BSS Kyogre

Kyogre @ Assault Vest
Ability: Drizzle
Level: 50
EVs: 108 HP / 4 Def / 156 SpA / 4 SpD / 236 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Water Spout
- Origin Pulse / Scald
- Ice Beam
- Thunder

Assault Vest Kyogre is standard in BSS. With an Assault Vest, Kyogre becomes an extremely bulky Dynamax attacker, able to tank hits from strong special attackers such as Calyrex-S and Yveltal. The EV spread gives Kyogre a good amount of bulk and outspeeds Dracovish. Because Kyogre normally runs Choice Scarf, this set has the added benefit of surprising your opponent by switching up moves and landing a super effective attack on Water-resistant foes such as with Thunder on Tapu Fini or Ice Beam on Eternatus. Kyogre perfectly pairs with Zacian because they cover each others' checks such as Necrozma-DM and Palkia. Ground-types like Hippowdon and Garchomp should be considered as teammates for their Electric immunity; Hippowdon resets weather, while Garchomp provides more offensive pressure with its high Speed. Seismitoad is a great rain sweeper, while Ferrothorn and Zapdos benefit from rain and cover Kyogre's weaknesses Specially defensive Chansey, Blissey, Gastrodon, Palkia, and Dracovish are huge threats to this set, so you must consider checks to these Pokemon as teammates.

I think the bulk of this writeup is good. I'd remove the line about 180 Speed/212 SpA since these spotlights are supposed to focus on the listed set specifically. Instead, you could add something like "Because many Kyogre run Choice Scarf, this set has the added benefit of surprising your opponent by switching up moves and landing a super effective attack on the water resist they switch in such as Thunder on Tapu Fini or Ice Beam on Eternatus."

QC 1/1 when implemented

Palkia and Dracovish are huge threats of this set. You must consider checks for these Pokémon. Specially defensive Chansey, Blissey, Gastrodon, Palkia, and Dracovish are huge threats to this set, so you must consider checks to these Pokemon as teammates.
