[SET COMMENTS]
Despite Inteleon's high Speed and Special Attack, its very frail defenses, lack of useful abilities, shallow movepool, and inability to beat common defensive Pokemon like Ferrothorn. Rotom-W, and Toxapex make it unviable in OU. The only somewhat useful niche Inteleon has is its ability to hit hard with Choice Specs and boost its Speed with Max Airstream to make it harder to revenge kill, but other Pokemon like Gyarados, Hawlucha, and Kommo-o are stronger candidates for Dynamaxing because they can boost their stats more easily and threaten far more Pokemon. Dragapult also gives Inteleon a huge amount of competition as a wallbreaker simply because it has a better offensive typing and Speed tier. Ice Beam can threaten Hydreigon and does neutral damage to Dracovish and Ferrothorn on the switch. Air Slash should only be used if Inteleon is Dynamaxed, since Max Airstream will provide a Speed boost to make it harder to revenge kill with Choice Scarf Pokemon and Dragapult. U-turn is necessary to escape from bad matchups such as Rotom-W and Toxapex.

Inteleon doesn't really fit on many teams due to its minuscule niche. Having a solid defensive core is necessary due to Inteleon's less than impressive bulk. Ferrothorn is especially notable, since it resists Grass- and Electric-type attacks and can set entry hazards to make Inteleon more threatening as a wallbreaker. Other wallbreakers are necessary for Inteleon to be able to do any real damage, so teammates like Dracovish, Galarian Darmanitan, and Dragapult are advised. Other pivots like Mandibuzz and Rotom-H can form a VoltTurn core with Inteleon. Rotom-H can also check Gyarados, a Pokemon that Inteleon can struggle to beat if it locks itself into the wrong move. Inteleon's U-turn can bring setup sweepers such as Hawlucha, Kommo-o, and Gyarados in safely.

delete Dark Pulse from the set entirely and front slash Choice Specs, Pulse doesn't really do anything while Slash at least is useful in Dmax, while lorb just isnt v good on a mon like this.
bypass common defensive Pokemon like Ferrothorn and Toxapex
mention Rotom-W here.
since Max Airstream will provide a speed boost to make it harder to revenge kill against Choice Scarf Pokemon like Ditto,
Ditto copies your boost, leave it to Choice Scarf Pokemon

----

Inteleon can fit on balanced or more offensive teams that need a fast and powerful wallbreaker
this really oversells it i feel, you should specifify that this Pokemon generally doesn't fit on anything, that it's incredibly niche and comes with downsides.
Pairing Inteleon with a physically offensive wallbreaker such as Bisharp, Drakovish, and Galarian Dsrmsnatan is also advised to wear fown specially defensive walls like Toxapex.
kind of odd wording and you don't need to specify physically offensive. i'd change this to be "Other wallbreakers are necessary in order for Inteleon to be able to do any real damage, so teammates like Dracovish, Galarian Darmanitan, and Dragapult are advised.". Removed Bisharp cuz they're never gonna fit together.

----

overall you still need to make it a bit more negative cuz i really can't stress enough that Inteleon should be avoided in this tier.

good job though, 1/2

The only somewhat useful niche Inteleon has is it's ability to hit hard with Choice Specs and also boost its speed with Max Airstream to make it harder to revenge kill, but other Pokemon like Gyarados, Hawlucha Polteageist, and Kommo-o are stronger candidates for Dynamaxing because they can boost thier stats much easier and threaten far more Pokemon. Polteageist is kinda bad and Hawlucha is far more relevant anyways. Dragapult also gives Inteleon a huge amount of competition as a wallbreaker simply because it can actually hit these aforementioned Pokemon for super effective damage and it arguably has a better offensive typing and better Speed tier, both offensive and defensive. Ice Beam can threaten Hydreigon and provides neutral damage to Drakovish and Ferrothorn on the switch. Air Slash should only be used if Inteleon is Dynamaxed, since Max Airstream will provide a speed boost to make it harder to revenge kill against Choice Scarf Pokemon and Dragapult. U-turn is necessary to escape from bad matchups such as Rotom-W, Toxapex, or Drakovish. It's Dracovish. Also, why did you mention that Ice Beam hits Dracovish if you'd rather U-turn out against it?

Other wallbreakers are necessary in order for Inteleon to be able to do any real damage, so teammates like Dracovish, Galarian Darmanitan, and Dragapult are advised.. Galarian Darmanitan can ease Inteleon's matchup against Ferrothorn with Flare Blitz. Other pivots like Mandibuzz or Rotom-H can form a Volt-turn core with Inteleon. Rotom-H can also check Gyarados, a Pokemon that Inteleon can struggle to beat if it locks itself into the wrong move. Inteleon's U-turn can bring set up sweepers such as Polteageist Hawlucha, Kommo-o, and Gyarados in safely.
