With its wide array of offensive options backed up by phenomenal offensive stats, Kyurem-B is arguably the best mixed attacker in Monotype and a must-have for any Dragon team. The primary contributor to its success is its fantastic BoltBeam coverage when paired with Life Orb. This combination is resisted by very few Pokemon, and Kyurem-B uses it to easily destroy defensive tanks such as Celesteela, Toxapex, and Mega Sableye. Alongsied Roost to increase its longevity, Kyurem-B utilizes Earth Power as coverage to beat Heatran and Tapu Koko. Despite its offensive prowess, Kyurem-B struggles against faster foes like Mega Diancie and Mega Lopunny, as well as with priority from Scizor, so be sure to pair it with Dragonite and Latios. The former can live nearly any hit at full HP thanks to Multiscale, giving it he ability to revenge kill Mega Diancie, whereas the latter is a Choice Scarf user that revenge kills faster foes while also resisting Fighting-type moves for Kyurem-B.
