Since Patience is effectively one-time, the key is to when to use it, so it can be used as a lategame wincon, and can even use lesser invested attacking stat due to +2 Attack, +2 Special Attack and +1 accuracy allowing for powerful mixed attacking, with coverage of both sides.

Opposum + ”living dead” (Two-stage line with alternative evolution)

Name: Barbossum (Barb + opossum)
Counterpart: Zomossom
Typing:

Abilities: Sturdy | Iron Barbs
Base Stats: 73 HP / 104 Atk / 74 Def / 64 SpA / 74 SpD / 123 Spe (512 BST)

Flavor/Design: More mischievous looking, Barbossum will launch spiky steels at the opponent to impede their aggression, and then play dead as if it looks like it used all of it’s energy to use any of their attack.
Competitive Roles: Sturdy allows it to revenge kill or to set up Salac Berry + Swords Dance craziness, or use it’s fast base Speed for installing Spikes. Being one of the few Pokémon that can use Toxic also allows it to pressure walls or opposing set-up sweepers. It does not hit as hard as Aegislash, but it is a lot faster in general.

Name: Zomossom (Zombie + opossum)
Counterpart: Barbossom
Typing:

Abilities: Gluttony | Iron Barbs
Base Stats: 83 HP / 64 Atk / 114 Def / 64 SpA / 114 SpD / 73 Spe (512 BST)
Height: 0.8 meters
Weight: 55.3 kilograms
Notable Moves: Toxic, Iron Defense, Body Press, Trick, Will-O-Wisp, Metal Burst, Slack Off, Spikes, Counter, Spiky Shield, Taunt, Stuff Cheeks, Destiny Bond, Follow Me
Flavor/Design: More dopey looking, Zomossom acts empty headed, but as soon as the likes Beedrill or Watchog shows up, Zombossum quickly leap into them like a vicious predator, beating them through attrition.
Competitive Roles: Zomossom, while nowhere as bulky as Shield Aegislash, have access to Slack Off, allowing it to heal off damage it gets over time. For VGC, it got Follow Me, Destiny Bond, Spiky Shield and Stuff Cheeks to mess with opponents.
:druddigon: -> :unknown: (New evolution)
Name: Brutagon (Brutal + dragon)
Pre-Evolution: Druddigon - Upon reaching level 40 or higher, defeat five or more Steel-type Pokémon.
Typing:

Abilities: Rough Skin / Sheer Force | Mold Breaker
Base Stats: 97 HP / 130 Atk / 100 Def / 80 SpA / 100 SpD / 38 Spe (545 BST)
Height: 6.4 meters
Weight: 353.5 kilograms
Notable Moves: Druddigon’s learnset + Heavy Slam, Steel Beam, Dragon Hammer, Draconic Maim*, Fire Blast, Dark Pulse, Hammer Arm, Steel Roller, Megahorn, Horn Leech
Name: Draconic Maim
Power: 80
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 10
Category: Physical
Type:

Effect: 30% chance of lowering opponent’s Defense by 1 stage
Priority:
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Contact, Bite
Distribution: Brutagon, Tyrunt line
Justification: Gives Brutagon a consistent strong STAB regardless of what Ability it runs. I also decided to give it to thr Tyrunt line, giving Tyrantrum it’s own useful STAB for Strong Jaw, or in general.

Flavor/Design: Druddigon becomes longer and larger as it evolves into Brutagon, with proportion similar to the legendary bird-like dragon, the Piasa bird, particularly the metallic horns it gains. It is said that a strong Druddigon that managed to defeat around five Steel-type Pokémon evolve into this beastly monstrosity.
Competitive Roles: Brutagon is a powerful wallbreaker or even stallbreaker with immunity to Poison (thus also Toxic) and Sheer Force boosting the likes of Fire Punch and Thunder Punch. Oh yeah, Mold Breaker’s available for it, useful to get through certain defensive Abilities, particularly Sturdy, Unaware, Multiscale, Keisberg + Regice’s Eternal Ice and Lorian Salamence‘s Soaring Spirit (Ground immunity).
:smoochum: -> :jynx: -> :unknown: (New evolution)
Name: Hughag (Hug + hag, like “old hag”)
Pre-Evolution: Jynx - Ice Stone
Typing:

Abilities: Oblivious / Forewarn | Dry Skin
Base Stats: 70 HP / 60 Atk / 60 Def / 130 SpA / 120 SpD / 100 Spe (540 BST)
Height: 1.4 meters
Weight: 55.5 kilograms
Notable Moves: Jynx’s learnset + Aqua Ballet, Giga Drain, Thunderbolt, Freeze-Dry, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Dark Pulse
Flavor/Design: While the lips remained, Hughag is considered as prettier and elegant than Jynx, it’s pre-evolution, but it’s shorter body and goofier proportions makes it difficult to see just from the sihoulette. Hughag is capable of giving a brainfreeze to anyone that shows severe disrespect towards it or anyone it deeply cares about.
Competitive Roles: Hughag can be used as a set-up wallbreaker or sweeper with either Aqua Ballet, Calm Mind or Nasty Plot. With a Special Attack as high as Glaceon‘s, getting hit by Hughag’s Ice Beam or Freeze-Dry is very dangerous. Do be aware of it’s frail physical bulk, though, as it can’t afford to tank hits from there, especially considering Ice’s bad defensive capacities, and it might want run Heavy-Duty Boots to negate Stealth Rock damage.

Base Stats: 45/100/45/45/45/10 (unchanged)
Notable Moves: Jaw Lock, Snap Trap, Lunge, X-Scissor, First Impression, Quick Attack

Name: Lorian Vibrava
Typing:

Notable Moves: U-Turn, Defog, First Impression, Lunge, X-Scissor, Boomburst, Thrash
Flavor/Design: The lack of sandstorms that Lorian Vibrava gets exposed to makes its body lighter and more fragile, but also makes it faster. Its sense of vision is also as strong as ever, allowing Lorian Vibrava to see everything on every side of it.

Name: Lorian Flygon
Typing:
/

Abilities: Levitate
Base Stats: 80/115/70/70/70/115 (+15 Attack, -10 Defense, -10 Sp. Atk, -10 Sp. Def, +15 Speed)
Notable Moves: U-Turn, Defog, First Impression, Lunge, X-Scissor, Boomburst, Thrash, Dragon Dance, Primal Windstorm
Flavor/Design: Lorian Flygon has not fully lost its instinct to whip up sandstorms, so it will periodically flap its wings as if it intends to. Then it becomes confused and upset when nothing happens, causing it to thrash around for awhile afterwards.

New Features:
Type: Flying/Status
BP: -
Accuracy: -
PP: 10
Effect: Removes entry hazards, then switches out.
Additional distribution: None
Potential Competitive Role: Can simultaneously clear hazards and pivot with its signature Primal Windstorm, and deals a fair amount of damage with STAB Lunge or Thrash.

Height: 2'7"
Weight: 43.9 lbs
Notable Moves: Iron Head, Poison Jab, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Leech Life, Iron Defense, Iron Tail, Gunk Shot
Flavor/Design: Lorian Skorupi was pushed out to the mountains by its most dangerous predators in Loria, where it adapted by developing an exoskeleton as hard as steel. The toxins it produces are the same ones in Lorian Cubchoo's snot, establishing a correlation between Lorian Skorupi's arrival and the Cubchoo already living there becoming Poison-types themselves.

Name: Lorian Drapion
Evolution: From Lorian Skorupi with a Poison Stone
Counterpart(s): Lorian Beartic
Typing:
/

Abilities: Battle Armor/Sniper (Hidden: Keen Eye)
Base Stats: 70/115/120/30/100/65 (+25 Attack, +10 Defense, -30 Sp. Atk, +25 Sp. Def, -30 Speed)

Flavor/Design: Lorian Drapion can pulverize an 18-wheeler with one swing of its arms, which are more than 20 times as strong as a regular Drapion's. If it gets injured while hunting, it can poison its prey before eating it, enabling Lorian Drapion to regain additional stamina when it does.

Accuracy: 100
PP: 5
Effect: If the target is Poisoned, the user heals HP equal to half the damage dealt.
Additional distribution: None
Potential Competitive Role: Bulky physical tank with a phenomenal defensive typing (other than its 4x Ground weakness) and potential recovery with its signature Gigaton Claw if its target is Poisoned.

Name: Lorian Cubchoo
Evolution: Into Lorian Beartic with a Poison Stone
Counterpart(s): Lorian Skorupi

Height: 1'8"
Weight: 18.7 lbs.
Notable Moves: Icicle Crash, Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Acid Armor, Acid Spray, Superpower
Flavor/Design: Lorian Cubchoo has a commensal relationship with Lorian Skorupi, mostly because neither eats the same kinds of food. Sharing territory with it for decades led to Lorian Cubchoo becoming a Poison-type, and its snot contains the same toxins that a Lorian Skorupi produces.

Name: Lorian Beartic
Evolution: From Lorian Cubchoo with a Poison Stone
Counterpart(s): Lorian Drapion
Typing:
/

Abilities: Poison Touch/Slush Rush (Hidden: Thick Fat)
Base Stats: 95/80/65/130/60/75 (Swapped Attack and Sp. Atk, +10 Attack, -15 Defense, -20 Sp. Def, +25 Speed)

New Features:
Type: Poison/Special
BP: 95
Accuracy: 100
PP: 5
Effect: Deals super-effective damage if the target is Poisoned, regardless of the target's original typing.
Additional distribution: None
Potential Competitive Role: Can use Toxic (Spikes) and its signature Toxifreeze together to deal super-effective damage to almost anything, plus additional utility in Hail with Slush Rush and Ice STAB.

Flavor/Design: Based off of the Pyrausta tyralis caterpillar, also known as the coffee-loving pyrausta moth, Crambicoff is a tiny caterpillar that loves to feed on wild coffee. Often seen as pathetic and small, most trainers don't train Crambicoff, and using one will often cause your opponent to either mock you, laugh hysterically, or just feel sorry for you.

Flavor/Design: Based off of the Pyrausta tyralis moth and the mythical Pyrausta, Pyraustragon is a tiny insect dragon that lives in Loria’s hottest areas. Despite its small scale, it has been known to take down prey much larger than it, and in packs, they become nearly unstoppable, taking down prey with flame.
Potential Competitive Role: Quiver Dance Sweeper, Special Wallbreaker, Choice Scarf/Specs

Height: 1.2 meters (3’11)
Weight: 12.5 kg
Notable Moves: Dual Chop, Dragon Rage, Swords Dance, Knock Off, Bulldoze, U-Turn
Flavor/Design: A bipedal black Spiny tailed iguana (similar proportions to Treecko with a thinner tail and spines running down back) with a conquistador hat that has a feather on its side (feather color changes depending on where in region its found). Has a little leather belt the same color as its feather with a magnifying glass that the tail picks up on the side.

Name: Conquiguana (Conquistador + Igunana) [+ Conquest but that’s the same root as Conquistador so whatever]
Evolution: Imperiguana (Level 42)

Flavor/Design: Lizard is taller and now has a metal breastplate and limb greaves. The magnifying glass is now a dagger that the notably proportionately larger tail uses. The hat is now a conquistador style metal helmet with a big feather in the front.

Name: Imperiguana (Imperial + Iguana)
Typing: Dragon/Steel
Abilities: Infiltrator, Intimidate, Pickpocket (HA)
Base Stats: 80 HP / 105 Atk / 95 Def / 70 SpA / 85 SpD / 105 Spe (540 BST)
Height: 2.04 m (6’8)
Weight: 119 kg
Notable Moves: Dragon Claw/Outrage, Iron Head, Bullet Punch, Earthquake, Knock Off, Swords Dance, U-Turn
Flavor/Design: Guess what? Lizard got bigger again. Only this time, it has plate armor everywhere except for its head, tail, and joints. Instead of a dagger, the mon carries a rapier. The feather on its helmet is now considerably longer and flows down to the base of its tail. Having now fully adapted to its surroundings, its eyes match the color of the area of the region it evolved in, which may not be the one it was caught in. The helmet now covers its mouth like a knight’s helmet, but it’s barred so it looks like a muzzle for its incredibly sharp teeth.
Potential Competitive Role: Physical Wallbreaker, Setup Sweeper (Swords Dance), Offensive Pivot

(it's a second Seminole-inspired mon this slate, but mine and Samtendo's are really different)
Name: Cimarrola (Cimarrón (Spanish for Runaway, part of the origin for the word Seminole) + Osceola (Famous Seminole leader))
Typing:

Abilities: Defiant
Base Stats: 100 / 100 / 100 / 100 / 100 / 100 (600 BST)
Height: 0.9 m
Weight: 12.0 kg
Notable Moves: Ever Blades, Last Resort, Final Gambit, Poltergeist, Shadow Sneak, Phantom Force, High Horsepower, Close Combat, Swords Dance, Stomping Tantrum, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Grass Knot, Will-O-Wisp, Taunt, Mirror Shot, Energy Ball, Celebrate, Pay Day, Smart Strike, Shadow Ball, Psychic, Curse, Hex, Ingrain, Parting Shot, Surf, Wide Guard
Flavor/Design: Based on a pony and the Native American Seminole Tribe of Florida. Long ago, a group of assorted peoples congregated deep in the swampy forests of the Loria Region. While they came from all walks of life, the one thing they had in common was that they were runaways. Whether they were running from oppression or abuse or anything else, they all escaped to the one place they figured no one would look for them. Life was tough in the swamps, but they were free. However, eventually, the pain they were running from found them there and were ready to once again trap them. That was until a mysterious, ghostly Pokemon appeared to protect the runaways, at least according to the legends of the people who live in the swamps today. Since then, the people there have worshipped that mysterious Pokemon as their savior, though no one from outside their communities have ever seen this Pokemon. The people of the swamps claim that it will only appear to people who prove that they'll stand their ground when all hope seems to be lost.
Potential Competitive Role: Between having Defiant, blocking Rapid Spin, a signature move that clears hazards, and beating the 2 mons that have SylveMons Housekeeping that we let in, Cimarrola specializes in enabling hazard stacking, keep your Spikes and Rocks on the field while letting you keep hazards off of your side of the field with Ever Blades. Honestly could see it being too good for OU since it can do this so easily and it has a great movepool to boot, though 100s across the board just isn't what it used to be and it lacks recovery unlike other pixies.

Notable Moves: Swords Dance, Smart Strike, Liquidation, Waterfall, Dive, Lunge, Megahorn, Flip Turn, Drill Run, Poison Jab, Cut, Night Slash, Slash, Aqua Jet, Pursuit, Quick Guard, Rain Dance, Aerial Ace, Steel Beam, Air Slash, False Swipe, Icicle Spear, Scald, Surf, Ice Beam, Agility, Iron Defense
Flavor/Design: Based on a sailfish, swordsmen, and fencing. Foifish are the premier swordsmen of the sea, routinely challenging themselves and others to epic duels using their sharp sword-like bills. Foifish are extremely honorable in their duels, making use of False Swipes to ensure that each party gets a fair opportunity to show off the skill. A Foifish that breaks this rule can quickly find itself in a fight for its life against an angry school of rival Foifish.
Potential Competitive Role: how did no one sub a sailfish/marlin during the aquatic slate lmao

Name: Sailre (Sailfish + Sailor + Sabre/Saber (a discipline of fencing))
Typing:

Abilities: Steadfast / Super Luck / Swift Swim
Base Stats: 55 / 105 / 90 / 60 / 70 / 125 (505 BST)
Height: 3.8 m
Weight: 58.2 kg
Notable Moves: Foifish's movepool + Sacred Sword, Close Combat, Giga Impact, Foul Play
Flavor/Design: Based on a sailfish, swordsmen, and fencing. Only Foifish that have achieved complete mastery over the art of swordfighting are allowed to naturally evolve into Sailres. These Pokemon easily cut apart any Pokemon or obstacle in a flash, making them one of the most dangerous predators in the ocean. Marine biologists luckily enough to watch a duel between 2 Sailres from a safe distance will bear witness to an absolute masterclass of swordsmanship that the world's best fencers could only dream of.
Potential Competitive Role: Extremely similar to Barraskewda as an already fast Swift Swim mon with similar coverage. However, instead of having nuclear power out the gate but 0 defensive utility, it's much weaker, but much bulkier with an amazing typing and Swords Dance, plus interesting options like Megahorn to get past stuff like Slowbro, which should make it an absolutely terrifying sweeper in rain, a la SD Kabutops or Drednaw but scarier. Probably the most competitively viable thing I've subbed so far.

Evolution: Evolves from Weepinbell when exposed to a Sun Stone
Counterpart(s): Victreebel, Vileplume, Bellossom
Typing:

Abilities: Chlorophyll / Static
Base Stats: 80 / 65 / 105 / 90 / 80 / 70 (490 BST)
Height: 1.5 m
Weight: 20.5 kg
Notable Moves: Weepinbell's movepool + Water Pulse, Brine, Zing Zap, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Thunder, Charge, Spark, Citrusy Sting (move from Gen X Brazdo, Grass-type Thunder Wave), Life Dew, Pollen Puff, Electric Terrain
Flavor/Design: Based on a pitcher plant and orange juice. Essentially an upside down pitcher plant (a la Weepinbell) filled with a liquid that tastes exactly like orange juice that Narabel selflessly serves to Pokemon deep within forests. Victreebels in Loria are noted to have a greater ability to attract prey than anywhere else because of the help they get from Narabels
Potential Competitive Role: Correctly a glaring gaping hole in the PokeDex, Narabel is the Bellossom to Victreebel's Vileplume, taking a more defensive role than its counterpart. Grass/Electric is a pretty good defensive typing, it has good bulk, Static, and broken moves like Strength Sap and Sleep Powder.

Notable Moves: Iron Head, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Draco Meteor, Flamethrower, Flash Cannon, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, Leech Seed, Worry Seed, Gunk Shot, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave Body Press, Iron Defense
Flavor/Design: Its name comes from Storage + Tarrasque (Tarask). It's basically a storage unit dragon. Plays on the idea that dragons like to have treasures. The random hazards and status moves it has come from the idea that it has a bunch of random junk inside.
Potential Competitive Role: Spike setter and maybe an ID set but outside of that honestly this is mostly a flavor mon.

Notable Moves: Psychic, Psyshock, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball, Mystical Fire, Fake Out, Knock Off, Dazzling Gleam
Flavor/Design: A little cat with big paws, a witch hat and a total tsundere attitude. Its hat can double as a cauldron. Its name comes from whiskers and witchcraft
Potential Competitive Role: A funky gimmick mon that can set up a one-time QD with CM + salac berry.

*Potion Brewer: Upon using a psychic-type move, this Pokémon consumes its berry.

Notable Moves: Shell Smash, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Liquidation, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock, Return (is this still snapped?), Quick Attack, Swords Dance, X-Scissor
Flavor/Design: Name comes from Armadillo + Littoral (aka coastal). It's an armadillo that looks like a seashell when in "ball mode".
Potential Competitive Role: Low-tier shell smasher. Most likely not very viable.

Voting has begun!

For this slate, we will have a non-ranked vote, similar to that of FERU, for the Mythical and the Free Slots. You can vote for up to 2 Mythicals and 5 free slot evolutionary lines, which each line receiving 1 point for each vote. There will be 1-2 winners for the Mythical and about 4-5 winners for the free slots, possibly more depending on how voting turns out.

Example:
Mythical -
Mythical A

Free Slots -
Pokemon A
Pokemon B
Pokemon C
Pokemon D
Pokemon E

You may vote for up to 2 of your own submissions for the free slots and you can only vote for your own Mythical submission if you vote for something else with it
Remember that if you're voting for a set of counterparts, you have to vote for both in one slot (so you don't have to use up 2+ slots but you also can't just vote for one)

Voting will close in 48 hours (probably a little less)

Name: Visiguana (Visit + Iguana)
Evolution: Conquiguana (Level 35)
Typing: Dragon
Abilities: Infiltrator, Keen Eye, Unnerve (HA)

Typing: Dragon/Steel
Abilities: Infiltrator, Intimidate, Pickpocket (HA)
Base Stats: 65 HP / 85 Atk / 70 Def / 60 SpA / 65 SpD / 75 Spe (420 BST)
Height: 1.6 m (5’3)
Weight: 85 kg
Notable Moves: Dual Chop, Iron Head, Bullet Punch, Earthquake, Knock Off, Swords Dance, U-Turn

As for the mythical, we actually had a three-way tie, meaning that we'll have to go to a 24 hour tiebreaker! Vote for one of the below option.
Mythical
The Panther of the Seminole legends
Name: Pantninole (Panther + Seminole)

Distribution: Panthinole only; can be distributed for other few Pokémon in Generation X3.

Flavor/Design: A panther-like Mythical Pokémon with incredible patience, only moving if it feels like it’s life is in true danger. Having traits of multiple felines such as jaguars and leopards, Panthinole‘s spots are constantly changing, similar to lava lamps. It is said that it will only appears in front of Pokémon Trainers who proved great patience.
Competitive Roles: It’s stat line doesn’t gel with Stall (a patience-based playstyle) but it can fit on balance team or hyper offensive due to great mixed attacking stats and high Speed. Since Patience is effectively one-time, the key is to when to use it, so it can be used as a lategame wincon, and can even use lesser invested attacking stat due to +2 Attack, +2 Special Attack and +1 accuracy allowing for powerful mixed attacking, with coverage of both sides.
Name: Fortuigon Fortuity+dragon

Flavor/Design: Legend has it people who come into contact with statues of this mythical pokemon are blessed with good fortune. During ancient times, owners of this pokemon had vast wealth and their greed led to fortuigon fleeing and going into a slumber on an unknown island (merritt island equivalent in loria region probably only accessible through an event). This Pokémon is based on the Meritt island dragon statue.
Potential Competitive Role: Dragon dance sweeper that hits hard with high crit rate Dragon's gift along with its good coverage.
Name: Dragon’s gift

Mythical
:sm/ponyta:

Name: Ever Blades
Power: 40
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10
Category:

Type:

Effect: Clears hazards from the user's side of the field and frees the user from partial trapping, Leech Seed, and Ingrain. Super effective on Grass
Priority: 0
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Contact
Distribution: Exclusive to Cimarola
Justification: Being an unblockable STAB Rapid Spin is obviously amazing, even without the Speed boost

In the meantime, we can start the most unique slate of the mod!

-----------------------------------------------

- Regional Dex -
:sm/rotom:
In this slate, we will create the full Regional PokeDex of the Loria Region. While the new Pokemon that any region introduces are extremely important, the regional dex is honestly just as important, using old Pokemon to fill any holes in what the new ones bring, rounding out the region to make it feel more whole. Additionally, regiona dexes are extremely important competitively, as they dictate what's legal in early VGC seasons and, as seen in Sword and Shield (and pre-Bank XY), the available Pokemon for initial singles tiers.

This slate has vastly different rules than previous slates, so be sure to read them.
Rules
- During this slate, you will propose up to 10 non-legendary and non-starter evolutionary lines to be added to the regional dex. There are no restrictions on what kinds of evolutionary lines you're allowed to add, they can be for any flavor or competitive reason, they just can't be legendary lines.
- Hisuian Pokemon can be included. Any added Hisuian form will receive a full movepool created by council. The only new moves from Legends: Arceus that will be added are the ones attached to Hisuian Pokemon in the Dex and will have the same/similar distribution they have in Legends (ex, if Basculegion is added, Wave Crash will be added and also given to Empoleon (even if it doesn't get added, since it'll be usable in the NatDex metagame))
- You can suggest Pokemon fron Gen X Brazdo, which you can find the spreadsheet for here.
- Along with your 10 proposed evolutionary lines, you can also propose move additions for those Pokemon. These added moves can only be either the new moves added in the mod (excluding exclusive moves) or moves in the TM/Tutor list that those Pokemon don't already learn. For example, if you proposed Banette, you can suggest that it gains Poltergeist. The spreadsheet has a list of all the new moves added and the TM/Tutor list (which has been updated with 3 new moves, TM31 Bush Claws (from Gen X Brazdo), TM57 Shock Tail, and TM85 Drain Fang (from Gen X Brazdo)).
- For legendaries and starters, we'll have 1-2 groups of past gen legends added to the dex, as well as 1 group of past gen starters, which you'll vote for in this poll. This poll will also decide if Silvally gets added to the dex or not.
- Once the slate ends, there will not be a voting phase. Instead, the council will go through the list of proposed Pokémon, make any necessary tweaks and additions, and publish that. We're aiming for a regional dex of ~300 Pokémon, though it might be much lower depending on how many people propose additions.

Ability: Light Power
is a Pre-Contributor
I’d like to rename Shock Tail to Shocking Tail; rolls the tongue better.

Mythical Tiebreaker: Fortuigon (I initially wanna self-vote, but what the heck I can’t say no to a potential Dragon mythical)

Pokémon line: Magby line + Elekid line (counterparts)
New Moves for Magby line: Quick Shot (Already given, just a reminder)
New Moves for Elekid line: Thunderstrike (Electivire, replacing Thunder for Level-Up; already given Shock Tail as TM)
New Ability for Elekid line (since Magby line got a new one in Precision): Sheer Force
Why this Ability? A lot of Electivire’s Pokédex entries talks about the sheer amount of electricity it can emit even among Electric-type Pokémon, so Sheer Force will fit it, allowing for better physical prowess or go for Special role as well if needed. Thunder under Rain would be legitimately threatening when you least expect. Do keep in mind of it’s poor Defense, average special bulk + Speed, Thunderstrike’s shaky accuracy outside of Sun and the fact that it cannot manually boost it’s own stats. Sheer Force Thunder Punch is preferable over Shocking Tail if you want to wallbreak stuff.

Pokémon line: Oranguru + Passimian (counterparts)
New Moves for both: Banana Split (Egg Move), Bush Claws (TM)
New Ability for Passimian (since Oranguru got a new one in Precision and already have three Abilities before then): No Guard
Why this Ability? In rugby or American football, there’s no time for taking a defensive actions (defensive strategies still a good idea) except shoving aggressors or dodging them, and it’s all about either stopping the opponent who got the ball, run to the goal as far as you can, or pass it to a teammate. This allows Passimian to make better use of Gunk Shot, Iron Tail and Rock Slide due to not worrying about missing, at cost of things like Fire Blast being more consistent against it.

Pokémon line: Aipom line
New Moves: Banana Split (Field Egg Move), High Jump Kick (Field Egg Move), Clinch (Brazdo move; new Level Up move), Revenge (Tutor), Shocking Tail (TM), Bush Claws (TM)
Note: Banana Split becomes effective ~150 BP via Technician, giving Ambipom something over Cinccino by becoming an effective Ice-type (but without the Ice-type weaknesses) if going for Technician. Clinch also becomes helpful against faster opponent or bulkier threats (NOT Keisberg or, if it got in or in NatDex format, Regice due to Eternal Ice) while also providing a reliable Fighting coverage.

Pokémon line: Stantler line (including Wyrdeer)
New Moves: (Stantler only for Generation X2) Psyshield Bash. Wyrdeer gain access to Stantler’s Gen 7 movepool in addition to Expanding Force, Hyper Beam, Hyper Voice, Recover, Body Press, Focus Blast, and Glare.
Move Name: Psyshield Bash
Category: Physical
Type: Psychic
PP: 10
Power: 70
Accuracy: 100%
Effect: Raise user’s Defense by 1 stage upon successful hit.
Flags: Contact
Justification: Accuracy is based off Strong Style, but 70 BP is based off standard with neither of the styles. It only raising Defense is so that Wyrdeer still have Special Defense to worry about (though you can always give it an Assault Vest), though regardless, it makes a strong synergy with Intimidate and a decent synergy with Body Press.
Pokémon line: Pikachu line (including Alolan Raichu)
New Moves: Shock Tail (TM; already given to Pikachu and Raichu)

Pokémon line: Staryu line
New Moves: None

Pokémon line: Eevee line
New Moves: Shock Tail (Jolteon and Flareon, TM), Bulk Up (Flareon only, TM), Firework Leaf + Bush Claws (Leafeon only, Firework Lead is Level-Up replacing Giga Drain; Leafeon can still learn Giga Drain via Tutor; Leafeon learns Bush Claws via TM), Surf + Hydro Pump (Glaceon only, TM and Tutor respectively), Drain Fang (Eevee and all Eeveelution via TM)
Justification for New Moves: Flareon, Leafeon and Glaceon suffers from abysmal coverage, even among Eeveelution, and their stat line does not help their case or, in Leafeon’s case, generally outclassed by other physical Grass-type. Shock Tail is the exception of the rule for Flareon, as that fluffy tail and high heat can cause electricity when rubbing, just not as STAB. As for Glaceon, since it already learn Water Pulse and Aqua Tail, and Vaporeon already learns Ice-type moves, I’ll make it full circle by allowing Glaceon to use Surf and the stronger Hydro Pump, helping it fending off Fire-type and Rock-type threats.

Pokémon line: Trapinch line
New Moves: Shock Tail + Bush Claws (Vibrava + Flygon only; both TM)

Pokémon line: Bronzor line
New Moves: Gravity, Imprison (both Tutor)

Pokémon line: Cufant line
New Moves: Gunk Shot (Tutor)

Pokémon line: Poliwag line
New Moves: Hurricane (Politoed only; Tutor), Aqua Ballet (Politoed only; Move Relearner), Body Press (Poliwrath only; Tutor)

Forgot to do this yesterday, here are the tiebreaker results!
Cimarrola - 3
Fortuigon - 3

Pantinole - 1

We tied again! But since I haven't voted yet, I'll give my tiebreaker vote to Fortuigon, giving us Loria's Mythical!
Name: Fortuigon Fortuity+dragon
Evolution: Single Stage
Typing: Dragon
Abilities: Super Luck
Base Stats: 100 / 100 / 100 / 100 / 100 / 100 (600)
Height: 11 m
Weight: 200 Kg
Notable Moves: Dragon claw, Draco Meteor, Dragon dance,, Earthquake,
Draco Meteor, Fire blast, Earth power, Dragon’s Gift*
Movepool:
Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Facade, Protect, Rest, Round, Sleep Talk, Snore, Substitute, Endure, Outrage, Double Team, Toxic, Frustration, Hidden Power, Return, Confide, Swagger, Attract, Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Sunny Day, Dragon Tail, Secret Power, Dragon Claw, Body Slam, Dragon Breath, Dragon Dance, Rain Dance, Breaking Swipe, Iron Tail, Rock Slide, Scale Shot, Swift, Rock Tomb, Bulldoze, Earthquake, Rock Smash, Flamethrower, Aerial Ace, Roar, Strength, Scary Face, Shadow Claw, Shock Wave, Hone Claws, Brutal Swing, Bite, Headbutt, Hyper Voice, Fire Blast, Incinerate, Stone Edge, Iron Head, Twister, Cut, Laser Focus, Safeguard, Fly, Crunch, Earth Power, Brick Break, Aqua Tail, Dragon Rage, Dragon Rush, Focus Blast, Tackle, Natural Gift, Thunderbolt, Dual Wingbeat, Fling, Payback, Superpower, Scale shot, Dragon’s gift*
Type: Dragon
Category: Physical
Base Points: -
Power Points:16
Precision: 90%
Miscellaneous: Non-contact
Effect: 80,100,120 power , or increases target’s crit rate by 1 stage. High crit ratio.
Distribution: Signature for fortuigon
The Regional Dex slate will last for another 5 days, so be sure to get those proposals in!

A little over 3 days left, so keep the proposals coming! Also be sure to vote in the Legendaries and Starters poll, as results are very close right now!

:shroomish::breloom:
Pokémon line: Shroomish
New Moves: Revenge (Tutor)
Explanation: Shroomish is only a part of the Hoenn PokeDex, which is a crime against humanity, especially for a mon that used to be so good competitively

:glameow::purugly::stunky::skuntank:
Pokémon line: Glameow & Stunky (Counterparts)
New Moves: Bush Claws (Glameow, TM)
Explanation: Glameow is another exceptionally rare Pokemon, only being a part of the Sinnoh and Hisui PokeDexes and being pretty rare in Sinnoh due to being a version exclusive that you can't get until the midgame. Plus, you get the skunk as a bonus

:carnivine:
Pokémon line: Carnivine
New Moves: Super Fang (Tutor), Drain Fang (TM)
Explanation: Another pretty rare common outside of Hisui, only really being common in Kalos. Plus, it's exclusive to the Southeastern US, including Florida, in Pokémon GO, so this is a nice reference

:pikachu:
Pokémon line: Rikomoco (from Gen X Brazdo)
New Moves: Shock Tail (TM, already given)
Explanation: Ever since Emolga, each Pikaclone has been a part of the following generation's regional dex, so might as well continue that trend

:serperior:
Pokémon line: Galliwatt (from Gen X Brazdo)
New Moves: Shock Tail (TM), Thunderstrike (Level-Up)
Explanation: Probably my favorite of the Pokemon I got into Brazdo, plus Pseudo-Legends have followed a similar pattern to Pikaclones, where each one since Garchomp in BW2 has been a part of the next gen's regional dex

:manectric:
Pokémon line: Alumane line (from Gen X Brazdo)
New Moves: N/A
Explanation: Last one of my own mons from Gen X I'm suggesting, I just think it's sick

:basculin::basculin-blue-striped:
(sprites from this post, created by the OP)
Pokémon line: Basculin
New Moves: Drain Fang (All, TM) (council will make a full White-Basc line movepool later)
Explanation: Part 2 of "I just think it's a sick mon so let's add it". Also, what's a new gen without a mon with a broken priority move?

:rotom:
Pokémon line: Rotom
New Moves: Sparking Leap (Level-Up)
Explanation: Washtom and Heatom are generally viable and safe mons to add to a metagame, there's a reason why it's been in every generation since its introduction except Gen 7

:skarmory::mantyke::mantine:
Pokémon line: Skarmory & Mantyke (Counterparts)
New Moves: N/A
Explanation: Skarmory is just a good mon to have in a metagame, but this is mostly to add Mantine as a special Swift Swim mon that isn't Kingdra. Rain should be fine with Sailre anyway

:tangela::tangrowth:
Pokémon line: Tangela
New Moves: N/A
Explanation: I know a couple of the new mons have Follow Me/Rage Powder (at least I think they do), but Tangrowth being our best redirector would be a good future imo. Plus, it's great to have in singles as well to check Grounds

:flabebe::floette::florges:
Pokémon line: Flabebe
New Moves: Leech Seed (Florges, Tutor)
Explanation: Nobody's added Clefable yet and the fate of Tapu Fini and Primarina is ambigious rn, so there could be a future where Florges is the premier bulky Fairy. Gets a nice buff in Leech Seed which lets it do more than 0 damage to Steel-types. EDIT: nvm clef's in, but it's still a cool (albeit mostly outclassed) alternative and it gets to return after missing SwSh
