Activity sweep for substitutes:

voltix31 has not replied to Qwello Lee's post on his wall concerning scheduling. However, because voltix31 was originally a sub himself, and because I don't want to make Qwello Lee reschedule for the third time this week, I'm excluding him from the activity sweep.

In the case of AtmosphereVGC vs. DugZa, neither player show an attempted contact for scheduling either on Smogon VMs or by telling me on Discord, Showdown, etc. These two are the only other players who have not established contact, so as a result I am subbing both out. I'll give you both until Friday, July 26 by 11:59 PM Eastern time (GMT -4) to demonstrate by screenshot that you did establish contact prior to the Thursday deadline. If I am provided with evidence of contact, the match will be reinstated, but as of now:
