For reference:

A wooden ring with a painted target on it. Opponents feel compelled to attack exactly the bullseye.

While the holder is attacking or being attacked: The abilities and held items of the attacker and of the defender, except for Ring Target, are ignored.

While tallying type effectiveness: The immunities of the attacker and of the defender are ignored.

When a Pokemon holding Ring Target is involved in an attack, it is as if neither attacker nor defender has any Abilities or holds any other Item. Therefore,

• Wise Glasses should not increase Air Slash's BAP or Accuracy, and
• Stamina should not activate and should not have activated during the last round.

This means that Saharascal ends the round with 3 more HP, while Venomicon ends the round with 6 fewer HP and +0 Defense. Also, as Sand Attack's accuracy drop only lasts for three (3) of Venomicon's turns, Venomicon's accuracy stage should be +0 as well.

It might be helpful to note each active Pokemon's held Item somewhere in the round, Turtlek.

It appears that I miscounted the number of Air Slashes Venomicon landed in the last round; sorry about that. If Air Slash misses s3, then, it looks like the round should end with Venomicon at 29 HP, +0 Defense, and +0 Accuracy.

In the interest of delaying this no further, I am going to order assuming that the above changes are addressed.

There's nothing to disagree with here, the item states very clearly that it completely ignores all abilities and other items when attacking or being attacked. P2's post is entirely accurate, rectify this accordingly.

Also if you are going to disagree with a rulings statement/concern, you need to also present justification as to why the interpretation presented to you is inaccurate. That said, I am telling you here that his is simply correct, this is just a note for future matches.
