Today, i will present the team i built for Secret Santa.

So when i received this, i was like wtf, "how am i gonna build with this".

Teambuilding Process

So this is the first team i built, it is kinda classic, Balloon Mie, Specs Tios, Scarf Zor, Ibeam Def Toed, Classic Ferro, and then Specs Jellicent with Water Spout, Surf, Shadow Ball and Energy Ball for Water moves absorbers. Scizor is there for the uturn so that Jelli can hit the fiel safely.

For this one, i just wanted to build with Sirwings and he told me to build a semi-trick room, and i did this. It is ultra bad, but i give you this if you want it. Spd Toed, Lo Ferro, Air Balloon Mie, TR Healing Wish Rachi, and Spd TR Reu with Knock Off. Don't play it, it sucks ass.

The Team
Then I wanted to try another team, and that's what i ended with :

So let's start with the Specs Jelli. Under rain, it is stupidly strong, here's some calcs.

252+ SpA Choice Specs Jellicent Water Spout (150 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Tentacruel in Rain: 193-228 (53 - 62.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock, 1 layer of Spikes, Rain Dish recovery, and Black Sludge recovery (you need 3 spikes or 1 layer and Stealth Rocks to kill him even with protect)

252+ SpA Choice Specs Jellicent Water Spout (150 BP) vs. 248 HP / 240+ SpD Rotom-Wash in Rain: 156-185 (51.4 - 61%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery (if you put enough speed on Jelli, you can outspeed the smogon spread)

252+ SpA Choice Specs Jellicent Water Spout (150 BP) vs. 252 HP / 208+ SpD Ferrothorn in Rain: 153-180 (43.4 - 51.1%) -- 98.8% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock, 1 layer of Spikes, and Leftovers recovery

Obviously it isn't flawless, you're not always gonna get your 150 BP Water Spout since Stealth Rocks and Spikes are excellent, and it has only 8 pp, so you can get pp stalled pretty easily by protect users like tentacruel...but surf is still pretty strong under rain.

Then with the request being "Rain HO", Politoed and Ferro were needed, classic sets, Max Spd Toed with Refresh and Encore, Double hazards and Koff Ferro, and i needed a spinner so Jelli could get a full powered Water Spout, and Starmie is the fastest one, again Spin 3 attacks and Air Balloon so he can switch on Excadrill, Gliscor and Mamo, and if you predict well Lando too.

Maybe after all these explanations, you would think "well, Jellicent is super slow so it can't work versus offensive teams." But Tornadus is here to help, with Prankster and Tailwind so Jelli can outspeed offensive teams. His item is leftovers, and his moves are Huriccane, Focus Blast and U-turn to bring Jelli safely, even tho it is not his primarly use.

Then, I put a Mamoswine so i can revenge kill dragons and have a good matchup against DragMag. Classic set. Ada Max Atk Full Spe, Never-Melt Ice, Sub Eq Ice Shard Icicle Crash.

Threats

It is a huge threat to every team, but this one, oooooh boy. The only things that outspeed are Tornadus, who can't touch it and is OHKOed, and Starmie, who can't OHKO and is OHKOed back. So set up rocks and revenge kill it with Starmie, or with Mamo. You can try to pivot, but if the oppo is good, he will see it coming. (btw, set up your rocks asap vs every MUs, so you can pressure better)

1640819267674.png

The only thing that checks Scarf Tyranitar is Ferro, so if there's a Magnezone to trap it, try to put spikes so he gets weakened and revenge kill it with Mamo or maybe Jelli, but don't let him hit the field easily. (not easy tho)

Some replays :
Against SkarmJelli PsySpikes
Against Ferro PsySpikes
I will surely give some replays against Weatherless, but it is a good MU, since you have Prankster Torna with Tailwind so you can revenge kill basically everything, and clean with your Specs Jelli.

Against Rain, it depends on if the oppo has Thundy or not. But if not, it is duable imo, since you have Torna and Jelli.

Le Don Sirwings Fakee and all the Big Crits and Cro'Cunes

(sry for bad english and i hope you like this RMT)
