With Eviolite and Ice Scales, Chansey becomes the bulkiest specially defensive wall in the tier, capable of walling virtually every special attacker. Ruination bypasses Chansey's meager offenses to deal damage. Toxic cripples bulky Pokemon like Arceus formes and setup sweepers like Miraidon and Palkia-O. Parting Shot allows Chansey to safely pivot teammates in thanks to its low Speed. Chansey’s low Attack limits Strength Sap healing from common special attackers, making it effective at wearing them down in the long run. Chansey's poor Defense means that it enjoys Fur Coat teammates like Groudon, Eternatus, and Arceus to check powerful physical attackers like Slaking, Groudon, and Koraidon. Chansey is also hindered by poison from Mortal Spin and Toxic, so having Hell Bell somewhere on the team is useful. Tera Ghost protects Chansey from being trapped, whereas Tera Poison makes it immune to poison and grants a resistance to Pixilate Extreme Speed from Arceus-Fairy. Tera Electric protects Chansey from paralysis while also allowing it to better check Miraidon.

With Eviolite and Ice Scales, Chansey becomes the bulkiest Special Defensive specially defensive wall in the meta, capable of walling like Palkia-O, Eternatus, Miraidon, Arceus forms, as well as virtually every other special attacker in the tier. Parting Shot, paired with Chansey's low speed, ensures that Chansey almost always has switch initiative after switching into a special attacker. Toxic cripples bulky Pokemon like Arceus formes or and other Imposter users like Chanseys or and Blisseys. Ruination is consistent damage vs set up sweepers bypasses Chansey's meager offenses to deal damage, allowing you to 1v1 them due to them not being able to heal with Strenth Sap and benefits from Chansey's low Attack limiting the amount foes can heal with Strength Sap. Chansey's middling Physical Defense means that it prefers enjoys Fur Coat teammates like Groudon, Eternatus, or and Arceus to cover it. Zacian-C is arguably Chansey's biggest threat issue, resisting being immune to Toxic and potentially being able to set up easily versus it, making Prankster Pokemon like Dondozo or Moltres valuable in keeping set-up it in check. Chansey itself is also weak to status conditions like Poison or Badly Poisoned poison from Mortal Spin and Toxic, so having Hell Bell somewhere on the team is useful. Tera Ghost protects Chansey from being trapped, and whereas Tera Poison makes it immune to being poison.

move 1: Ruination
move 2: Toxic
move 3: Parting Shot
move 4: Synthesis I think you do standard recovery first slash here (or just replace synthesis), Chansey doesn't check OPulse stuff anyways and getting recovery denied by PSea is much worse than gaining a bit from OPulse switch-ins since Chansey also usually recovers pretty safely. Move order can also be Recovery first since thats the most important move.
item: Eviolite
ability: Ice Scales
nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD add 0 attack ivs
tera type: Ghost / Poison Tera Electric needs a mention to sponge Miraidon's RV, I think Ghost is probably not very useful, you have PShot to escape trapping and you have two moves to scout Gold.

Parting Shot, paired with Chansey's low speed, ensures that Chansey almost always has switch initiative. Toxic cripples bulky Pokemon like Arceus formes and Imposter users like Chansey and Blissey don't think you need to mention Chansey/Blissey specifically here. Ruination bypasses Chansey's meager offenses to deal damage and benefits from Chansey's low Attack limiting the amount foes can heal with Strength Sap I think this can sound confusing so I would move the low attack blocking sap point up, right after first sentence (something like "Chansey also has a very low Attack stat, limiting Strength Sap healing from common special attackers). Chansey's middling Defense means that it enjoys Fur Coat teammates like Groudon, Eternatus, and Arceus to cover it. Powerful physical attackers like Slaking, Groudon, and Koraidon threaten Chansey, making Fur Coat Pokemon like Dondozo or Groudon valuable in checking them These two lines are saying the exact same thing. Chansey is also weak to poison from Mortal Spin and Toxic, so having Hell Bell somewhere on the team is useful. Tera Ghost protects Chansey from being trapped, whereas Tera Poison makes it immune to poison. Add tera electric point here too
