Adding HSA to the GSC UU QC team and removing alive for now since he hasn't shown any signs of QC activity. Also removing steelskitty from QC teams as user has quit.

In addition to the DPP PU Project that was started not too long ago, a BW PU QC Team has been started off by Akir, with SBPC, EviGaro, and SergioRules as QCers!

Ctown6 is joining RBY Ubers QC to help with getting stuff out in time for RBYPL.
