Is Terapagos banned on the list?
If so please reply to this message

Just like Rapid Spin Regieleki pretty much
Yes, but actually no. Unlike eleki, which hates if a ground so much as breathes in its direction meaning rapid spin sets were more utility focused (and every team ran a ground), terapagos, once it got a spin off, threatened to sweep you, or at least clean teams. due to its coverage such as ice beam, earth power, thunderbolt, and tera starstorm, It became very hard to revenge kill without priority because it kept boosting speed and could likely hit you super effectively to boot.

Well here's a problem
Terapagos is a special and it only has calm mind: boosts Sp. Atk and Sp. Def & rock polish: boosts speed so why bother if it doesn't use defense/atk
And ofc he is weak against outspeeded users like scard koraidon/miraidon

First off, what? Neither koraidon or miraidon are legal in the format. I don't get what you mean by that.
Second off, fortes require your item slot. There are some teams that intentionally forgo fortes because of this, but there's an opportunity cost to not running an actual forte if you ran a scarf mon.
You also can't give it more than one free turn, lest it boost to be faster than your scarfer and likely ohko it or severely dent it. So that means you pretty much have to hard switch into your scarfer or slow pivot into it, in which case your pivot is getting chunked or your scarfer risks outright fainting because it switched into a move it couldn't take.
In terms of special walls, the issue with those are that they're getting chunked by Terapagos's coverage moves, or set up on by cm variants. It's been a while since I've played fortemons, but pokemon like blissey weren't used because they don't have a good forte to use, on top of being horribly passive against everything else. Ting Lu doesn't have recovery and gets worn down by ice beam, primarina gets chunked by thunderbolt, Hatterene gets chunked by tera starstorm, glowking gets chunked by Earth Power, etc. and this is assuming it has no setup and isn't at +1 special attack by the time you switch your wall in.
It's not a 6-0 on preview type of mon, but it was a lot of strain to keep from sweeping you when it got on the field, or at least taking a bunch of mons with it, so it was eventually banned.
Someone can correct me if I got facts incorrect here, but I believe those were the primary reasons.

Serperior (M) @ Giga Drain
Ability: Contrary
-Dragon Pulse (takes away hp from the target)
-Leaf Storm (increases his Sp. Atk by 2 stages + takes away hp from the target)
-Substitute (blocks super effective moves or moves that does a lot of neutral dmg)
-Glare (par. the target)
(Haven't think of a team w/ it)

Lurantis (F) @ Superpower
Ability: Contrary
-Bullet Seed (increases its Atk and Def by 1 stage + hits 2-5 in 1 turn)
-Knock Off (increases its Atk and Def by 1 stage + 1.5x dmg if the target is holding an item or a move as an item)
-Leech Life (increases its Atk and Def by 1 stage + takes away hp from the target)
-Leaf Blade (increases its Atk and Def by 1 stage + has a high critic rate)
(Haven't think of a team w/ it either)

Malamar (M) @ Superpower/any move that has a high critic rate/Knock Off
Ability: Contrary

-
(Haven't think of 1 of these moves would be a best item for it, Haven't think of 4 moves for it, and haven't think of a team for it)

Enamorus @ Superpower
Ability: Contrary

-
(Haven't think of 4 best physical moves for it and haven't think of a team yet)
Can someone help me create a team that has Serp and Lurantis (separate teams) + help me choose a move that would be best for Malamar + choose 4 moves for both Malamar and Enamorus + help me create a team that has Malamar and Enamorus (separate teams)

Answering some of the above, this is the Enamorus set I used back when Samurott-H was legal:

:SV/Enamorus:
Enamorus @ Superpower
Ability: Contrary
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Play Rough
- Earth Power
- Taunt
- Tailwind

Enamorus's physical movepool manages to be terrible enough that her only ways to hit Steel-types neutrally or harder are Superpower and Astonish. Earth Power grants enough coverage to make Steel-types think twice. Taunt prevents some nasty stuff, and Tailwind is a decent way to embarrass Pelipper trying to get a Swift Swim mon in. Tera Ground amplifies Earth Power. Superpower Forte makes Enamorus a snowballer. Bonus points for baiting Psychic Noise from opponents who think this Enamorus's Forte is Draining Kiss.

Knock Off isn't boosted if its target has a Forte. It only works on actual items.

I do like this setup being it has superpower which increases her Atk and Def up by 1 stage as a item instead of move (just like Lurantis and Malamar)

Don't know what to use for Malamar tho

havent touched this format in a HOT minute, but it's fun and i wanted to make some sets w the dlc2 mons and other mons i like since i've been on a hiatus and they got added during this hiatus (minus excadrill because it seems like it's just a worse version of quaq :scream:) (i also didnt bother calcing anything or eving anything properly because im lazy)

Emboar @ Trailblaze
Ability: Reckless
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Head Smash
- Flame Charge
- Flare Blitz
I think Emboar is underrated in general tbh, and with Flame Charge and Trailblaze, is pretty friggin fast after a single turn, while still packing in the damage department. Cool guy, has a nice sweater. Highly recommend. (I think.)

Incineroar @ Trailblaze
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Flame Charge
- Darkest Lariat
- Thunder Punch
Yeah literally the same thing as Emboar, except with more longevity from Intimidate and no recoil damage, and Swords Dance.

Beartic @ Frost Breath
Ability: Swift Swim
Tera Type: Ice
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Aqua Jet
- Icicle Crash
- Trailblaze
In case you couldn't tell, I don't remember how to play this format but damn do I remember trailblaze forte mons. Yeah, straightforward, although on hail teams and rain teams it could probably sweep. This prolly is already used but in case it isn't thought it'd be worth mentioning.

Feraligatr @ Metal Claw
Ability: Sheer Force
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance / Dragon Dance
- Liquidation
- Earthquake
- Aqua Jet
sheer force earthquake w setup...this is insane...

Overqwil @ Venoshock
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Barb Barrage
- Liquidation
- Crunch
- Agility
Similar to Incin. Just pray you get a poison within a couple hits. Also prolly already exists but seems funny. Barb Barrage also works as a forte too, but idk simplicity :D

Toucannon @ Flame Charge
Ability: Skill Link
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Seed
- Rock Blast
- Dual Wingbeat
this CANNOT be real. swords dance...WITH FLAME CHARGE FORTE...AND SKILL LINk... AND MULTIPLE MULTI HIT MOVES.....

anyways yeah im gonna try to get back into this format bc it was hella fun when i actually played it. until then gbye gamers :quagchamppogsire:

The reason why the slower Fire Pokemon are not used is because they get completely destroyed by Quaquaval and are heavily walled by Alomomola and Primarina.

ok then i raise you THIS

Electivire @ Trailblaze
Ability: Motor Drive
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Supercell Slam
- Bulk Up
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch

yeah i just like weak mons being good in oms so yeh (actually i have no idea why this thing is zu because bulk up and good coverage is neat)

As much as I hate to say this, Quaquaval deserves a ban in Fortemons. Once Quaquaval picks up a KO, the only viable Pokemon that can hope to stop it are Alomomola, Primarina, and Body Press users. With Samurott-Hisui gone, Quaquaval is able to freely pivot around Pokemon and absolutely shreds HO with Aqua Step, Close Combat, and Triple Axel, all paired with Moxie boosts. Rapid Spin in the item slot paired with Aqua Step enables Quaquaval to outspeed nearly every Pokemon in the format in 1 turn.

You may think Quaquaval is balanced since priority attackers exist, until you realize that it gets Upper Hand.
I cannot tell you how many times I have defeated Regielekis using Extreme Speed trying to KO my -1 Quaquaval after a Close Combat with Upper Hand. This move easily defeats Lokix, Raging Bolt, Ursaluna, and Regieleki.
