With a Speed donation, Glastrier is a fast, bulky, and powerful attacker that can snowball through the opposing team thanks to Chilling Neigh. Icicle Crash is its best STAB option, threatening the likes of Landorus-T and Yveltal and boasting excellent neutral coverage and a nifty flinch chance. Close Combat nails opposing Ice- and Steel-types such as Kyurem-W, Ferrothorn, and Heatran. Crunch allows Glastrier to take on threats like Necrozma-DM, Blacephalon, and Lunala, while Megahorn is an alternative to nail Slowbro and Slowking while also hitting other Psychic-types such as Calyrex-I. High Horsepower in the 4th slot provides a safer choice over Close Combat against Steel-types like Heatran while also hitting Necrozma-DM and Blacephalon harder. It also nails Fire types such as Victini and Volcanion. The decision between Choice Scarf and Choice Band depends on its god; it prefers Choice Scarf when paired with slower gods like Yveltal, Lunala, and Ho-Oh, but it makes great use of Choice Band when receiving Speed from Zamazenta-C, Mewtwo, and Pheromosa.

Wallbreakers such as Zygarde-10% and Galarian Moltres appreciate Glastrier's ability to clean up after they have punched holes in the opponent's defensive core. Gods such as Lunala and Yveltal give Glastrier the ability to augment its subpar Speed stat and in turn appreciate the bulk that Glastrier brings to the team; if opting for the Choice Band variant, it should be paired with faster Gods like Zamazenta-C and Mewtwo. Entry hazard support, particularly Spikes, from Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Skarmory helps Glastrier to wear down Steel-types that it tends to struggle with. Glastrier also struggles with entry hazards itself, so Defoggers such as Landorus-T and Rotom-W help ease Glastrier being worn down by them. While opposing bulky Water-types can give Glastrier trouble, they are still the best partners for it as they can handle opposing Fire-types such as Victini and Blacephalon with ease. Rotom-W, Slowbro, and Gastrodon are all excellent choices. Grass-types such as Rillaboom and Kartana appreciate Glastrier's ability to take out Flying-types such as Tornadus-T and Zapdos. Electric-types such as Zeraora and Tapu Koko appreciate Glastrier's ability to get rid of Ground-types such as Zygarde-10% and Landorus-T, allowing them to have an easier time sweeping. In return, they threaten bulky Water-types such as Slowbro, Suicune, and Tapu Fini, which allows Glastrier to have an easier time sweeping.

[SET COMMENTS]
Swords Dance lets Glastrier take advantage of its decent enough coverage and good bulk to set up and sweep. Icicle Crash is the best STAB option Glastrier has, hitting Pokemon such as Landorus-T, Yveltal, and Rillaboom. Close Combat allows it to hit those pesky Steel-types and opposing Ice-types such as Heatran, Kyurem-B, and opposing Glastrier. Crunch is a safe option that nails opposing Psychic- and Ghost-types such as Blacephalon, Galarian Slowking, and Victini. Megahorn, however, provides Glastrier with a way to hit Slowbro and Slowking harder. Swords Dance is the star of this set, allowing Glastrier to boost up to take out an opposing Pokemon then snowball from there.

Swords Dance Glastrier is normally found on hyper offense teams that can provide it with dual screens support; Alolan Ninetales and Tapu Koko are great dual screens leads. Glastrier requires a high Speed stat, meaning it should generally be paired with one of Mewtwo, Pheromosa, or Zamazenta-C. They also help Glastrier break down walls in the case of Zamazenta-C and Mewtwo or get a switch in from a fast U-turn in the case of Pheromosa. Entry hazard support from the likes of Garchomp and Skarmory is greatly appreciated here, as Glastrier can force a lot of switches and therefore help wear down the opposing team. Glastrier still struggles to muscle past bulky Water-types such as Slowbro and Tapu Fini, so Pokemon like Rillaboom, Kartana, and Zeraora can help ease those matchups by wearing them down or taking them out completely. Choice Scarf Fire-types such as Blacephalon, Heatran, and Victini appreciate Glastrier's ability to break down walls for them to clean up afterwards.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============
Glastrier can utilize Icicle Spear over Icicle Crash to have a 100% accurate STAB move while also breaking through Substitutes, but its inconsistent and often lower Base Power makes Icicle Crash the better choice most of the time. Substitute can be used to avoid status on the Swords Dance sets in lieu of coverage, but giving up Heavy Duty Boots to run Leftovers can be hard for Glastrier since it is weak to Stealth Rock and dislikes Sticky Web. Life Orb is usable on the Swords Dance set to better break through bulkier teams, but this cuts into Glastrier's longevity and makes its dependency on entry hazard removal worse.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Bulky Water-types**: Pokemon such as Slowbro, Tapu Fini, and Suicune can all not only tank Glastrier's STAB with ease, but can fire back with a Scald which has a good enough chance to neuter Glastrier with a burn.

**Physical Walls**: Pokemon such as Corviknight, Rotom-W, and Skarmory can all tank Glastrier's hits with ease before it sets up while either healing off the damage or crippling it with a burn or Toxic.

**Choice Scarf Users**: Despite being put in the Speed slot, common Choice Scarf users like Kartana, Urshifu-Rapid Strike, and Blacephalon all outspeed non-Choice Scarf sets and even Choice Scarf sets depending on the Speed stat Glastier receives, and threaten it with one of their STAB moves.

**Zamazenta-C**: Zamazenta-C can take most attacks from Glastrier including Close Combat thanks to Dauntless Shield. It can also threaten Glastrier with both of its STAB moves and take it down despite how bulky Glastrier is.

Glastrier provides a bulky hitter on offense that can easily snowball the opponent thanks to its signature ability, Chilling Neigh. Icicle Crash is there as the its best STAB option talk about the pokemon it threatens. (add period) that Glastrier has while Close Combat allows it to nail opposing Ice- and Steel-types such as?. Crunch is the best option Glastrier has against threats like Necrozma-Dusk Mane Necrozma-DM, Blacephalon, and Lunala (high horsepower is technically better vs blace and ndm so I would reword or change examples). Megahorn is an alternative to nail Kantonian Slowbro and Kantonian Slowking, that resist both its STAB moves and Close Combat, harder while also hitting other Psychic-types (add hyphen) such as Calyrex-Ice. High Horsepower in the 4th slot provides a safer choice over Close Combat against Steel-types such as? as well as nailing Fire types such as Victini and Volcanion. The EVs are maximized to give Glastrier as much Attack and Speed as possible. dont need to explain max / max spreads

Pokémon Pokemon that can easily wallbreak such as Attack slot Zygarde-10% or SpA slot Moltres-Galar appreciate Glastrier's ability to clean up after they have punched holes in the opponent's defenses. Hazard support, particularly Spikes, from Pokémon Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Skarmory help Glastrier to wear down Steel-types that it tends to struggle with. Bulky Water-types such as Kantonian Slowbro, Suicune, and Tapu Fini can still give Glastrier trouble so Pokémon Pokemon that threaten them, like Tapu Koko and Zeraora, (add comma) make good partners. can take advantage of them and get rid of them, allowing Glastrier to have an easier time sweeping. While opposing Bulky Water-types can give Glastrier trouble, they are still the best partners for it as they can handle opposing Fire-types such as Victini and Blacephalon with ease. this needs to talk about the gods that it works well with and why it works well with them? also you talk a lot about teammates that help glastrier? what pokemon does glastrier help and why?

This set aims to let Glastrier take advantage of its decent enough coverage to set up and sweep. Icicle Crash is the best STAB option Glastrier has while Close Combat allows it to hit those pesky Steel-types and opposing Ice-types. same not as in the above set, split this up into 2 sentences and give examples of what Pokemon these moves bitCrunch is a safe option that nails opposing Psychic- and Ghost-types such as Blacephalon, Galarian Slowking, and Victini. Megahorn, however, provides Glastrier with a way to hit Kantonian Slowbro and Kantonian Slowking, which resists both Icicle Crash and Close Combat, harder. Swords Dance is the star of this set, allowing Glastrier to boost up to take out an opposing Pokémon then snowball from there. EVs are maximized to give Glastrier as much speed and power as possible. same note as above

Screens support from the likes of Alolan Ninetales and Tapu Koko can ease Glastrier's setup to make it easier to sweep. Hazard support is greatly appreciated here as Glastrier can force a lot of switches and therefore help wear down the opposing team. Glastrier still struggles with bulky Water-types such as Kantonian Slowbro and Tapu Fini so, again, Pokémon like Rillaboom and Zeraora can help ease those matchups by wearing them down or taking them out completely. same as the above set, you need to expand this paragraph a ton. what teams does glastrier fit on? what gods does it pair with? what pokemon does it help? are bulky water types really the only Pokemon that it struggles with?

Glastrier can utilize Icicle Spear over Icicle Crash to have a 100% accurate STAB move while also breaking through Substitutes, but it is a generally weaker move and it isn't necessary most of the time. Heavy Slam can be an option to hit opposing Ice-types and it would hit hard generally due to Glastrier being a big horse, but Steel coverage is horrible and doesn't do much beyond utilizing Glastrier's weight. what ice-types are you hitting that cc doesnt? Throat Chop is an alternative to Crunch as it has the same BP but cancels sound moves although most opponents barring Kommo-o carry sound-based moves regularly and Kommo-o dies to STAB Icicle Crash anyways. this sentence just doesnt make any sense Substitute can be used to avoid status on the SD Swords Dance sets in lieu of coverage, but giving up Heavy-Duty Boots to run Leftovers can be hard for Glastrier since it is weak to Stealth Rock and dislikes Sticky Web.

Unlike the first set, this set appreciates screens support from the likes of Alolan Ninetales and Tapu Koko, which means that this set fits better on hyper or bulky offense screens arent used on bo, probably best to reword this teams. Therefore, this set appreciates being paired with faster Gods such as Mewtwo, Pheromosa, (ac x2) phero is the better fighting type god for ho and Zamazenta up to u if u want to mention zama since its not a standard ho god, can also mention -c here due to it being good as a partner on bo as well as a god compared to the first set due to being gifted a better Speed stat as well as being able to switch between moves probably also worth explaining their value outside of the speed stat + a little shortening imo. Glastrier provides a bulky hitter on Offense that can easily snowball the opponent thanks to its signature ability, Chilling Neigh With a Speed donation, Glastrier is a fast, bulky, and powerful attacker that can snowball through the opposing team thanks to Chilling Neigh. Icicle Crash is its best STAB option, comma threatening the likes of Landorus-T and Yveltal and boasting excellent neutral coverage and a nifty flinch chance. Close Combat allows it to nail opposing Ice- and Steel-types such as Kyurem-W, Ferrothorn, and Heatran. [SET COMMENTS]
Swords Dance lets Glastrier take advantage of its decent enough coverage and good bulk to set up and sweep. Icicle Crash is the best STAB option Glastrier has, comma hitting Pokemon such as Landorus-T, Yveltal, and Rillaboom.

Unlike the first set, this set appreciates screens support from the likes of Alolan Ninetales and Tapu Koko, which means that this set fits better on hyper offense teams Swords Dance Glastrier is normally found on hyper offense teams that can provide it with dual screens support; Alolan Ninetales and Tapu Koko are great dual screens leads. Therefore, this set appreciates being paired with faster Gods such as Mewtwo, Pheromosa, and Zamazenta-C compared to the first set due to being gifted a better Speed stat as well as being able to switch between moves Glastrier requires a high Speed stat, meaning it should generally be paired with one of Mewtwo, Pheromosa, or Zamazenta-C. They also help Glastrier break down walls in the case of Zamazenta-C or and Mewtwo or get a switch-in from a fast U-turn in the case of Pheromosa. Hazard Entry hazard support from the likes of Garchomp, Ferrothorn, and Skarmory is greatly appreciated here, comma as Glastrier can force a lot of switches and therefore help wear down the opposing team. While Glastrier does use Heavy-Duty Boots to avoid hazard damage, it still appreciates hazard removal from the likes of Tapu Fini, Rotom-W, and Corviknight.

Other Options
=============
Glastrier can utilize Icicle Spear over Icicle Crash to have a 100% accurate STAB move while also breaking through Substitutes, but its inconsistent and often lower Base Power makes Icicle Crash the better choice most of the time. Throat Chop is an alternative to Crunch trading a chance to lower Defense for disabling Sound moves, but is generally niche. Substitute can be used to avoid status on the Swords Dance sets in lieu of coverage, but giving up Heavy-Duty Boots hyphen to run Leftovers can be hard for Glastrier since it is weak to Stealth Rock and dislikes Sticky Web. A Life Orb is usable on the Swords Dance set to better break through bulkier teams, but this cuts into Glastrier's longevity and makes its dependency on entry hazard removal worse.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Choice Scarf Users**: Despite being put in the Speed slot, common Choice Scarf users like Kartana, Urshifu-Rapid Strike, and Blacephalon all outspeed non-Choice Scarf sets and even Choice Scarf sets depending on the Speed stat Glastier receives, and threaten it with one of their STABs.

**Zamazenta-C**: Zamazenta-C can take most attacks from Glastrier including Close Combat, despite it being super effective, thanks to its signature ability, Dauntless Shield. It can also threaten Glastrier with both of its STAB moves and take it down despite how bulky Glastrier is.

[SET COMMENTS]
With a Speed donation, Glastrier is a fast, bulky, and powerful attacker that can snowball through the opposing team thanks to Chilling Neigh. Icicle Crash is its best STAB option, threatening the likes of Landorus-T and Yveltal and boasting excellent neutral coverage and a nifty flinch chance. Close Combat allows it to nail nails opposing Ice- and Steel-types such as Kyurem-W, Ferrothorn, and Heatran.
