I'm currently working on my longtime project and new album - 'Ballad of the Blood Eclipse: The Tale of Two Stars', a full-blown ElectroMetal Opera with full voice acting, genre-bending, and more (I've been working on it for close to five years now). I will be releasing it later this year.

About Irrenoid:

I officially debuted Irrenoid in July 2021 after taking a break from music as a whole for a myriad of reasons. My project is a wide variety of different genres and types of songs, whatever I feel inspired to make at the time. I've been having an absolute blast, and it feels like a fresh start in the best way. My favorite genres to work with are Chiptune, Classical, Metalcore, Electronicore, Post-Rock, Acoustic, Orchestral, Chillstep, Synthwave, Alternative Rock, and Pop Punk! Irrenoid as a project has not only been a great learning source for me, but I've also felt a lot calmer and safer expressing myself through Irrenoid! I hope you all enjoy my music! Feel free to ask me any questions you have!

My Biggest Influences:

My most considerable influence has been and always will be my favorite band Black Veil Brides; other band influences include Red, Mayday Parade, Escape the Fate, Celldweller, Avenged Sevenfold, Linkin Park, Olafur Arnalds, Asking Alexandria, Silverstein, Converge, Trust Company, Pierce the Veil, Three Days Grace, August Burns Red, Of Mice & Men, Bullet for my Valentine, Yellowcard, Crown the Empire, Matchbox Twenty, Breaking Benjamin, Bring Me The Horizon, and Falling in Reverse. Many video game soundtracks have also been highly influential in my need to make music, including the soundtracks of Halo 3 ODST, Fallout New Vegas, Age of Empires II, and many Pokemon games, especially Pokemon Emerald and Pokemon Platinum.

I'm so glad you're back to making music! I just finished listening to Into the Night Sun, and it definitely has a melancholy vibe to it that's still really enjoyable to listen to. Fallen Kingdom might be a little intense for me, but I still respect the experimentation and effort you put into the album. And the synth in 2007 Blues is great!

Keep up the awesome work! Looking forward to more

Thank you so much, dude! I'm basically gonna be diving between super intense tracks and really calm ones all the time. I absolutely love experimenting in music! I actually just released a cover of Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata if you wanna give it a listen! - https://irrenoid.bandcamp.com/track/moonlightsonata3-exe

Glad to hear it! Can't wait to see what else you come up with. I also always love a good chiptune cover - this one's great!

Irrenoid - Lonely Day (System of a Down Cover)

Long time, no see everyone!

I just released my chiptune cover of System of a Down's 'Lonely Day' on Spotify and all other streaming services! Chiptune is a genre I've been passionate about for a long time and finally started making! I'm hoping to be able to explore more of the genre soon, and have learned quite a lot as a producer from working on it. If you want to give it a listen, come check it out here!

This was a very nice album! The first three tracks feel wistful and melancholy, while the latter three are more heavy and aggressive. I love your experimentation with style and genre, and as advertised, this whole EP contains a little bit of everything! I will say though that I felt some of the transitions between genres in the last three tracks are kind of jarring, which I'm sure is intentional, but it does take me out of the experience a little. Ghost Toxin and Night Chip in particular also just kind of end, without much of a conclusion, which felt kind of strange.

With that said, I still greatly enjoyed this album! My favorite out of all of these tracks has got to be Bloodlyte Moonlight; I really like the ethereal instrumentation accentuating the chiptune theme. And I guess this is old news at this point, but I also listened to The One Who Walks Through Shadows, and loved that album too. Keep up the good work, I always love hearing new music from you!

Thank you so much for this man, I seriously appreciate it <3
I'm sorry for the late reply, life got really out of hand x-x

I've got a new album out though!
It blends Chiptune with a bunch of other genres like Dubstep, Classical, Synthwave, and more! I've been working on it for the last six months straight basically!

So I completely edited my post, cleaning it up and there's a lot more stuff now.

First, I release my new single, Contragyric, which blends my Chiptune with Deathcore and Melodic Death Metal!

I hope you all enjoy it! I'm super stoked to share Contragyric with you, as I wrote it about some trauma I'm still working through.

If you like metalcore, I released my new song Shadow of Guilt today! I wrote it about when I was in one of the lowest points of my life last year. I'm seriously thankful for all the amazing people in my life, and I hope you all enjoy the song!

I released a cover of one of my favorite songs from my earlier years; Shadow the Hedgehog's theme song from the 2005 game! My Mom got me the game when I was going through some gnarly physical rehabilitation/surgeries after a severe bike accident that left me with permanent brain damage, and I'll never forget some of the happy memories I have from that dark time in my life. I hope you all enjoy it!

Haven't updated my music thread in a hot minute, definitely need to fix that!

Irrenoid - Downfall

I released my new single 'Downfall' a couple of weeks ago, it's a cover of my favorite song by Matchbox Twenty. It was so nostalgic working on this cover; it took close to a year to fully finish writing, recording, and producing this. It's very near and dear to me and brings back a lot of memories, and I hope it can give that same nostalgic vibe to you as well (or just be a fun alt-rocky/post-hardcore track if the nostalgia aspect isn't your thing)!
