[Gen 9] Mad Chemists Welcome to Mad Science! This Pet Mod is where Fakemon/Changed Pokemon are submitted first, then randomly picked people are assigned to secretly change the Pokemon in private messages.
Slates This mod follows a themed slate format similar to Clean Slate. Each slate has two different phases, each named the Creation Phase and the Mutation Phase. We always start with the Creation Phase first, where it is essentially your regular Pet Mod submissions.
Creation Phase
In Creation Phase, you will be able to submit (A) a Fakemon of choice or (B) a changed existing Pokemon. You are allowed to submit any Fakemon as long as it is balanced, however, there are a few rules to changing original Pokemon:
If you want to change the typing of the Pokemon, you must keep one of its original typings. This also applies in the Mutation Phase.
If you do the above, you are allowed to give it a maximum 5 new moves that fit its typing and an additional 5 flavor moves. You may also give it up to 3 non-STAB moves, with another additional 5 flavor moves.
If you don't, you may give it up to 3 new moves.
You must make at least two changes to a Pokemon for it to qualify. This is so I don't receive any vanilla Pokemon submissions.
You are allowed to change the effects of moves, but they MUST be a signature move (eg. Marshadow's Spectral Thief.)
Once everyone has submitted their Fakemon and modified Pokemon, the real fun begins!
Mutation Phase (oooooo) When this phase begins, 3 random Pokemon are chosen to win and users have the option to sign up and become a Scientist in the thread. Scientists will have the role of modifying the winning Pokemon/Fakemon to their choosing. Once everyone has signed up, a person will assign the Scientist role to 3 random people and also assign them a random winning entry they will modify. Like the Creation Phase, this phase also has rules.
Scientists will be given 10 points to modify whatever they want. A point will be taken away if they choose something to modify. These include Typing, Abilities, positive stat changes, and movepool options.
All Scientist-related things will be done through private messaging. Do NOT talk about what entry you will modify or what you have modified. You will be given a warning, and if you do it again, you will be banned from further entering as a Scientist.
The typing rule from Creation Phase also applies here, so if someone submitted a Grass/Fighting Meowscarada, a Scientist cannot change it to an Ice/Fighting type. This costs 1 point.
An ability change will cost you 2 points, one for adding the ability, and one for removing the old ability.
You may only give a Pokemon +15 or -15 in a stat. Giving a Pokemon a stat change will cost you 1 point.
For adding moves, each move costs a specific amount of points to add, with 1 being very weak moves to 5 being some of the best moves there is. See the Miscellaneous section of this post for more details.
Removing moves, however, is free, but you must remove a minimum of 3 moves from a Pokemon for it to qualify if you do move modifications.
You do not have to use all ten points. Any points you leave unused will NOT be added to the 10 points you get when you become a scientist.
Once all of the scientists have submitted their changes, the changes are revealed in this thread and they are added to the winning Pokemon, then the cycle repeats!
Questions and Answers Q: Will the edited or unedited Pokemon be added?
A: Only the edited Pokemon will be added. The unedited Pokemon are kept a secret until they are revealed.
Q: Will you be choosing which Pokemon the Scientists will edit?
A: No, they will be assigned at random.
Q: Can previous Scientists become Scientists again?
A: Honestly I'm still pretty decisive about this, but I'll explain it when we get there.
Q: Are custom elements allowed?
A: No, custom elements aren't allowed except for custom moves.
Alright, now that we've gotten that out of the way, let's open up the first slate!
Creation PhaseSlate 1: Defensive
For this slate, you may make a maximum of 2 Pokemon/Fakemon, or one of each. Make sure you keep them at a similar power level for future slates. Please remember the rules you must follow for submitting:

Pokemon: Tapu Fini Stats: 70 / 75 / 110 / 105 / 130 / 75 | 570 Type: Water / Fairy Abilities: Pressure / Competitive Movepool Changes: + Recover, Flip Turn; -Calm Mind Description: misty surge is cool but i want my scald mon. instead this gets pressure to beat rocks setters better and competitive for the opposite role of keeping rocks down.
Pokemon: Hisuian-Electrode Stats: 60/50/70/80/80/150 (490) -> 70/45/90/80/80/145 (510) (5 from speed, 5 from attack = 10 into hp. +20 Def) Typing:
Abilities: Soundproof/Static (Aftermath) Movepool: H-Electrode's normal movepool. + Aromatherapy + Synthesis + Hidden Power
H-Electrode, how I know and love it from HG, but a little beefier! Typing, moves, stats, and even ability are left fairly open because I'm curious what someone will do with any of it!
EDIT: Thief was swapped out for Synthesis, and an additional 20 defense was given to this bad boy. This is now a fast cleric that just eats water moves.
Pokemon: Scolipede Stats: 60/100/89/55/69/112 (485) -> 110/90/99/55/69/92 (515) (20 from speed, 10 from attack = 50 into hp, 10 into defense.) Typing:
Did someone say beef? Deep within the dna of Scolipede resides draconic power, and we have dragged it out! They are considerably slower, and tankier as a result, having lost speedboost to help keep them in check, and giving them a 'decent' tank ability in Shell Armor as a result.
EDIT: Scolipede now has poison heal instead of Shell Armor, it also has a 50 HP increase instead of a 20 HP increase.
EDIT EDIT: Scolipede now has U-Turn and Defog.
Abilities: Overcoat / Weak Armor / Filter [HA] Stats: 95 / 109 / 110 / 49 / 67 / 70 [500 BST] Movepool Changes:
+ Will-O-Wisp, Strength Sap
- Shift Gear, Substitute Description: Wisp + Pshot + Sap makes physical breakers hate this thing. An uninvested Vroom after a Weak Armor boost is also able to safely outspeed a speed tier of fully-invested 110 base speed and safely pshot away or strength sap away more attack, which seemed like a funny addition. Doesn't really like staying or switching in against special breakers tho.
Name: Altaria Typing:
Abilities: Natural Cure / Cloud Nine / Berserk [HA] Stats: 85 / 50 / 70 / 90 / 115 / 80 [490 BST] Movepool Changes:
+ Thunder Wave
- Will-O-Wisp Description: Altaria but built to be more specialized than mixed. Provides a foil to Revavroom in several manners, one getting access to burn and the other para. Unlike Vroom’s more aggressive support tools in Pshot, Altaria gets access to more passive support tools in Defog. The two also pair well as a defensive core, generally covering each other’s weaknesses. I kinda gave it Berserk on a whim since I wanted to give it an option to be less passive given Altaria’s generally less impressive offenses, and Berserk Roost is a pretty fun combo.
Justification: Get Clean Slate Micro'd, idiot. This defensive core literally carried the whole tier whilst somehow having the lowest bulk ratings of any mons in there, and its the coolest thing ever. Slightly tweaked to fit within the stat rules, and added Regen to Dugtrio to make up for the loss of bulk induced by that.
Abilities: Gulp Missile Movepool Changes: +Flip Turn, Toxic, Taunt Description: Special Wall/Defensive Pivot Cramorant that mainly deals damage through Gulp Missile chip. Watch out for Electric types.
Abilities: Klutz / Shell Armor / Regenerator Movepool Changes:
+Earthquake
-Swords Dance Description: Regenerator pivot that can also set up Stealth Rock. Watch out for Water and Grass types.
Pokemon: Crustle Typing: Bug/Rock -> Bug/Steel Stats: 70/105/145/65/85/35 (Spe -10, Def +20, SpD +10) Abilities: Sturdy/Shell Armor (H: Sticky Hold) Movepool Changes: +Flash Cannon, Gyro Ball, Iron Head, Leech Life -Shell Smash Description: Bug/Steel with 70/135/75 defenses. Has Stealth Rock & Spikes. Gyro Ball + Leech Life also works. Insane people can run SD.
Pokemon: Gallade Typing: Psychic/Fighting -> Ground/Fighting Stats: 68/115/65/65/115/80 (Att -10) Abilities: Steadfast / Fur Coat (H: Justified) Movepool Changes: +Earth Power, Sandstorm, Stealth Rock Description: Great Tusk but definitely not Great Tusk. Hits decent while also having dumb bulk, Wish, Teleport, Knock, Rocks, & lots of utility.
- Assist, Toxic (thats it, this mon's moveset needs everything it can get)
Description: Special wall focused on debuffing, with some utility tools like Spikes, Encore and Parting Shot to serve as a bulky pivot/passive wallbreaker.
- All Rock Moves except for Stealth Rock, Acid Armor, Amnesia, Toxic
Description: Massive defenses paired with near-nuclear Special Attack, but mediocre health, attack, and slow speed that only puts it above the likes of Clod. Access to Earth Eater allows for mindgames and good switch-ins, and running Analytic gives it a free Life Orb without the health penalty. A nice fat wall/special wallbreaker in the right situations, would definitely enjoy a good sun-setter to lead in for it.
Pokemon: Starmie Typing: Water / Psychic Ability: Filter / Natural Cure / Protean Stats: 80 (+20) / 55 (-20) / 100 (+15) / 90 (-10) / 90 (+5) / 95 (-20) Movepool Adjustments: +Dark Pulse, +Moonlight, +Nasty Plot Description: Protean user with lots of versatility. Can run Nasty Plot wallbreaker, offensive pivot, defensive pivot, etc. Nasty Plot and Moonlight let it gain a Dark resistance with Protean, offering it security against Pursuit trapping.
Pokemon: Komala Type: Normal Abilities: Comatose / Magic Guard (HA) Stats: 80 / 80 / 125 / 65 / 60 / 80 (BST: 490) Movepool Adjustments: none lol Description: Magic Guard Hazard Spinner that can use the Wish/U-Turn combo to help support any future teammates Komala might want to partner up with. Has great defense too so it can eat up Physical attacks. Has pretty low Special Defense, and its only recovery move is Wish to counter this.
Pokemon: Stonjourner Type: Rock/Psychic Abilities: Solid Rock/Power Spot Stats: 95 HP / 100 ATK / 145 DEF / 50 SPA / 80 SPD / 50 SPE (520 BST (+50 BST) (-5 HP/-25 ATK/+10 DEF/+30 SPA/+60 SPD/-20 SPE) Movepool: +Cosmic Power, Trick Room, Amnesia, Psychic, Psycho Cut, Wild Charge, Explosion
-Meteor Beam, Heavy Slam (this thing's movepool is already more like a movepuddle) Description: stonjourner is what some people might call "discount avalugg." discount avalugg isn't what you really want to be, so the new Stonjouner aims to be something greater: "discount garganacl." Physical wall that benefits from Trick Room and Sandstorm. Thankfully does not have Salt Cure.
Pokemon: Darouse Type: Dark / Flying Abilites: Prankster Stats: 89 / 106 / 60 / 104 / 113 / 73 | 545 Movepool:
Physical: Knock Off, Lash Out, Sucker Punch, Brave Bird, Dual Wingbeat, Drill Peck, Iron Head, Stone Edge, Zen Headbutt, Flare Blitz, Blaze Kick, Drill Run, Wild Charge, Triple Axel, Shadow Claw
Special: Dark Pulse, Hurricane, Air Slash, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Overheat, Fire Blast, Heat Wave, Flamethrower, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Psychic, Shadow Ball
Status: Taunt, Memento, Hone Claws, Switcheroo, Nasty Plot, Roost, Defog, Whirlwind, Thunder Wave, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Calm Mind, Agility, Destiny Bound, Swords Dance, Bulk Up Description: A good utility and support mon with a massive movepool and Prankster. It's good at both removing and stacking hazards, along with other unique moves like Destiny Bound. Its solid defense typing and special bulk are also positives. Also has a surprisingly good offensive movepool along with many set-up moves, so it could run offensive; although that's probably infeirior to Prankster Utility. However, its poor physical bulk and speed allow it to be easily taken down by physical attackers.
Pokemon: Canopod Type: Grass / Poison Abilites: Poison Touch / Natural Cure (HA) Stats: 130 / 116 / 80 / 77 / 83 / 30 | 516 Movepool:
Physical: Power Whip, Seed Bomb, Bullet Seed, Poison Jab, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Rock Blast, Knock Off, Earthquake
Special: Leaf Storm, Solar Beam, Grass Knot, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, Earth Power, Weather Ball
Status: Leech Seed, Strength Sap, Synthesis, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Gastro Acid, Spikes, Bulk Up, Topsy Turvy, Octolock Description: Solid defensive wall with a good defensive typing, great mixed bulk, and solid utility options. It has access to unique moves like Octolock and Topsy Turvy, giving it a niche. It can also spread hazards with Spikes and Toxic Spikes. However, its bottom of the barrel speed, common weaknesses, and mostly situational abilites prevent it from being too strong.
Close Combat, Drain Punch, Fire Lash, Flare Blitz, Gunk Shot, Stone Edge, U-Turn
Bulk Up, Encore, Slack Off, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Toxic, Will-O-Wisp Description: Defensive Nape real. This is more of an offensive utility mon admittedly but it has the tools and stats to run fatter sets. A big increase in HP along with PHeal makes Nape much more resilient and it can keep itself healthy with Slack and Drain. Having PHeal and resisting Dark also makes Nape a great Knock absorber. High Speed in tandem with Lash and threatening status moves such as Wisp and Encore means Nape can force switches to capitalize on with Spikes, U-Turn or Slack. Also makes for a tough-to-crack wincon with BU.
Pokémon Name: Velosylph Stats: 75 HP / 60 Atk / 100 Def / 100 SpA / 85 SpD / 60 Spe / 480 BST Typing:
Defog, Roar, Roost, Will-O-Wisp Description: I should prolly make simpler subs considering the nature of this mod lol. Here's a physdef wall with a great typing, Multiscale to bolster bulk and a small but good selection of support moves.
With it being just fini but with slightly tweaked stats, recover and flip turn, its already an amazing mon. great typing, very bulky, and also has scald. its a great defensive pivot, as well as being able to get rid of rocks and other hazards with defog.
skeldrake is a great mon, despite its abilities not being that great, its abilities, typing and movepool more than make up for that. with alot of coverage, spikes and will-o-wisp. core enforecer is also a great move.

EDIT: Scolipede now has poison heal instead of Shell Armor, it also has a 50 HP increase instead of a 20 HP increase.
fast defensive pokemons are really unique, and this one is great. it has leech seed, thunder wave to spread paralysis, and aromatherapy to support its teammates. it can also safely pivot into another pokemon with volt switch
though bug/dragon isnt the greatest defensive typing, it makes up for that with high HP, good defense and poison heal. its a good phaser, with dragon tail being STAB and having spikes. i actually recommend that you give it two other moves to give it more variety in its movesets: rapid spin and u-turn! to make its gameplay more than simply phasing, you could it give rapid spin to be able to clear hazards away, and u-turn to be able to pivot out of a dangerous situation.
though it worried me at first, i think cannodrake is actually fine now. its an extremely bulky mon, having 118/103/97 defense. it also has great moves, having recovery and knock off. as well as stronger moves like gyro ball or pyro ball.
i honestly dont know what this mon is supposed to do. i guess its really just an annoyance on the field? being bulky, having regen and being able to burn mons.

with filter, poison/steel becomes an even better defensive typing, coupled with having will-o-wisp to make moves like earthquake or close combat even weaker against it. despite its special defense being poor, it can still switch out with parting shot, as well as being able to annoying physical mons even more with strength sap.
natural cure is amazing for this mon, as it can get rid of status by just switching out. its a good paraspreader, as well as making good use of berserk + roost. it can get rid of hazards with defog, and it can also make use of haze to get rid of opposing pokemon's stat boosts.
Justification: Get Clean Slate Micro'd, idiot. This defensive core literally carried the whole tier whilst somehow having the lowest bulk ratings of any mons in there, and its the coolest thing ever. Slightly tweaked to fit within the stat rules, and added Regen to Dugtrio to make up for the loss of bulk induced by that.
is a good fast mon with 107 speed, being able to use pivoting to enable the other pokemon in its team, and being able to keep itself alive with slack off. fluffy makes it less weak on the physical side, but then it has to worry even more about being hit by a fire move.
despite not having a very good HP stat, at 55 base, its defensives are alright and its typing is pretty good. it can stop mons from recovering or setting up with taunt, and can get spikes up pretty safely. it can intimidate to tank physical hits better, or use regenerator to keep itself alive more.
Abilities: Gulp Missile Movepool Changes: +Flip Turn, Toxic, Taunt Description: Special Wall/Defensive Pivot Cramorant that mainly deals damage through Gulp Missile chip. Watch out for Electric types.
Abilities: Klutz / Shell Armor / Regenerator Movepool Changes:
+Earthquake
-Swords Dance Description: Regenerator pivot that can also set up Stealth Rock. Watch out for Water and Grass types.
despite taking huge damage from any stray electric moves, cram is still a good special wall, being able to get chip with gulp missile, as well as having toxic to annoy other mons, and flip turn to pivot.
neat stealth rock setter, having regen as well, and being quite threatening with earthquake and stone edge. it also has knock off, so its not quite safe to switch into unless the opponent is water or grass typed.
Pokemon: Crustle Typing: Bug/Rock -> Bug/Steel Stats: 70/105/145/65/85/35 (Spe -10, Def +20, SpD +10) Abilities: Sturdy/Shell Armor (H: Sticky Hold) Movepool Changes: +Flash Cannon, Gyro Ball, Iron Head, Leech Life -Shell Smash Description: Bug/Steel with 70/135/75 defenses. Has Stealth Rock & Spikes. Gyro Ball + Leech Life also works. Insane people can run SD.
Pokemon: Gallade Typing: Psychic/Fighting -> Ground/Fighting Stats: 68/115/65/65/115/80 (Att -10) Abilities: Steadfast / Fur Coat (H: Justified) Movepool Changes: +Earth Power, Sandstorm, Stealth Rock Description: Great Tusk but definitely not Great Tusk. Hits decent while also having dumb bulk, Wish, Teleport, Knock, Rocks, & lots of utility.
reminds me of ferrothorn, with it being a steel type with only one weakness that sets up hazards. though, this one has 105 attack and can threaten things even more with gyro ball. it also has leech life, so i could see it setting up hazards, using gyro ball to hit opponents and using leech life to keep itself alive.
its stupidly bulky, has amazing attack with a good offensive typing, it can also use wishport to support its teammates, and sets up rocks. its an amazing mon, specially as a rock setter, since anything that stays in on it might take a knock or let it use wishport if its too passive.
wishport + regen is a godly combination of abilities and moves, it has other utility with knock off. though its quite passive, its surely viable.
its very weak specially, but its amazing physically. having 150 hp and 120 defense, it can stay in and tank tons of hits. it also cant be statused or taunted with magic bounce, wich means it can get off free roosts and hazards. its a paraspreader and bulky pivot as well.
my favorite mon this slate, it has great bulk, along with recovery, a great defensive typing, along with mortal spin to get rid of hazard itself. being able to both remove hazards, set hazards and heal itself is what i like of it the most.
- Assist, Toxic (thats it, this mon's moveset needs everything it can get)
Description: Special wall focused on debuffing, with some utility tools like Spikes, Encore and Parting Shot to serve as a bulky pivot/passive wallbreaker.
- All Rock Moves except for Stealth Rock, Acid Armor, Amnesia, Toxic

great mon with magic guard, wich makes it be able to be both a defensive mon and a slightly threatening pomemon with mglo. it can use parting shot to debuff the opponent's offenses, along with being able to use spikes and toxic to further hinder the opposing team. overall, very goood mon
its a great mon, having its 4x weakness completely erased thanks to earth eater. its also a great threatening mon with analytic life orb, along with being able to set up rocks semi-safely because the opposing mon cant really expect what it'll do next thanks to its two best abilities being so distinct, and being able to recover.
water compation really isnt that good of an ability, though it can use shore up to help it tank hits better. it can also use mold breaker to ignore abilities like levitate or earth eater, also magic bounce so it can use stealth rock and thunder wave. i actually recommend you give it taunt to make it disrupt other defensive mons even more.
Has pretty low Special Defense, and its only recovery move is Wish to counter this.
its a really neat defensive mon, with magic guard letting it be unaffected by hazards, wich it then clears away. wish + uturn is unique, with it being an alternative to wishport, wich is still good since komala can just run a speed lowering nature to go last. its phyiscal bulk is great as well.
Pokemon: Stonjourner Type: Rock/Psychic Abilities: Solid Rock/Power Spot Stats: 95 HP / 100 ATK / 145 DEF / 50 SPA / 80 SPD / 50 SPE (520 BST (+50 BST) (-5 HP/-25 ATK/+10 DEF/+30 SPA/+60 SPD/-20 SPE) Movepool: +Cosmic Power, Trick Room, Amnesia, Psychic, Psycho Cut, Wild Charge, Explosion

Physical wall that benefits from Trick Room and Sandstorm. Thankfully does not have Salt Cure.
it wont use most of its new moves, except psycho cut and maybe trick room, though trick room is really niche so. its still a mon with great defenses, having 95/145/80 bulk, along with solid rock to make its weaknesses hopefully hurt less.

However, its bottom of the barrel speed, common weaknesses, and mostly situational abilites prevent it from being too strong.
its a great defensive mon with prankster, making its best moves (taunt, hazards, defog) always go first. though, it also means its roost will always go first, wich is a slight downside. it can use sludge bomb to hit fairy types and toxic mons, wich is very good. knock off being STAB is also great, so i can see it as a good hazard setter or hazard remover.
canopod worried me at first, due to having 116 attack, octolock and power whip for STAB. though, just like with cannodrake, i think its fine now. its better ability is probably natural cure, but poison touch can still work. strength sap is really bad for any physical mons that come its way, as they could go into a loop of being trapped by octolock + getting strength sap'd. although, topsy turvy is actually bad here since it inverts the opponent's stats that were lowered.
Close Combat, Drain Punch, Fire Lash, Flare Blitz, Gunk Shot, Stone Edge, U-Turn

Defog, Roar, Roost, Will-O-Wisp Description: I should prolly make simpler subs considering the nature of this mod lol. Here's a physdef wall with a great typing, Multiscale to bolster bulk and a small but good selection of support moves.
this reminds me of a offensive mon more than a defensive mon, though here i think its fine because it has a weaker setup move than swords dance, and its abilities are built for defense more than offense. it can use fire lash to scare out physically defensive mons, as they may take huge damage after being hit by it. spikes lets it get some chip damage on moves, so that makes mons want to switch into it even less.
velosylph is a great mon with multiscale, wich lets it be even tankier. though it isnt too fast. it can clear hazards with defog, and make itself go back to full HP to get multiscale to activate again with roost, and being able to make defensive mons want to not stay in against it because of will-o-wisp.
fast defensive pokemons are really unique, and this one is great. it has leech seed, thunder wave to spread paralysis, and aromatherapy to support its teammates. it can also safely pivot into another pokemon with volt switch
though bug/dragon isnt the greatest defensive typing, it makes up for that with high HP, good defense and poison heal. its a good phaser, with dragon tail being STAB and having spikes. i actually recommend that you give it two other moves to give it more variety in its movesets: rapid spin and u-turn! to make its gameplay more than simply phasing, you could it give rapid spin to be able to clear hazards away, and u-turn to be able to pivot out of a dangerous situation.
I think while rapid spin would give extra utility, it would have an undesired reaction of boosting the speed of Scolipede, which was toned down(due to the removal of some of it's base speed and it's ability speed boost) and could muddy some interactions of needing to make choices in the stat distribution of the player, and the opponent--especially if it has U-Turn.
With that said I've given it U-Turn, but decline on Rapid Spin, if you believe there's a different move to fill that suggested slot that Rapid Spin would take(to help make Scolipede less linear) feel free!
I appreciate the feedback and thoughts towards these two regardless.
Voting has now begun! As a surprise, thanks to a poll in this mod's Discord Server, I will also be starting Mutation Phase alongside voting! This will mainly be for this voting phase only, but if it is successful, I'll carry it into future voting slates as well. For voting, keep these rules in mind:
When voting begins and veto's have been given, we will be following a voting format similar to Roulettemons from the previous gen. You may vote up to a maximum of 5 entries, ranking them from top to bottom, with the topmost entry getting +5, the second-to-top entry getting +4, the middle entry getting +3, and so on. If you want to self-vote, you may only put your entry in one of the bottom 3 slots, or your vote will not count.
View attachment 495370 Pokemon: Hisuian-Electrode Stats: 60/50/70/80/80/150 (490) -> 70/45/90/80/80/145 (510) (5 from speed, 5 from attack = 10 into hp. +20 Def) Typing: View attachment 495374View attachment 495375 Abilities: Soundproof/Static (Aftermath) Movepool: H-Electrode's normal movepool. + Aromatherapy + Synthesis + Hidden Power
View attachment 495874 Pokemon: Darouse Type: Dark / Flying Abilites: Prankster Stats: 89 / 106 / 60 / 104 / 113 / 73 | 545 Movepool:
View attachment 495892 Pokemon: Canopod Type: Grass / Poison Abilites: Poison Touch / Natural Cure (HA) Stats: 130 / 116 / 80 / 77 / 83 / 30 | 516 Movepool:
For Mutation Phase, all you have to do to sign up is say "in" in your post. Note that the winning Pokemon will not be announced until the Scientists modify them. Voting and sign-ups will last for 48 hours, so get to it!
