ITS STEELIXPRISMGX.

Bruxish: alulim, Scoopapa, Yung Dramps
Garbodor: Coolman, Scoopapa, SteelixPrismGX
Jynx: Demon Dragon, Yung Dramps, alulim

Well, I did not mean to double post here, but it's time to announce the winners! (Sorry if I was late by over an hour)

Bruxish:

Pokemon:
Bruxish
Take: 2
Type:
/

Ability: Strong Jaw, Intimidate
Stats: 111 / 112 / 107 / 112 / 82 / 46 (570)
New Moves: Leech Life, Nasty Plot, Psyshock
Competitive Niche: Bulky attacking on both ends to great effect.
Garbodor:

Pokemon: Garbodor
Take: 2
Type: Poison / Steel
Ability:
Corrosion / Dry Skin / Aftermath
Stats: 98 / 60 / 101 / 95 / 101 / 50
New Moves: Recover, Flash Cannon, Metal Burst
Competitive Niche:
Sample Sets:
Jynx:

Pokemon:
Jynx
Take: 1
Type: Ice / Psychic
Ability: Trace / Filter / Queenly Majesty
Stats: 60 / 30 / 65 / 120 / 105 / 140 (515 BST)
New Moves: Revelation Dance, Thunderbolt
Competitive Niche: An incredibly powerful and fast special attacker which freeze-dries offense like nobody's business. Jynx takes advantage of its fantastic offensive typing, high speed tier, great special attack, and passable special bulk to set up Nasty Plot and then proceed to absolutely destroy the opposing team like nobody's business, while Choice Specs variants can easily nab OHKOs or 2HKOs on most common OU trends such as Specially Defensive Toxapex, Tornadus-Therian, and Landorus-T. However, Jynx lacks defensive utility thanks to its poor defensive typing and lack of Dry Skin, making it vulnerable to most forms of priority and all forms of entry hazards. It also still carries poor physical bulk, limiting its setup opportunities and worsening its already poor matchup versus most offense teams.
Sample Sets:
Click Me!
That is, assuming I counted the votes correctly.

The next slate will start when Demon Dragon gets back (as I am not very confident when it comes to Pet Mods), so while we're waiting, now's the time to discuss what impact these winners will have in the current OU metagame.

Ok, sorry for the long wait folks, but it's time for the new slate!
Submission Slate #4: High Stats, Low Viability
These pokemon all have something in common: they have a stat that sticks out immediately because it's so large. Unfortunately, despite the extreme stat, these pokes all suffer from being unviable in higher tiers. Rampardos, while having two great abilities in Mold Breaker and Sheer Force, it is very slow and frail, and its defensive typing is awful. Vikavolt also suffers from low speed, as well as its typing leaving it weak to many offensive types, as well as the omnipresent SR. Ninjask is among the fastest pokemon ever and has an amazing ability in Speed Boost, but its bulk is even lower than Rampardos's, its defensive typing is awful and its attack is mediocre at best. But now you can make them succeed in OU!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Take #1: The best offense is a good defense
Type Restriction: N/A
Ability Restriction: 4
Stat Restriction: Sum of HP, Defense and Sp. Def must be within 60 points of the sum of the poke's Atk and Sp. Atk
Move Limit: 2 new moves, except reliable recovery (meaning no moves like Recover/Soft-Boiled/Roost/etc., but Leech Seed, Drain Punch are fine)

Take #2: Speedy Sniper
Type Restriction: Secondary typing must be a type the pokemon learns a move of, and it cannot be the same one as its vanilla (For Ramp, a secondary typing must be added)
Ability Restriction: 3.5
Stat Restriction: Speed has to be highest stat, Attack and Sp. Atk must be at least 30 points lower than speed stat.
Move Limit: 2 new moves of the poke's new secondary type

Take #3: Crippling Weakness? No Problem!
Type Restriction: Pokemon's type must be a type that creates a 4x weakness
Ability Restriction: 4, but the ability is forbidden from reducing or nullifying the 4x weakness
Stat Restriction: N/A
Move Limit: 2 offensive moves between 40-100 BP, 1 utility move
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On another note, we are looking for potential coders for this mod *cough*Ezaphs*cough*, *cough*Charizard8888*cough*, *cough*Scoopapa*cough*, so if you believe you can code this meta, VM or PM me. I have updated the archive list so you know what mons to change. Good luck!

WIP

Pokemon: Vikavolt
Take: 1
Type: Bug / Electric
Ability:
Sheer Force
Stats: 95 / 70 / 90 / 145 / 90 / 45
New Moves: Focus Blast, Dark Pulse
Competitive Niche: 145 attacking stat with Sheer Force makes Vikavolt a strong wallbreaker. it's 95/90/90 bulk allows it to take a few hits before it unleashes a powerful attack. It also sports coverage to go alongside STAB Thunderbolt and Bug Buzz, like Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Air Slash, Dark Pulse, and even Flash Cannon for a few specific threats. While it's low speed makes it a monster in Trick Room, it also makes it very likely to go last, meaning it almost always has to take a hit. While Roost helps that a bit, it still leaves it open to attacks.
Sample Sets:
Vikavolt @ Choice Specs
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Bug Buzz
- Energy Ball
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Pokemon: Ninjask
Take: 2
Type: Bug / Dark (Night Slash)
Ability: Unburden / Intimidate
Stats: 50 / 130 / 50 / 100 / 50 / 160
New Moves: Knock Off, Dark Pulse
Competitive Niche: With it's great speed and high offenses, Ninjask is a great Pokemon for offensive teams to use alike. It's high speed tier even rivals Mega Alakazam, while it's Dark typing provides STAB Knock Off to hit Pokemon with. Intimidate with STAB U-Turn also lets it act like a lead. It's coverage stinks though, as it only has STAB attacks on the physical side, while it's special coverage in Giga Drain and Hidden Power is hitting off a weaker attacking stat that can't be boosted. Still, it is something to prepare for.
Sample Sets:
Ninjask @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Pokemon: Rampardos
Take: 3
Type: Rock / Dark (4x weak to Fighting)
Ability: Sheer Force / Adaptability
Stats: 70 / 165 / 60 / 50 / 55 / 100
New Moves: Ice Punch, Sucker Punch, Taunt
Competitive Niche: Wip
Sample Sets: Wip

Pokemon: Rampardos
Take: 1 3
Type: Rock / Steel
Ability: Rock Head / Mold Breaker | Sheer Force (HA)
Stats: 80 / 100 / 100 / 90 / 70 / 105 | 545 BST
New Moves: Flash Cannon, Close Combat
Competitive Niche: Now the fastest Rock Head Head Smasher in the game, one that can actually outspeed enough OU pokemon to be worth using. It also a bit more SpA than Nidoking, allowing it to viably run special attacking sets with Flash Cannon / Earth Power / Ice Beam / Flamethrower / Thunderbolt and a few physical moves to choose from.

Take: 2
Type: Buge / Ground
Ability: Levitate
Stats: 65 / 110 / 95 / 50 / 70 / 160 | 550 BST
New Moves: Earthquake, Earth Power
Competitive Niche: A super fast Swords Dance sweeper and offensive defog pivot. It's nearly as fast as Scarf Landorus-T and hits harder if holding a Life Orb or Choice Band. It also has a very fast STAB U-turn without any Stealth Rock weakness. However, it has a significant issue in that it lacks a good way to hit Flying-types ( outside of Final Gambit ).

Take: 1
Type: Buge / Electric
Ability: Energizer / Levitate | Surge Surfer (HA)
Stats: 80 / 135 / 120 / 80 / 75 / 80 | 570 BST
New Moves: Extreme Speed, Leech Life
Competitive Niche: A powerful Electric Terrain abuser and a decent defensive pivot outside of it. It's SpA is just barely enough to get away with running HP Ice for Landorus-T.

Pokemon: Rampardos
Take: 2
Type: Rock / Fighting (Learns Superpower)
Ability: Mold Breaker
Stats: 70 / 115 / 75 / 85 / 60 / 145 [BST 550]
New Moves: Close Combat, Drain Punch
Competitive Niche: Rampardos is a fast and powerful revenge killer, with its excellent STAB coverage and access to Sheer Force to power up its attacks.
Sample Sets:

Pokemon: Vikavolt
Take: 3
Type: Electric / Steel (x4 Weak to Ground)
Ability: Intimidate / Unburden
Stats: 85 / 70 / 90 / 145 / 85 / 75 [BST 550]
New Moves: Defog, Ice Beam, Flamethrower
Competitive Niche: Vikavolt has an excellent defensive typing and new abilities that allow it to hold some very different niches. It can utilize its good bulk, plentiful resists and Intimidate to be a bulky pivot, or it can be a scary cleaner when paired up with one of the Tapus (especially Tapu Koko).
Sample Sets:

Pokemon: Ninjask
Take:
1
Type:
Bug/Dark
Ability:
Shadow Shield / Technician
Stats:
81/91/55/50/60/160 (497)
New Moves:
Coil, Power Trip
Competitive Niche:
Set-up sweeper with Shadow Shield, Power Trip and SD or Coil. Meanwhile, Technician gives it more attack options for a standard offensive set, and boosts Power Trip if you've only used one Swords Dance.

Pokemon: Rampardos
Take:
2
Type:
Rock/Normal
Ability: Liquid Voice
Stats:
107/42/70/108/60/138 (525)
New Moves:
Boomburst, Conversion
Competitive Niche:
Rampardos gets high BP Ground, Fighting, Ice, Electric special coverage and now high BP Water special coverage. No STAB is a problem? Run Z-Conversion. One thing to keep in mind is it can't turn into Water because Conversion doesn't work with Liquid Voice, but it can turn into Electric to wreak havoc.

Take 3 says the offensive moves have to be between 40-100 BP, and CC's BP is 120. Either change the move or remove it.

Okay, and voting shall start now! Just an FYI, Scoopapa's Rampardos will not have Close Combat added to its moves due to it violating the rules of the take.

It's legal under Take 1 right? Just let it use that. I forgot to swap the slashes when you pointed that out before but I did just now.
