Invalid forum mods should have to stand by their deletion of posts

including who deleted what post and for what reason, currently mods can delete any post they want while not being held accountable for their actions

I've actually had posts restored because I wasn't breaking any rules, but I was forced to get the attention of another mod just in order to get that done

some mods seem to enjoy stifling conversation, seeing as this is a forum and not a prison, I feel that mods should stop power tripping on a pokemon website
