Allow me to explain. While I know that the tiers (aside for BL and Uber) are dictated by usage, I am dissatisfied with this system when it means certain pokemon languish in a higher tier when they may well be balanced in a lower tier. I have no expectations of being able to influence the tiers, but I really want OU to UU suspects to be tested out regardless.
That's where you come in. As I have no access to Shoddy, and know little to nothing of it's structure, I can't gather Shoddy data myself or even have the perspective of tiering from a Shoddy battling perspective. I'm gauging interest in users like you working together to test a group of OUs in UU. Both on Shoddy and on wifi. I certainly intend to participate if this goes anywhere.
I'm no authority on the best suspects to start with, so let's start the thread with OUs you believe may be reasonable in UU, and why.
