with Water-type Pokemon such as Toxapex, Defensive Pelipper, and Tapu Fini. Flash Cannon gives Magnezone a strong STAB move against Pokemon like Hydreigon, Amoongus, Rillaboom, and Hippowdon [Hippo feels like an odd example due to it pretty much never switching into it (Ground has Gastrodon). Also, in the case of the Grass matchup, wouldn't volting to Heatran be better than Flash Cannon'ing? I think you could include Lando (Flying) / Nidoking (Poison) switching-in in case Zone finds itself able to do that] that do not generally care about other moves on the set. Volt Switch helps to keep momentum and to bring in a teammate, it lets it pivot out of incoming special sponges like Slowking-G, Blissey, and Dragalge. Tri Attack is used as a neutral move against Ground-types like Swampert, Gastrodon and Seismitoad [This sentence feels super iffy as Swampert takes like (27.4 - 32.4%)*, Physdef Gastrodon takes (39.9 - 46.9%)* [recoverable, can threaten with EP], and Seis isn't seen as much nowadays. Maybe Thund-T is the only target to be mentioned here?] that take little to no damage from other moves. Toxic can be used as well to catch Ground-types on a switch and put them on timer. Choice Specs as an item lets Magnezone become a wallbreaker and very hard to switch into. Maximum investment in Speed and Special attack let it be as fast and hit as hard as possible.
*Modest nature

Pokemon such as Excadrill, Melmetal, Stakataka, Bisharp, and Aegislash benefit immensely from Magnezone trapping and taking out problematic Steel-type Pokemon for them such as Skarmory, Celesteela, and Corviknight (these mons also benefit from a volt switch too. Not too sure how Aegis benefits from Steel birb getting killed though, and Stak is really niche rn). It Magnezone also helps to improve match-up against opposing Steel-type teams (add that guaranteeing damage on SpDef tran aside from deleting their Flying type helps team mates like Heatran / Exca sweep?). Heatran and Ferrothorn are good teammates as the former can cover it against Fire-type Pokemon like Victini, Volcarona, and Blacephalon, while the latter can check Water-type Pokemon like Swampert, Seismitoad, and Urshifu-R (Close Combat scary ;w;) with STAB Power Whip. *Add corv, it can pivot it in against and trap Celesteel/take advantage of whatever steels try to switch into corv too, and has boosting sets that can go woosh when the opposing steel birb (Celesteela)/ Pex/ Nidoking is gone Aegislash can switch against Fighting-type moves for the team and gradually weaken Pokemon like Zapdos (this is specs, usually though :() and Ferrothorn with its SubToxic set. Other physical attackers like Excadrill, Bisharp, and Melmetal also complement Magnezone well as they can deal with special walls for it. (it would be nice to state what special walls are these + Bishie compensates for Zone's slow speed with its priority)
*Add Scizor too, if desired

Implemented check, I have decided to remove Tri Attack since I do not see any targets that are not hit hard by specs Flash cannon instead.
Also I think Steel Beam can be an option along with Toxic.

(I probably wouldn't label these as "Ground-types" since these are pokemon that completely wall your moveset. Id probably mention that toxic is meant to wear down pokemon that takes advantage of its moveset to try and get switchins. Thundurus-T is also a good toxic switchin for this too)A Modest nature can be used for extra power but it misses out on outspeeding Pokemon like Adamant Bisharp and Arctozolt out of Hail.

Combined Isaiah's check with mine for ease of implementation, but please credit both of us and treat this as a GP 2/2!

Flash Cannon gives Magnezone a strong STAB move against Pokemon like Hydreigon, Amoongus, Landorus-T, and Nidoking that resist Thunderbolt. Volt Switch helps to keep momentum and bring in a teammate while also letting Magnezone pivot out of incoming special sponges like Galarian Slowking, Chansey, and Dragalge. Toxic catches Thundurus-T, Swampert, and Gastrodon switching in and puts them on a timer. A Modest nature can be used for extra power, but it misses out on outspeeding Pokemon like Adamant Bisharp and Arctozolt.

Magnezone provides slow Volt Switch support to bring teammates in safely and helps to improve the matchup against opposing Steel-type teams. In return, physical attackers such as Excadrill, Bisharp, and Melmetal deal with special walls like Galarian Slowking and Chansey. Bisharp also compensates for Magnezone's slow Speed with priority Sucker Punch. Aside from taking care of Steel- and Flying-type Pokemon, Magnezone also guarantees damage on defensive Heatran, which makes it possible for teammates like Excadrill and Heatran to clean Steel-type teams. Heatran and Ferrothorn are good teammates, as the former can cover it against Fire-type Pokemon like Victini, Volcarona, and Blacephalon, while the latter can check Water-type Pokemon like Swampert, and Seismitoad, with STAB Power Whip. Ground-immune Pokemon like Skarmory and Celesteela can take on Ground-types like Excadrill, Garchomp, and Landorus-T that threaten Magnezone. Additionally, Skarmory also provides entry hazard support in the form of Stealth Rock and Spikes and can phaze away setup sweepers like Dragonite, Aegislash, and Garchomp. Celesteela can weaken opposing teams with Leech Seed and Protect, making it easier for Magnezone to beat opposing teams. Aegislash can not only switch into Fighting-type moves from Galarian Zapdos and Urshifu-R for the team, but also gradually weaken Pokemon like Tornadus-T and Ferrothorn with its SubToxic set. Corviknight can provide U-turn support to bring Magnezone in against Steel-types to trap and eliminate them; this helps Corviknight run boosting sets more efficiently, as its checks such as Celesteela and Toxapex are taken care of by Magnezone.

Steel
--------
A Choice Scarf set can be used to revenge kill and threaten faster Pokemon like Urshifu-R, Volcanion, and Galarian Moltres; however, such a role is more suited to Magneton due to its higher Speed, letting it outspeed faster Pokemon like Cinderace and Tornadus-T. Steel Beam can be used to do massive amounts of damage to Ground-types like Gastrodon; however it comes at the cost of cutting Magnezone's HP in half which wears it down very quickly.
