Woah Lucario is one of the most dangerous pokemon in the tier. It is one of the few pokemon that can sweep from both the physical and special side. Once it's set up it can be extremely difficult to stop, as its largely resistant to other priority and even has Bullet Punch for Gengar. It can also run a Tera Normal Choice Band set which can easily clean up the opponents team late game. Really love using it.

It's important to note that a Tera Fighting Mach Punch or Vacuum Wave or a Tera Steel Bullet Punch get their power boosted to 60, so the double STAB means they have the same power as a Tera Normal Extremespeed, whose primary advantage is the extra priority.

You should also mention Shadow Ball as a notable move, as it has nearly unresisted coverage with fighting moves, only blocked by Hisuian Zoroark.

Note that, if you run Tera Fighting Vacuum Wave and Nasty Plot, an uninvested Timid or Modest Close Combat will still OHKO Blissey, even if it's Bold and 252 Def.

Unfortunately it doesn't get Mach Punch. Shadow Ball in particular helps break through Amarouge and Slowking. Hisuian Zoroark hasn't been released in generation 9 yet.
