OU GSC OU Speed Tiers

Long overdue a topic for players convenience regarding the most relevant GSC OU speeds. The format is as follows: Speed + Pokemon + Explanation(Modifier if it exists) and further categorized in Tiers. Not every single speed / pokemon is accounted for but all the OU Viability Ranking were included. Additionally, I only included standard / expected Curse & Paralysis(common found paralysis targets) speeds in Tier 5 and where applicable in order to keep the list as ordered as possible (without unnecessary information). Thanks for posting this, it's a fantastic resource - the Curse / paralysis stuff is incredibly valuable. My one suggestion is to add a 319 section for Roar Raikou which tries to out-slow other RoarKou while still outspeeding Gengar and co; it's specific, but relevant to know.

Does 319 priority Raikou still outspeed Gengar if the two are paralysed? Tagging Diophantine because I feel pretty sure he knows and I don't remember how the mechanic for rounding up and down is treated.

They speed-tie due to how rounding down is the norm in Pokemon.
Fear I think it might be worth cleaning up the modifiers part where you detail how paralysis and stat drops lower speed.
Instead of [base stat] [modifier], perhaps mentioning at the top the modifiers and how they affect the pokemon.
You can then just write [speed][pokemon] [modifer name].

I'd like to suggest +2 Quagsire as an Agility Recipient. It's a very specific BP target, but at least it outpaces almost every threat (bar Alakazam), which is awesome. +2 Charizard is probably worthy of a mention for similiar reasons (some of the "classic" Agility Pass frameworks are quite weak against Heracross), so I think it's a legimitate pick too. Nice thread, thanks for sharing it

List Updated with recent suggestions & Added all the base 30 speed Curse tiers (due to the tier importance of Snorlax mostly, dragging Steelix along).

I believe you may have forgotten to include Rapidash in the (Base 105) speed tier. While it is technically an NU pokemon it does have access to Hypnosis and Charm amongst other really neat tricks in its arsenal and I have seen plenty of great players make good use of it on the OU ladder.

Something to consider since you took the time to include Ampharos and Shuckle who is NU itself as well as other lower tier pokemon that are by no means considered "speedsters".

On a side note; here's me actually using Rapidash in tour & winning with it against an actual legit opponent so all those leaving puffy koffings under this post didn't actually get the last laugh in the end hehe >:)

Maybe add 54 speed for -6 Porygon2 (for the people who still actually use this mon) just to show that it's still faster than -5 (or even -4) Lax and you can go all the way in a Curse war? Thank you
