SM OU Looking for Advice on First Semi Competitive Team

Hi everybody, I recently found about Pokémon Showdown and I've been play testing this team for about 100 battles. I started with a Sticky Web team but started swapping out Pokémon until I found something that started working.

Shuckle @ Mental Herb
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Impish Nature
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
- Sticky Web
- Infestation

I mainly use Shuckle to set up Stealth Rock and Sticky Web and a Toxic, depending on the Opponent's Lead. Landurous Therian can give me issues with Defog but I usually switch to Weavile to kill or revenge kill it. Infestation helps me switch to a counter for the lead. It also has issues with Water leads like Politoad and Toxapex. EVS are to maximize bulk and Shuckle's low HP

Weavile @ Choice Band
Ability: Pickpocket
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard
- Pursuit

Weavile is great for revenge killing Landurous Therian and taking care of Mega Alakazam, Reunculous, Gengar and similar types on this team Icicle Crash is a safe priority stab and Knockoff is a good Stab and for item disrupting. Haven't used Pursuit too much as I usually late game sweep with Weavile, not sure if I should keep it! EVs for attack and speed for sweeping.

Serperior @ Leftovers
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 56 HP / 200 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Substitute
- Glare

Serperior is a newer addition to this team but works well as a set up sweeper. Works great against Ferrothorn with Hidden Power Fire after a Leaf Storm Contrary Boost
and hits a lot of counters with Neutral Damage. I was debating between EVs for SpA or Def or SpD to add more bulk. I've been using it mainly for the two attaching moves and haven't used glare or substitute too much.

Tapu Fini @ Leftovers
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 248 HP / 16 Def / 12 SpA / 40 SpD / 192 Spe
Calm Nature
- Haze
- Moonblast
- Scald
- Calm Mind

I use to run a Belly Drum Azumarril with this set but I feel Tapu Fini is a better fit. Its a great counter to Mega Charzard X and Victini and hits Psychics like Mega Alakazam, and other counters like Mega Sableye and Dragons such as Garchomp. Haze has been great to disrupt set up sweepers like Victini and Charzards. Since i'm running entry hazards I didn't want to include Defog but Calm Mind Boosts are deadly with Tapu if i'm able to set them up.

Lopunny @ Lopunnite
Ability: Cute Charm
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Return
- High Jump Kick
- Power-Up Punch
- Ice Punch

Mega Lopunny is a great all around sweeper. Return hits hard for a lot of Neutral Damage and High Jump Kick is great, but is always a pain when opponent hits a protect. Power up punch is great to set up on Passive Pokémon. Ice Punch is a great move for Dragons, but might switch for Thunder punch. (I think Lopunny can run it) I haven't run into too much Paralyzing so I switched Limber for Cute Charm to get some infatuation luck.

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Roar
- Flash Cannon

Heatran has been a good utility Pokémon. Magma Storm for strong Stab and trapping a Pokémon. Earth Power is great against other Heatrans. Roar has been good for Phazing out threats and accumulating entry damage. Flash cannon is great for Fairys and Rock Pokémon. I've thought about adding in Will o Wisp or replacing Magma Storm for Scald.
