How to challenge to Gen 8 Free-For-All

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but does anyone know a way that I could challenge my friends to a Gen 8 Free-For-All? They deleted the format when they created the Gen 9 Free-For-All format and I have many teams which are now useless. I also had much more fun with the bigger dex containing pokemon such as Jirachi and Centiskorch than the SV dex, which has very few useable pokemon. If you know a way, can you please comment below how I can use it? Thanks in advance.
