Ferroseed makes for an amazing special wall thanks to its high natural bulk and solid defensive typing. Knock Off can be used to remove items, most notably Eviolite, from common switch-ins like Machoke, Hattrem, and Gurdurr. Gyro Ball is Ferroseed's primary attacking move, as it lets Ferroseed deal good amounts of damage to fast threats such as Sneasel and Galarian Linoone. Leech Seed gives Ferroseed some longevity, especially when paired with Protect, letting it become a more reliable wall to common special attackers such as Haunter, Morgrem, and Choice Specs Klang. Ferroseed is also one of the best entry hazard setters in NFE, as it is able to set up Spikes against common Pokemon such as Klang and Gloom. Stealth Rock is another option that can be used instead of or in conjunction with Spikes.

Galarian Corsola and Palpitoad are excellent defensive partners, covering Ferroseed’s Fighting- and Fire-type weaknesses respectively. They can also run Stealth Rock, allowing Ferroseed to run Spikes, with Galarian Corsola also being able to act as a spinblocker. Galarian Linoone and Trapinch are both able to deal with Hattrem, which allows Ferroseed to freely set up entry hazards. Ferroseed should avoid trying to set up hazards until opposing hazard control, such as Hattrem and Defog Gurdurr, has been removed and should instead use Knock Off to cripple them. Wallbreakers such as Machoke and Rufflet benefit greatly from Ferroseed's hazards and their utility in wearing down opposing Pokemon. Ferroseed is susceptible to being worn down due to a lack or reliable recovery, so teammates like Piloswine and Galarian Linoone are valuable in checking special attackers once Ferroseed is weakened.

Ferroseed is also one of the best hazard setters in NFE and has the option to run both Stealth Rock and Spikes, instead. Instead of closing with this sentence, write details on spikes such as things it can set them up against, since it is a main move and not a slashed move. You can move the portion marked in red to the end of that sentence if you would like.

Mention how its limited recovery makes Ferroseed susceptible to be worn down easily, and having support from Galarian Linoone and Piloswine can help pressure special attackers once Ferroseed's health becomes jeopardized.

Mention that Ferroseed should not try and setup entry hazards when the opposing Magic Bounce Hattrem and Defog Gurdurr are still around, as they can easily prevent or remove them while threatening Ferroseed, and rather should either use Knock Off or switch into strong special attacker like Haunter.
