Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 24 Atk / 232 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Taunt
- Stone Edge

Heatran is a staple on Steel-type teams due to its access to Flash Fire, making it the only Steel-type immune to Fire-type attacks. Taunt in tandem with Magma Storm allows Heatran to become a fantastic stallbreaker by trapping the opponent then preventing them from recovering off damage, helping Steel-types against threats like Chansey, Toxapex, and Mega Venusaur. Earth Power allows Heatran to hit opposing Heatran as well as Fire- and Poison-type Pokemon that are resistant to its Fire-type STAB attack such as Toxapex. Finally, the EVs allow Heatran to OHKO threats such as Volcarona and Mega Charizard Y with Stone Edge that otherwise can easily sweep through Steel teams. All of its teammates appreciate Heatran's Fire immunity. Mega Scizor appreciates Heatran's ability to trap walls that it would otherwise struggle against such as Chansey and Toxapex. Celesteela and Ferrothorn make great teammates for Heatran, as the former is immune to Ground-type attacks and both its Leech Seed and Assault Vest set are very hard for Ground-type Pokemon to break, while the latter can break through and wall Water-type Pokemon such as Swampert.

I think you need to rewrite the sentence on Taunt. Speak more specifically how the goal is to trap walls that Steel has trouble with like Chansey and Mega Venusaur, then prevent them from recovering HP, to eliminate them from the battle.

The Earth Power sentence is kind of bland, and I'd say Fire- and Poison-types, not Rock (this is a Steel team). - Mention Toxapex specifically in this sentence.

Emphasize the importance of Stone Edge on this set. It's extremely important to be run in order to eliminate Volcarona and Mega Charizard Y as they're both very potent win conditions vs. Steel.

In the team options part, make a general statement about how every Pokemon appreciates it immunity to Fire and give specific examples about teammates that appreciate trap/remove of walls (Mega Scizor / maybe jirachi). Then say in a shorter sentence about Steela taking on Ground and Ferro taking on Water.

Taunt in tandem with Magma Storm allows Heatran to become a fantastic stallbreaker by trapping the opponent then preventing them from recovering off damage, (AC) helping Steel-types against threats like Chansey, Toxapex, and Mega Venusaur. Earth Power allows Heatran to hit other Heatran's while being able to take on opposing Heatran as well as Fire- and Poison-type Pokemon which that are resistant to its Fire-type STAB attack such as Toxapex. Finally, the EVs allow Stone Edge Heatran to OHKO threats such as Volcarona and Mega Charizard Y for Steel-type teams which with Stone Edge that otherwise can easily sweep through Steel teams.
