[SET COMMENTS]
Choice Specs Keldeo hits extremely hard with its powerful STAB moves in Hydro Pump and Secret Sword, notably allowing it to overwhelm some checks like Roserade, Noivern, and non-Recover Starmie. Icy Wind lets it OHKO Noivern and 2HKO Celebi. Scald is an alternative option that provides Keldeo with a more reliable STAB move, punishing switch-ins like Starmie with a burn. Flip Turn lets Keldeo generate momentum against foes such as Slowking and Tentacruel that it struggles to break through. Toxic is another option to cripple foes like Starmie, Noivern, and Slowbro on the switch in.

Rhyperior, Krookodile, and Druddigon can provide entry hazard support to wear down checks like Celebi and Roserade into KO range of its moves. Rhyperior and Lycanroc-D can also check revenge killers such as Noivern and Talonflame and help break through walls like Slowbro, Celebi, and Mantine for Keldeo. Late-game cleaners like Doublade and Polteageist appreciate Keldeo being able to remove threats like Krookodile and Incineroar. Noivern can form a pivot core with Keldeo, bringing Keldeo into foes like Rhyperior and Umbreon that it can wallbreak, as well as removing revenge killers like Starmie and Heliolisk for Keldeo. Other pivots such as Rotom-C and Scyther similarly work well alongside Keldeo. Rotom-C can notably break down bulky Water-types like Mantine and Slowking, as can other Electric-type pivots like Heliolisk and Rotom-W. Celebi, Zarude, and Tsareena can help pressure bulky Water-types like Slowking and Jellicent that Keldeo is unable to break through, with Tsareena also being able to lure in and remove Noivern with Triple Axel. Zarude is able to check and remove Celebi for Keldeo and in return, Keldeo appreciates Zarude bringing it in safely with U-turn against foes like Incineroar, Galarian Weezing, and Cobalion to wallbreak.

[SET COMMENTS]
Keldeo is a great Choice Scarf user, as it can reliably revenge kill Terrakion and Lycanroc-D, checking the latter exceptionally well thanks to it resisting Accelerock and Sucker Punch. Keldeo's fantastic Speed tier lets it outpace other common Choice Scarf users like Zarude and Mienshao. Keldeo is also a good late-game cleaner because its STAB combination leaves only a few Pokemon, most notably Slowking and Starmie, capable of safely switching into it. Hydro Pump's power notably lets it OHKO Mienshao and Terrakion. Surf is a more accurate STAB move still capable of 2HKOing the majority of the tier that isn't already handled by Secret Sword, but it requires significantly more chip damage to pick off foes like Heracross. Keldeo's proficiency in forcing switches makes it a great user of Flip Turn to generate momentum against foes that it is unable to break past. Icy Wind lets Keldeo revenge kill Noivern and is its strongest move against Roserade and Celebi. However, it can only remove an extremely weakened Celebi, so it is more worthwhile to use Flip Turn against this foe instead. Scald should only be used alongside Hydro Pump, either to keep Hydro Pump's power while having a more accurate fallback option or threaten switch-ins like Dragalge and Tentacruel with a burn. Alternatively, Toxic can be used to cripple foes like Gastrodon and Slowbro on the switch in.

Wallbreakers like Mamoswine, Alolan Marowak, and Lycanroc-D help compensate for Choice Scarf Keldeo's reduced power to break past common defensive cores. Choice Specs Sylveon is another great partner that can overwhelm many of Keldeo's checks like Slowbro and Celebi and lure in and remove Tentacruel. These wallbreakers appreciate Keldeo being able to bring them in safely with Flip Turn against foes like Noivern and Slowbro to wallbreak. Electric-types such as Rotom-W and Heliolisk can form a pivot core with Keldeo and pressure the bulky Water-types like Mantine and Slowking that Keldeo is unable to dent. Roserade can set Spikes to wear down foes like Sylveon into KO range of Hydro Pump or Surf and break bulky Water-types like Jellicent and Gastrodon. Noivern forms a great offensive core with Keldeo, as it can threaten Grass-types like Celebi and Roserade, while Keldeo can use Flip Turn as Grass-types switch in to prevent Noivern from being chipped or statused by them. Scyther forms another pivot core with Keldeo, capable of threatening Slowbro and also appreciating its help against Rock-types. Rhyperior can check Noivern for Keldeo and provide Stealth Rock support to wear down foes into range of its attacks. Escavalier helps remove Celebi, which is considerably less threatened by Choice Scarf Keldeo's weaker Icy Wind. Escavalier also checks Agility Porygon-Z and Rock Polish Cobalion, foes that Keldeo is unable to revenge kill.

[SET COMMENTS]
Calm Mind turns Keldeo into a scary wallbreaker and late-game sweeper, capable of setting up on some of its common checks such as non-Haze Tentacruel. Substitute lets Keldeo set up on more foes, like Druddigon and non-Haze Tentacruel, and also helps prevent Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Rotom-C and Gale Wings Talonflame from revenge killing Keldeo, but it does not protect against Hyper Voice Sylveon and Infiltrator Noivern. Keldeo can run other moves besides Substitute in the final slot. Icy Wind lets Keldeo OHKO Noivern after a boost, which is significant because Noivern cannot OHKO Keldeo after it has set up. It also allows Keldeo to do more damage to Roserade and Celebi, but Keldeo still needs substantial help from chip damage or more than one boost to beat them. Toxic is an option to cripple counters such as Mantine and Jellicent at the cost of greater vulnerability to revenge killers and status ailments. Flip Turn can be used to pivot out against the likes of Slowbro and Starmie to generate momentum, letting Keldeo compress its common role as a pivot onto this boosting set. Leftovers helps alleviate the damage lost from using Substitute. Coba Berry is a usable option for three attack sets, preventing foes like Noivern and Talonflame from revenge killing Keldeo as easily and letting Keldeo KO them in return.

Celebi, Rotom-C, and Obstagoon can overwhelm many of Keldeo's defensive checks such as Slowbro, Mantine, and Starmie. The former two also check Rotom-W and Rotom-C, common revenge killers of Keldeo if its Substitute isn't active, and Celebi can help tackle Heliolisk. Lycanroc-D is another great partner, capable of threatening the aforementioned defensive checks and removing other revenge killers like Noivern, Talonflame, and Starmie with its priority moves. Noivern can give Keldeo opportunities to set up against foes like Rhyperior by bringing it in safely with U-turn. It can also remove Starmie and Grass-types like Roserade and Celebi. Heliolisk and Rotom-C are able to remove bulky Water-types like Slowbro and Mantine. Zarude can similarly pressure Water-types for Keldeo, check Celebi for it, and bring Keldeo in safely against foes like Incineroar and Galarian Weezing to set up a Calm Mind or Substitute. Krookodile, Rhyperior, and Palossand can set entry hazards to help Keldeo break through foes such as Tentacruel and Celebi more easily. Dragalge and Galarian Weezing can provide Toxic Spikes support to help wear down foes like Starmie and Jellicent, allowing Keldeo to beat them more easily. Alolan Marowak can remove foes like Celebi, specially defensive Sylveon, and Slowbro for Keldeo, and in return Alolan Marowak greatly appreciates Keldeo removing its checks like Incineroar and Rhyperior.

[SET COMMENTS]
Keldeo is naturally a fantastic pivot in the UU tier. It is capable of generating momentum with Flip Turn easily by virtue of how many switches it forces and the limited amount of Pokemon capable of pivoting into it without being crippled. Toxic further reduces the amount of foes that can safely switch into Keldeo, allowing it to punish checks and counters such as Jellicent, Gastrodon, and Mantine. Scald is the preferred STAB option, as it can punish foes like Tentacruel and Dragalge that can't be crippled by Toxic. However, one should be careful of burning targets like Slowbro, Rotom-W, and Noivern that Keldeo can better cripple with Toxic. Surf is a viable alternative to avoid such scenarios and slightly boost Keldeo's Water-type power. Leftovers provides Keldeo with passive recovery, allowing it to check foes like Bisharp and Darmanitan a little better. Heavy-Duty Boots is an alternative item to let Keldeo pivot more freely and improve its matchup against Sticky Web teams.

Obstagoon and Electric-types like Heliolisk and Rotom-C appreciate Keldeo giving them a safe switch into the bulky Water-types like Slowking and Tentacruel that Keldeo struggles with and also form a pivot core with Keldeo, assuming that Obstagoon is utilizing Parting Shot. Zarude can similarly form a pivot core with Keldeo and remove many of its checks like Slowbro, Sylveon, and Celebi, while Keldeo can pressure its checks such as Incineroar and Galarian Weezing. Krookodile can support Keldeo with Stealth Rock, increasing the burden that its pivoting and the corresponding counter-switches place on the opponent. It also cripples checks like Slowbro and Noivern by removing their Heavy-Duty Boots with Knock Off, allowing Keldeo to overwhelm them with Toxic and their new vulnerability to entry hazards. Sylveon is a great partner that checks Noivern and provides Wish and Heal Bell support for Keldeo. Choice Specs variants of Sylveon can remove many of Keldeo's defensive checks such as Roserade, Slowbro, and Tentacruel. Escavalier and Bronzong can check Roserade and Celebi for Keldeo, which are unphased by a Scald burn or Toxic because of Natural Cure and the former's Poison typing. Roserade can provide Spikes support to wear down foes like Tentacruel and Sylveon for Keldeo to break past them more easily.

Calm Mind turns Keldeo into a scary wallbreaker and late-game sweeper capable of setting up on some of its common checks such as Dragalge. specs draco can still ohko you at +1 i would recommend using a diff mon or saying defensive/bulky drag In conjunction with Substitute Keldeo is able to use foes such as non-Haze Tentacruel and non Psyshock Slowking as set up opportunities, and beat them one on one. It also helps prevent Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Rotom-C and Gale Wings Talonflame from revenge killing you; however, Keldeo still has to be wary of Hyper Voice Sylveon and Infiltrator Noivern revenge killing it behind its Substitute. Icy Wind is an alternative option, which allows Keldeo to 2HKO Noivern on the switch or OHKO it after a boost, a risk that can be worth taking as Hurricane cannot OHKO it after a Calm Mind. It also allows Keldeo to do more damage to Roserade and Celebi; however, it still fails to beat Celebi without accumulating more than one boost. rose's leaf storm also ohkos you so i'd specify that this applies to both mons Toxic is an option in the last slot to cripple some of its checks such as Mantine and Jellicent, that it has no way of punishing otherwise, at the cost of being more vulnerable to being revenge killed and status ailments. Leftovers is the best item option to provide Keldeo with passive recovery to help alleviate the damage lost from using Substitute. i think you can give coba berry a mention here w/ icy wind for teams that are vvv noiv weak, optional though for sure

Celebi, Rotom-C, and Obstagoon can overwhelm many of Keldeo's defensive checks such as Slowking, Mantine, and Starmie. The former two also help check Rotom-W and Rotom-C, common revenge killers to Keldeo if its Substitute isn't active, while Celebi can also help tackle Heliolisk. Lycanroc-D is another great partner capable of threatening the aforementioned checks as well as remove other revenge killers to Keldeo like Noivern and Talonflame with Accelrock Accelerock. Noivern can provide Keldeo with opportunities to set up against foes like Tyranitar, Rhyperior, and non-Psyshock Slowking by bringing it in safely with U-turn. Noivern can also help remove Grass-types like Roserade and Celebi for Keldeo to sweep more easily. Jirachi is another pivot capable of bringing Keldeo in safely as well as provide it with Wish or Healing Wish support. Mixed variants of Jirachi can also help remove Pokemon like Slowking, Mantine, and Jellicent that prevent Keldeo from sweeping. Toxtricity is able to break through the aforementioned bulky Water-types that Keldeo has issues with and in return, Keldeo can break through Tyranitar, Rhyperior, and Palossand for it. Skarmory, Rhyperior, and Tyranitar can provide entry hazard support to make it easier for Keldeo to break through foes such as Tentacruel and Celebi easier. Choice Band variants of Tyranitar can also help wallbreak through problematic walls to Keldeo such as Slowking, Mantine, and Jellicent. i would mention krook somewhere in here as a partner (or grounds in general) bc cm keld is very good at baiting electric attacks from things like helio, = free rocks or free ko sometimes, it obv benefits from keld nuking skarm and weezer and stuff too

Tyranitar can also check revenge killers to Keldeo such as Noivern and Talonflame as well as break through walls like Slowking and Jellicent add mantine here for Keldeo to wallbreak more easily. Late-game cleaners like Doublade and Polteageist appreciate Keldeo being able to remove threats like Tyranitar, Krookodile, and Incineroar that can put a halt to their sweep. Noivern can form a pivot core with Keldeo and help bring it in safely to wallbreak against Rock-types like Tyranitar and Rhyperior. Other pivots like Rotom-C and Scyther similarly work well alongside Keldeo, the former, in particular, can help break the bulky Water-types like Mantine and Slowking, which Keldeo struggles to dent. think you should mention heliolisk here and maybe even rotom-w, stacking waters can be somewhat questionable but grasses aren't common in this meta so it's not a huge deal. main idea is that they're great answers to mantine, jelli etc. standard keld answers and obv pivot out on the grasses Calm Mind or Mixed variants of Jirachi can remove Keldeo's common checks such as Slowking, Celebi, and Mantine. In return, Keldeo can remove foes like Incineroar and Bisharp that threaten to revenge kill Jirachi.

Keldeo's typing allows it to revenge kill Lycanroc-D thanks to it resisting Accelrock and Sucker Punch and keep opposing Choice Scarf users like Mienshao and Jirachi in check. also a reliable terrak rker which is huge Keldeo is also decent late-game cleaner by virtue of its STAB combination leaving it with only a finite amount of Pokemon, like Slowking and Starmie, capable of safely switching into it. Keldeo's ability to easily force switches make it a great user of Flip Turn to generate momentum against these foes that it is unable to break past. Icy Wind provides Keldeo with the coverage to revenge kill Noivern and is its strongest move to hit Roserade and Celebi; however, it is only capable of removing an extremely weakened Celebi so it is more worthwhile to Flip Turn against it instead. Scald provides Keldeo with a more reliable Water-type STAB option capable of punishing switch-ins like Dragalge and Tentacruel. Alternatively, Toxic can be used to cripple foes like Gastrodon and Slowking on the switch-in.

Wallbreakers like Mamoswine, Obstagoon, and Tyranitar help circumvent Choice Scarf Keldeo's minimal damage output i wouldn't say minimal damage output, it's still p strong all things considered - reduced or lowered would work better here to break past common defensive cores. As such, they appreciate Keldeo being able to bring them in safely with Flip Turn against foes like Noivern and Slowking to find opportunities to fire off powerful attacks. Rotom-W can form a pivot core with Keldeo and pressure the bulky Water-types like Mantine and Slowking that Keldeo is unable to dent. Similarly, other Electric-types like Heliolisk and Toxtricity work well with it for the same reasons. Noivern forms a nice offensive core with Keldeo, as Noivern can threaten Grass-types like Celebi and Roserade for it. In return, Keldeo can remove Rock-types like Lycanroc-D, Tyranitar, and Rhyperior for it. this is good just mention the flip turn / uturn synergy too Scyther is another great partner for similar reasons to Noivern but it is able to threaten Slowking a lot better. Rhyperior is able to check Noivern for Keldeo, as it is a Pokemon capable of comfortably pivoting into Keldeo's STAB combination and forcing it out. Rhyperior also helps check Shift Gear Toxtricity, a foe Keldeo is unable to revenge kill after it has boosted. Jirachi and Escavalier are great partners as they can help remove Celebi, a foe that resists its STAB combination and can shrug off Icy Wind relatively well. Mixed or Calm Mind variants of Jirachi you could also just say Thunder variants bc it's common on rocks uturn rachi too which i wouldnt exactly call "mixed" can also help remove common checks to Keldeo such as Slowking, Mantine, and Starmie.

Heavy-Duty Boots is an alternative item that prevents Keldeo from being worn down by entry hazards like Spikes and Toxic Spikes at the cost of passive recovery.

Obstagoon and Heliolisk appreciate Keldeo being able to bring them in safely to break through the bulky Water-types like Slowking and Tentacruel that Keldeo struggles with, the latter of which, also being able to form a pivot core with Keldeo. u can mention both honestly parting shot obsta is p good Other Electric-types like Rotom-C and Toxtricity also work phenomenally well alongside Keldeo for similar reasons. Krookodile can support Keldeo with Stealth Rock and cripple many of Keldeo's checks like Slowking and Noivern allowing Keldeo to overwhelm them with the combination of Toxic and them now being vulnerable to entry hazards. Hatterene can help check Noivern for Keldeo as well as prevent entry hazards from Galarian Weezing and Skarmory being set easily, preventing Keldeo from being worn down too quickly. include sylveon here which gives wish + heal bell support, v good for boots keld in particular but also rly nice for lefties Jirachi and Skarmory can check Roserade and Celebi for Keldeo as they resist its STAB combination and are unphased by a potential Scald burn or Toxic because of their ability Natural Cure. include a starmie mention here bc natcure starmie owns you big time, replace the starmie mention below w jelli esp bc fat starmie runs boots and doesnt actually suck much Jirachi can provide Keldeo with Wish or Healing Wish support to improve its longevity while Skarmory can provide Spikes support to help wear down foes like Gastrodon and Starmie for Keldeo.

Calm Mind turns Keldeo into a scary wallbreaker and late-game sweeper capable of setting up on some of its common checks such as non-Haze Tentacruel. In conjunction with Substitute Keldeo is able to use foes such as non Psyshock Slowking does this honestly even exist anymore and the aforementioned Tentacruel as set up opportunities, and beat them one on one. It also helps prevent Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Rotom-C and Gale Wings Talonflame Gale Wings is kind of irrelevant to this. from revenge killing you; however, Keldeo still has to be wary of Hyper Voice Sylveon and Infiltrator Noivern revenge killing it behind its Substitute. Icy Wind is an alternative option, which allows Keldeo to 2HKO Noivern on the switch or OHKO it after a boost, a risk that can be worth taking as Hurricane cannot OHKO it after a Calm Mind boost. It also allows Keldeo to do more damage to Roserade and Celebi; however, it still fails to beat them without them being significantly weakened or having accumulated more than one boost. Toxic is an option in the last slot to cripple some of its checks might as well call them hard counters realistically such as Mantine and Jellicent, that it has no way of punishing otherwise, at the cost of being more vulnerable to being revenge killed and status ailments. Leftovers is the best item option to provide Keldeo with passive recovery to help alleviate the damage lost from using Substitute. Coba Berry is an option, that should only be used on three Attack sets, to prevent foes like Noivern and Talonflame from revenge killing Keldeo as easily and KOing them with Icy Wind and Scald, respectively. Definitely seen a decent amount of Flip Turn as 4th on CM Keldeo lately, not a horrible option seeing as Psyshock is on like every Slowking and it just lets you pivot out of these checks while still having some late game sweeping potential, would definitely give it a mention.

Lycanroc-D is another great partner capable of threatening the aforementioned checks as well as remove other revenge killers to Keldeo like Noivern and Talonflame with Accelerock. Could certainly throw a mention to how Sucker Punch Lycanroc-D can lure in Starmie too, I personally would never run this pairing without doing that considering how Starmie weak it is lol Noivern can provide Keldeo with opportunities to set up against foes like Tyranitar, Rhyperior, and non-Psyshock Slowking honestly don't believe this thing exists still outside of teams that already have such a good keldeo matchup that its a non issue by bringing it in safely with U-turn. Noivern can also help remove Grass-types like Roserade and Celebi for Keldeo to sweep more easily. checks Starmie too Jirachi is another pivot capable of bringing Keldeo in safely as well as provide it with Wish or Healing Wish support. also checks Celebi Mixed variants of Jirachi can also help remove Pokemon like Slowking, Mantine, and Jellicent that prevent Keldeo from sweeping. SubTox variants also good at doing this too if you wanna throw a mention. Toxtricity is able to break through the aforementioned bulky Water-types that Keldeo has issues with and in return, Keldeo can break through Tyranitar, Rhyperior, and Palossand for it. Keldeo is a great Choice Scarf user as it can reliably revenge kill Terrakion and Lycanroc-D, the latter it does exceptionally well thanks to it resisting Accelrock and Sucker Punch. Keldeo's Speed tier is also fantastic as it outpaces other Choice Scarf users like Mienshao and Jirachi in the tier, allowing it to reliably keep them in check. Keldeo is also decent late-game cleaner by virtue of its STAB combination leaving it with only a finite amount of Pokemon, like Slowking and Starmie, capable of safely switching into it. Hydro Pump is significantly stronger than Keldeo's other options notably allowing it to OHKO Mienshao and 2HKO offensive Jirachi. Surf is a more accurate STAB move capable of still 2HKOing the majority of the tier that are able to take a Secret Sword; however, it will require significantly more chip damage to pick off foes like Hatterene, Toxtricity, and Heracross. Scald should only be considered if using Hydro Pump as it provides Keldeo with a more reliable Water-type STAB option capable of punishing switch-ins like Dragalge and Tentacruel. Alternatively, Toxic can be used to cripple foes like Gastrodon and Slowking on the switch-in.

Wallbreakers like Mamoswine, Obstagoon, and Tyranitar help circumvent Choice Scarf Keldeo's reduced damage output to break past common defensive cores. Roserade is a decent partner capable of supporting Keldeo with Spikes to wear down foes like Jirachi and Hatterene into range of Hydro Pump or Surf and break bulky Water-types like Jellicent and Gastrodon for Keldeo. Noivern forms a great offensive core with Keldeo, as it can threaten Grass-types like Celebi and Roserade, which, with Flip Turn, Keldeo can bring Noivern in safely against to avoid taking too much damage from them and a potential Sleep Powder or Stun Spore from Roserade. Noivern can also bring Keldeo in against Rock-types like Lycanroc-D, Tyranitar, and Rhyperior with U-turn, foes Noivern appreciates Keldeo removing. Scyther is another great partner for similar reasons to Noivern but it is able to threaten Slowking a lot better. Rhyperior is able to check Noivern for Keldeo, set up Stealth Rock, and help check Shift Gear Toxtricity, a foe Keldeo is unable to revenge kill after it has boosted. Jirachi and Escavalier are great partners as they can help remove Celebi, a foe that resists its STAB combination and can shrug off Icy Wind relatively well. Thunder variants of Jirachi can also help remove common checks to Keldeo such as Slowking, Mantine, and Starmie. can also mention that Escavalier can check some stuff like CM jirachi / agility pory / RP coba that Keldeo can't check.

[SET COMMENTS]
Keldeo is a fantastic pivot in the tier capable of generating momentum with Flip Turn easily by virtue of how many switches it forces in conjunction with the limited amount of Pokemon capable of safely pivoting into it without being crippled. Definitely mention explicitly Toxic here, its rather implicit in this whole section, and talk about how it cripples some stuff immune to Flip Turn too like Mantine/Jellicent 4 teammates. Scald is the preferred STAB option of choice as it is spammable and can punish foes like Hatterene, Tentacruel, and Dragalge that can't be crippled by Toxic. However, one should be careful of potentially burning targets like Slowking, Rotom-W, and Noivern that Keldeo would preferably put on a timer with Toxic. Surf is a viable alternative to avoid such scenarios and provide it with a stronger Water-type STAB option. Leftovers provide Keldeo with passive recovery allowing it to check foes like Bisharp and Tyranitar a little better. Heavy-Duty Boots is an alternative item that prevents Keldeo from being worn down by entry hazards like Spikes and Toxic Spikes at the cost of passive recovery.

Obstagoon and Heliolisk appreciate Keldeo being able to bring them in safely to break through the bulky Water-types like Slowking and Tentacruel that Keldeo struggles with, as well as being able to form a pivot core with Keldeo. Are you suggesting Parting Shot Obstagoon here or? otherwise should probably word this more clearly Other Electric-types like Rotom-C and Toxtricity also work phenomenally well alongside Keldeo for similar reasons. Krookodile can support Keldeo with Stealth Rock and cripple many of Keldeo's checks like Slowking and Noivern allowing Keldeo to overwhelm them with the combination of Toxic and them now being vulnerable to entry hazards. Hatterene can help check Noivern for Keldeo as well as prevent entry hazards from Galarian Weezing dno on this mention unless you explicitly clarify non gas weezing, I definitely would try to default to gas in builder if i want tspikes for this exact reason. and Skarmory being set easily, preventing Keldeo from being worn down too quickly. Sylveon is another great partner as it can similarly check Noivern but also support Keldeo with Wish and Heal Bell support to greatly improve its longevity. Jirachi and Skarmory can check Roserade and Celebi for Keldeo as they resist its STAB combination and are unphased by a potential Scald burn or Toxic because of their ability Natural Cure. Throw a mention to Jirachi checking Starmie too ig, since its still quite the threat even when Toxic'd and is rather unphased by a lot of what this set can do to it. Jirachi can provide Keldeo with Wish or Healing Wish support to improve its longevity while Skarmory can provide Spikes support to help wear down foes like Gastrodon, Jellicent, and offensive Starmie for Keldeo. Definitely mention how Keldeo Toxic'ing stuff like Slowking, Mantine, Rotom-W, can allow it Jirachi to break through them more easily, you could certainly also mention SubTox as a partner here as something that really abuses this, appreciating Keldeo bringing it in on stuff it can set subs on like Celebi/Slowking, and both appreciating the others Toxic support allowing them to more freely click other moves.

Solid work as always. QC 2/2.

Choice Specs Keldeo hits extremely hard with firing off powerful Hydro Pumps and Secret Swords, notably allowing it to overwhelm some of its checks like Roserade, Noivern, and non-Recover Starmie. Icy Wind notably allows it to OHKO Noivern and 2HKO offensive Celebi. (If Icy Wind is more about hitting specific Pokemon, "Icy Wind lets it OHKO...". If it's a more general coverage option that importantly happens to hit Noivern and Celebi especially hard, "Icy Wind (does XX), and notably lets it OHKO...") Scald is an alternative option that provides Keldeo with a more reliable STAB option move that can also punish switch-ins like Starmie with a potential burn. Flip Turn allows lets (easing repetitiveness) Keldeo to generate momentum against foes like such as (easing repetitiveness) Slowking and Tentacruel that it struggles to break through. Toxic is another option, (Remove Comma) which can to cripple foes like Starmie, Noivern, and Slowking on the switch in.

Skarmory, Krookodile, and Tyranitar can provide entry hazard support to help wear down Pokemon checks like Celebi and Roserade into KO range of its coverage of Icy Wind (Choosing dual Water/Fighting resists in Celebi/Roserade for a set with one coverage move led me to believe you would want this). Tyranitar can also check revenge killers to Keldeo such as Noivern and Talonflame and help Keldeo break through walls like Slowking, Mantine, and Jellicent for Keldeo to wallbreak more easily. Tyranitar especially in turn appreciates Keldeo being able Keldeo's ability to bring it in safely against Slowking and Noivern with Flip Turn. Late-game cleaners like Doublade and Polteageist appreciate Keldeo being able to remove threats like Tyranitar, Krookodile, and Incineroar that can put a halt to their sweep. Noivern can form a pivot core with Keldeo and help bring it in safely to wallbreak against Rock-types like Tyranitar and Rhyperior as well as remove revenge killers like Starmie and Heliolisk. with Keldeo, pivoting Keldeo into Rock-types like Tyranitar and Rhyperior that it can wallbreak and removing revenge killers like Starmie and Heliolisk for it. Calm Mind and Mixed variants of Jirachi can remove common Keldeo checks such as Slowking, Celebi, and Mantine. In return, Keldeo can remove foes like Incineroar and Bisharp that threaten to revenge kill Jirachi. (That removal assumes Incineroar doesn't have a way to move before Jirachi & revenge kill it that I don't know about. [SET COMMENTS]
Keldeo is a great Choice Scarf user as it can reliably revenge kill Terrakion and Lycanroc-D, the latter it does exceptionally well checking the latter exceptionally well thanks to it resisting Accelrock and Sucker Punch. Keldeo's Speed tier is also fantastic as it outpaces fantastic Speed tier lets it outpace other common Choice Scarf users like Mienshao and Jirachi in the tier, allowing it to reliably keep them in check. Keldeo is also decent a good late-game cleaner by virtue of because its STAB combination leaves it with only a finite amount of only a few Pokemon, like most notably Slowking and Starmie, capable of safely switching into it. Hydro Pump is significantly stronger than Keldeo's other options notably allowing Hydro Pump's power notably lets it to OHKO Mienshao and 2HKO offensive Jirachi. Surf is a more accurate STAB move still capable of still 2HKOing the majority of the tier that are able to take a isn't already handled by Secret Sword; however, it will require (Add Comma), but requires significantly more chip damage to pick off foes like Hatterene, Toxtricity, and Heracross. Keldeo's ability to easily force switches make proficiency in forcing switches makes it a great user of Flip Turn to generate momentum against these foes that it is unable to break past. Icy Wind provides Keldeo with the coverage to lets Keldeo revenge kill Noivern and is its strongest move against Roserade and Celebi; however, it is only capable of removing (Add Period). It can only remove an extremely weakened Celebi(Add Comma), so it is more worthwhile to Flip Turn against it instead. Scald should only be considered if using used alongside Hydro Pump as it provides Keldeo with a more reliable Water-type STAB option capable of punishing switch-ins like Dragalge and Tentacruel. (Add Comma), either to keep Hydro Pump's power while having a more accurate fallback option, or to threaten switch-ins like Dragalage and Tentacruel with a burn. Alternatively, Toxic can be used to cripple foes like Gastrodon and Slowking on the switch in.

Wallbreakers like Mamoswine, Obstagoon, and Tyranitar help circumvent compensate for Choice Scarf Keldeo's reduced damage output power to break past common defensive cores. As such, they They appreciate Keldeo being able to bring them in safely with Flip Turn against foes like Noivern (Noivern doesn't sound like part of a "common defensive core", but I could be wrong) and Slowking to find opportunities to fire off powerful attacks. [BREAK] Electric-types such as Rotom-W(Add Comma), Heliolisk, and Toxtricity can form a pivot core with Keldeo and pressure the bulky Water-types like Mantine and Slowking that Keldeo is unable to dent. Similarly, other Electric-types like Heliolisk and Toxtricity work well with it for the same reasons. Roserade is a decent partner capable of supporting Keldeo with Spikes to can set Spikes to wear down foes like Jirachi and Hatterene into KO range of Hydro Pump or Surf and can break bulky Water-types like Jellicent and Gastrodon for Keldeo. Noivern forms a great offensive core with Keldeo, as it can threaten Grass-types like Celebi and Roserade, which, with Flip Turn, Keldeo can bring Noivern in safely against to avoid taking too much damage from them and a potential Sleep Powder or Stun Spore from Roserade and Keldeo can use Flip Turn as Grass-types switch in to prevent Noivern from being chipped or statused by them. Noivern can also bring Keldeo in against troublesome Rock-types like Lycanroc-D, Tyranitar, and Rhyperior with U-turn, foes Noivern appreciates Keldeo removing. Scyther is another great partner for similar reasons to Noivern forms another pivot core with Keldeo and also appreciates its help against Rock-types, but it is able to threaten Slowking a lot better. (This appears to present Scyther as a strictly more advantageous choice.) Rhyperior is able to can check Noivern for Keldeo, set up Stealth Rock to put Keldeo's checks into 2HKO range (Is that why Rocks are particularly important for this set?), and help check Shift Gear Toxtricity, a foe Keldeo is unable to revenge kill after it has boosted. Jirachi and Escavalier are great partners as they can help remove Celebi, a foe that resists its STAB combination and can shrug off Icy Wind relatively well which is considerably less threatened by Choice Scarf Keldeo's weaker Icy Wind. Thunder variants of Jirachi can also help remove common checks to Keldeo such as Slowking, Mantine, and Starmie. Calm Mind turns Keldeo into a scary wallbreaker and late-game sweeper capable of setting up on some of its common checks such as non-Haze Tentacruel. In conjunction with Substitute, Keldeo is able to set up on foes such as Druddigon and the aforementioned Tentacruel. It Substitute lets Keldeo set up on more foes, like Druddigon, and also helps prevent Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Rotom-C and Gale Wings Talonflame from revenge killing Keldeo; however, it still has to be wary of (Add Comma), but it does not protect against Hyper Voice Sylveon and Infiltrator Noivern revenge killing it behind its Substitute. [BREAK] Keldeo can run other moves besides Substitute in the final slot. Icy Wind is an alternative option, which allows Keldeo to 2HKO Noivern on the switch or OHKO it after a boost, a risk that can be worth taking as Hurricane cannot OHKO it after a Calm Mind boost. lets Keldeo OHKO Noivern after a boost, which is significant because Noivern cannot OHKO Keldeo after it has set up. It also allows Keldeo to do more damage to Roserade and Celebi; however, it still fails to beat them without them being significantly weakened or having accumulated more than one boost (Add Comma), but Keldeo still needs substantial help from chip damage or more than one boost to beat them. Toxic is an option in the last slot to cripple its counters such as Mantine and Jellicent, that it has no way of punishing otherwise, at the cost of greater vulnerability to revenge killers and status ailments. Flip Turn can also be used to pivot out against the likes of Slowking and Starmie to generate momentum. (Is it worth adding the following? "comma letting Keldeo compress its common role as a pivot into this boosting set.") Leftovers is the best item option to provide Keldeo with passive recovery to help helps alleviate the damage lost from using Substitute. Coba Berry is an a usable option, that should only be used on only for three Attack sets, to prevent foes like Noivern and Talonflame from revenge killing Keldeo as easily and KOing them with Icy Wind and Scald, respectively. and letting Keldeo surprise ("surprise" optional) KO them in return.

Celebi, Rotom-C, and Obstagoon can overwhelm many of Keldeo's defensive checks such as Slowking, Mantine, and Starmie. The former two also help check Rotom-W and Rotom-C, common revenge killers to of Keldeo if its Substitute isn't active, and Celebi can also help tackle Heliolisk. Lycanroc-D is another great partner capable of threatening the aforementioned checks (all of Slowking, Mantine, Starmie, Rotom-W, Rotom-C, and Heliolisk? If not all of these, this needs more specification. "threatening the aforementioned defensive checks" maybe?) Noivern can provide give Keldeo with opportunities to set up against foes like Tyranitar and Rhyperior by bringing it in safely with U-turn. It can also help remove Starmie and Grass-types like Roserade and Celebi for Keldeo to sweep more easily. Jirachi is an alternative pivot capable of bringing Keldeo in safely (Remove Comma), checking Grass-types like Celebi and Roserade (Remove Comma), and provide and providing Keldeo with Wish or Healing Wish support. Mixed or SubToxic variants of Jirachi can also help remove Pokemon like Slowking, Mantine, and Jellicent that prevent Keldeo from sweeping. Skarmory, Krookodile, Rhyperior, and Tyranitar can provide entry hazard support to make it easier for set entry hazards to help Keldeo to break through foes such as Tentacruel and Celebi easier.
