Congrats to Jamis361 for winning Chatot and Emolga, ToadBrigade for winning Hawlucha and the Kamis, and Scoopapa for winning Minior! I guess the benefit to long slates is lots of subs

Original Pokémon Name: Chatot
New Pokémon Name: Chattakeet
Evolution Method: Level up knowing Synchronoise
Typing:

Abilities: Parrot Voice* / No Guard
*Parrot Voice:
This Pokémon's sound-based moves become Flying-type.
Stats: 116 / 85 / 65 / 132 / 62 / 91 | BST: 551 (+40 HP, + 20 Atk, +20 Def, +40 SpA, +20 SpD)
New Moves: Psychic, Hurricane, Focus Blast
Competitive: Hoo boy would Aerilate on this thing be broken as all hell. Thankfully I have Liquid Voice to provide the base for a suitable clone ability. What this mon does is really self-explanatory: Scarf, Specs, Plot, whatever you want, really. It even has No Guard for cheeky Hurricane + Focus Blast spamming if you're into that.

Original Pokémon Name: Emolga
New Pokémon Name: Emolgarus
Evolution Method: Thunder Stone
Typing:

Abilities: Aerilate / Motor Drive
Stats: 75 / 115 / 60 / 115 / 60 / 123 | BST: 548 (+20 HP, + 40 Atk, +40 SpA, +20 Spe)
New Moves: Volt Tackle, Hyper Voice, Double-Edge, Calm Mind, Extreme Speed
Competitive: Now this is a mon that can pull off Aerilate well. It's got access to pretty much every move that an -ate user could possibly want, aside from Boomburst. Good offenses and Speed mean that this thing would be a massive threat on the battlefield.
evolves when given at least 50 food items (berries, Rare Candy, Big Malasada, etc.)
New Pokemon Name: Compléppo (Completo [heavyweight luchador] + hippo)
Type:

New Moves: Curse, Belch, Parting Shot
Ability: Thick Fat, Gluttony, Low Centre of Gravity
Stats: 78 / 112 / 100 / 74 / 88 / 48 (500 BST)
Competitive Niche: Similar to how Scyther and Scizor have the same BST but have different roles, Compléppo is a tankier counterpart to Hawlucha. It has the option to be resistant to Fire and Ice type attacks or Fighting and Ground types allowing it to pick what it can check or counter. Gluttony also provides it with an option to use Belch more consistently. Curse helps it set up and Parting Shot can be used to gain momentum.

Evolves when leveled up holding a Space Ore
New Pokemon Name: Chelyor ( named after the Chelyabinsk meteor )
Type:

New Moves: *Ozone Burst
Ozone Burst - Flying type | 75 BP | Special | Deals 50% more damage if the user is below 50% HP
Ability: Shields Down
Meteor Forme Stats: 70 / 85 / 110 / 85 / 110 / 60 | BST: 520
Core Forme Stats: 70 / 120 / 70 / 120 / 70 / 120 | BST: 570
Competitive Niche: Mostly a stronger Minior, although its custom move makes Special sets much better than they were before, if not preferable to physical ones.

Evolves when leveled past 50 in outer space
New Pokemon Name: Orbitar
Type:

New Moves: *Meteor Shower, Shore Up,
Meteor Shower - Rock type Draco Meteor Clone
Ability: *Zero Gravity - for 5 turns, the power of Ground-type and contact moves is decreased by 50%, and the Defense of pokemon with the Levitate ability is raised by 50%. Negates Gravity and vice versa.
Stats: 85 / 105 / 85 / 105 / 85 / 120 | BST: 585
Competitive Niche: Sort of an oddball; it can run Special Shell Smash sets with Rockium Z as a massive nuke, or it can run a more defensive utility set thanks to its ability to nerf all contact moves, set Stealth Rock, and pivot with U-turn. It leans towards the latter because its ability nerfs its own best coverage moves. Strong partner to Rotogeist formes or Mega Lati@s.
evolves when levelled up at level 40+ in stormy weather
New Pokemon Name: Torny // Thundy // Landy (Incarnate forme)
Type:
//
//

Removed Moves: N/A
Abilities: Prankster, Levitate
Stats: 49 / 85 / 35 / 95 / 45 / 71 (380 BST)
Competitive Niche: The Forces of Nature trio keep their varied movepool in their pre evolved forms allowing the to bring a wide range of options into the LC tier. Having access to Prankster and Taunt allows them to be anti-leads against common hazard setters, deter set up sweepers and being able to break stall. Since Torny, Thundy and Landy have different set up moves such as Agility, Nasty Plot and Swords Dance gives them seperate niches in the metagame.

changes forme when exposed to Reveal Glass
New Pokemon Name: Torny // Thundy // Landy (Therian forme)
Type:
//
//

Removed Moves: N/A
Abilities: Regenerator // Volt Absorb // Intimidate
Torny Stats: 59 / 75 / 45 / 85 / 55 / 61 (380 BST)
Thundy Stats: 49 / 75 / 35 / 105 / 35 / 81 (380 BST)
Landy Stats: 49 / 95 / 55 / 75 / 45 / 61 (380 BST)
Competitive Niche: Each baby Therian forme has a different role. Torny-T can be a bulky pivot with higher defensive stats and Regenerator, Thundy-T is a fast special attacker that can set up with Agility and/or Nasty Plot and Landy-T is physical Tank much like its evolved forme with high attack and physical defence thanks to Intimidate.
Author_Pendragon will hopefully open a new slate sometime today!

Miltank: A counterpart to Tauros. Miltank is a big, fat normal type. Unfortunately, with the amount we have, it doesn’t stand out.
Ability Ranking: 3.5
New Moves: 4

Audino: Although this pokemon has good bulk and access to Regenerator, it is better known for all the experience it gives. Actually, let me make this description simple: AUDINO IS A CUTIE SO PLZ MAKE IT STRONG
Ability Ranking: 4.5
New Moves: 3

Smeargle: This pokemon has every move in existence, but horrible stats. With good stats it could become the most versatile pokemon around, but that’s not the only way you can do it...
Ability Ranking: Heh (It has a 5 naturally)
New Moves: Heh (It has all of them naturally

Ditto: This blob can’t do anything on its own. It’s just a copy of something. 0_0
Ability Ranking: 4.5
New Moves: As many as you want

Bouffalant: The Afrobull. Floof. Headbutt. Outclassed by freaking Komala. Nuff Said
Ability Ranking: 3.5
New Moves: 5

Original Pokémon Name: Smeargle
New Pokémon Name: Artistigle
Evolution Method: Trade holding the Master's Brush
Typing:

Stats:
85 / 50 / 65 / 50 / 75 / 95 | BST: 420
Abilities: Own Tempo / Technician / Scrappy
New Moves: Paint Attack (60 BP, never misses, Normal, Physical, 50% chance to lower foe's Defense by 1 stage)
Competitive: Artistigle would manage to skirt that fine line between broken and not. It's stats are still terrible, yeah, but that Speed stat is almost good. It has a fun new signature move, Paint Attack, that gets boosted by Technician and could be used on some silly Belly Drum or Shell Smash sets. Scrappy is cool too, since Artisigle gets every Fighting-type move in the game, so it's always up to the player to decide if they want the power of HJK at the risk of missing or the slightly-less powerful CC that lowers defenses. Oh yeah, and you can run Spore, Stealth Rock, Spikes, whatever. I'd make it better but then it would be really annoying to face

Original Pokémon Name: Ditto
New Pokémon Name: Mettalo (metal+ditto)
Evolution Method: Trade holding a Metal Coat
Typing:

Stats: 108 / 68 / 108 / 68 / 108 / 48 | BST: 508
Abilities: Clear Body / Imposter
Competitive: Inspired by the beta Gold and Silver evolution that we never knew we wanted, Mettalo would be a much more effective version of the Ditto we currently have. Heck, with its expanded movepool and actually respectable defensive stats, Mettalo could even run a cool support set with Rapid Spin, Recover, Toxic, and, of course, Transform. Choice Scarf sets would still be pretty nice, but the massive Defense boost provided by the Metal Powder should not be overlooked.
Headbutt, Horn Attack, Tackle, Body Slam, Take Down, Double-Edge, Hyper Beam, Counter, Growth, Toxic, Mimic, Double Team, Recover, Harden, Minimize, Acid Armor, Rest, Sharpen, Substitute, Snore, Curse, Flail, Protect, Scary Face, Endure, Swagger, Sleep Talk, Return, Frustration, Pain Split, Rapid Spin, Hidden Power, Psych Up, Facade, Recycle, Endeavor, Secret Power, Camouflage, Metal Sound, Iron Defense, Block, Gyro Ball, Metal Burst, Copycat, Last Resort, Giga Impact, Mirror Shot, Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Simple Beam, Round, Reflect Type, Confide, Smart Strike

Basically, yeah, you could run Audino with a Mega Stone or run its evo ( or both ). Doesn't make too much sense but it doesn't cause any problems, either.
Yeah, I don't want to give the evolutions megas if that's alright with you guys. (So we can have Mega Audino, but not Mega Audino-Evo

Spotted an error on the spreadsheet: when adding up the stats, Taurochs' BST is actually 590, not 550.

Original Pokemon Name: Ditto
New Pokemon Name: Bigmu
Type: Normal
Ability: Synchronize / Imposter (HA)
Stats: 88/88/88/88/88/88 (528)
New Moves: All TM/HM moves, Reflect Type
Competitive Niche (LC or OU): Ditto but beefier.

I personally subscribe to the "Ditto is a Mew clone" theory, so Bigmu gets Synchronize, Reflect Type, and the TM/HM moves to reflect it becoming a little less imperfect. It looks like Ditto, but bigger with ears and a tail like Mew's.

Original Pokemon Name: Miltank
New Pokemon Name: Lactank
Type: Normal
Ability: Thick Fat / Scrappy / Sap Sipper (HA)
Stats: 115/100/120/50/85/120 (590)
New Moves: nah
Competitive Niche (LC or OU): fast wall

Lactank's BST, SpA, and SpD are the same as that of Taurochs, like with their respective pre-evos.

T.I.A.

formerly Ticktock
Well then, shall we have fun?

Original Pokémon Name: Smeargle
New Pokémon Name: Van Gover
Evolution Method: Level 34
Typing:

Stats:
95 / 65 / 50 / 65 / 50 / 85 | BST: 410
Abilities: Master Copy (Trace clone) / Master User (All moves will not fail (like conditions and accuracy are ignored), even if it doesn't work on any other Pokemon other than its user.) / Master Of All (Ups all stats except HP by 20%)
New Moves: Paint (Same, except it also gains the type of the move permanently (can only have 2 types at a time). Also learns Chatter)
Competitive: Van Gover, well, its a bit underwhelming at first stat wise, but this IS Smeargle, so it makes sense. However, the abilities are what it counts. Master Copy is just Trace, but it makes more sense. Master User basically lets every move succeed, no matter what. Hooray for Dark Void again! However, if you want a more offensive approach, Master Of All gives it a big buff to its stats, turning it into a somewhat good attacker. Its HP is also higher than before, which is why everything else is lower. Paint gives it basically any type combination you want, and gives Chatter. Everything you need in a Smeargle fusion ever.

Ticktock While I love your Smeargle evolution’s abilities (they’re all great flavor), I think Master of All might be a little busted. With a Jolly Nature and maxed EVs in Attack and Speed, these would be its base stats (rounded down) after the boost:
95 / 102 / 72 / 92 / 72 / 129
Now, these aren’t too bad, pretty balanced, but this is on a mon that gets every move in the game: Spore, Belly Drum, Shell Smash, Extreme Speed, Spectral Thief, etc. I think that it’s a cool ability, but maybe you should lower the boost to something like 1.2x or 1.1x

Evolves after consuming six Berries.

New Pokemon Name: Bovudder (bovine + udder)
Type:

New Moves: Spilt Milk*
Spilt Milk: Entry hazard that prevents moves such as Volt Switch and U-Turn. Lasts one switch-in.
Ability: Thick Fat, Scrappy, Sap Sipper
Stats: 114 / 96 / 126 / 45 / 84 / 120 (585 BST)
Competitive Niche: Bovudder does everything Miltank does but better and has access to a new type of hazard entry. Bovudder has good mixed defensive stats, great speed, good defensive abilities and access to reliable recovery making it a tricky Pokemon to take down easily. Spilt Milk aims to stop opposing Pokemon gaining momentum with Volt/Turn and similar moves allowing for more aggressive plays from Bovudder teams. Set up with Curse as well as a wide array of coverage moves allows Bovudder to also play an offensive role.

Evolves at level 36+ if it heals an ally or opposing Pokemon in battle.

New Pokemon Name: Audimorte (audio + morte)
Type:

New Moves: Moonblast
Ability: Healer, Regenerator, Fur Coat
Mega Ability: Natural Cure
Stats: 103 / 60 / 116 / 80 / 116 / 50 (525 BST)
Mega Stats: 103 / 60 / 156 / 100 / 156 / 50 (625 BST)
Competitive Niche: Much like my Absol submission, Audino's evolution has a mega rather than Audino itself (its mega also gets a buff too). Audimorte is a versatile Pokemon much like Mega Slowbro is. Audimorte is able to keep healthy with its Regenerator ability until it is ready to set up with Calm Mind and become an offensive threat. Unlike Mega Slowbro however, it is not as threatened by Toxic as it can heal itself with Natural cure once mega evolved. Of course it can run other sets than just Calm Mind such as Wish and cleric support to help keep itself and its teammates healthy.

Evolves at level 32+

New Pokemon Name: Beltrachi (corruption of famous art forger, Beltracchi)
Type:

New Moves: It has Sketch, it doesn't need anything else
Ability: Normalize, Technician, Paint Stroke*
Paint Stroke: Opposing Pokemon changes type to match the type of Smeargle's last move (reverse Color Change).

Stats: 60 / 50 / 70 / 50 / 80 / 90 (400 BST)
Competitive Niche: Beltrachi can set up hazards and proceed to neuter certain Pokemon thanks to Paint Stroke. Essentially if Beltrachi sets up Sticky Webs, the opposing Pokemon becomes Bug type, removing its STAB, defensive typing, Toxic immunity, etc. Other than that its a slightly more durable and faster version of Smeargle that can set up several layers of multiple hazards.

Evolves while levelled up holding a Destiny Knot

New Pokemon Name: Dittwo (I'm as creative as the person that named Mewtwo)
Type:

New Moves: lol
Ability: Doppelganger*, Imposter
Doppelganger: Ditto transforms into the Pokemon that it is switching in for.

Stats: 96 / 96 / 96 / 96 / 96 / 96 (576 BST)
Competitive Niche: If running Imposter than Dittwo is identical to Ditto bar its higher HP stat. However its other ability, Doppelganger, gives Dittwo a very strong niche. Running Doppelganger essentially allows teams (especially offensive teams) to double up on certain roles. Landorus-T U-Turns into Ditto another Scarf Lando to come in; Choice Specs Tapu Lele switches into Scarf Tapu Lele, suicide lead Excadril is knocked out to only be replaced by another suicide lead Excadril. This is gimmicky but can allow Dittwo users more choice than when Ditto transforms. The obvious downside that stops Dittwo being potentially broken is only having 5PP per move making it walled by bulky Pokemon and unable to replicate stall archetypes.

Evolves at level 40+

New Pokemon Name: Biron (bison +iron)
Type:

New Moves: Steel Smash*
Steel Smash: Steel-type Head Charge
Ability: Reckless, Iron Barbs, Heatproof
Stats: 90 / 130 / 99 / 50 / 99 / 112 (580 BST)
Competitive Niche: Fast, hits hard and has an afro made of steel wool. While it may seem overwhelming at first with its high attack and speed, its poor offensive typing makes it easy to handle. While a Choice Band set can easily 2HKO a defensive Landorus-T, it must choose a move it must lock itself into that is walled by a great variety of Pokemon. Priority moves can easily take care of a Biron that has taken lots of recoil from Head Charge or Steel Smash on top of being 4x weak to Fighting as well as weak to many common types makes Biron quite easy to knock out if it is unable to OHKO something.

I'm conflicted. I said something against the way you did Audimore, but you also did it well ;-;

Evolves after fainting an equal- or higher-level Bouffalant with Head Charge

New Pokemon Name: Alfouffalo
Type:

New Moves: Bulk Up, Knock Off
Ability: Reckless / Sap Sipper | Soundproof ( HA )
Stats: 105 / 130 / 105 / 50 / 105 / 65 | BST: 560
Competitive Niche: Reckless Head Charge off of 130 base Atk will smash everything except for bulky resists and Ghost types. Knock Off gives a solid coverage move to use with Head Charge that lets it easily run Substitute + Swords Dance or Bulk Up. This makes it a scary stallbreaker, capable of setting up on most walls and becoming hard to revenge kill, while boosted Reckless Head Charge will break through any wall that is hit neutrally or can't break its Substitute.

Evolves after fainting an equal- or higher-level Bouffalant with Head Charge
New Pokemon Name: Painterrie
Type:

Ability: Own Tempo / Technician | Trace ( HA )
Stats: 65 / 91 / 55 / 91 / 65 / 33 | BST: 420
Competitive Niche: Gives Smeargle a chance to run offensive options without being absurdly strong. Normal / Ghost typing gives it some immunities to offset its pitiful defenses and speed. 33 Speed allows it to reach 358 Speed at +2, making a Geomancy or Shell Smash set fairly easy to revenge kill. Still, against certain balance or stall teams you might find the chance to use a boosting move and unleash Boomburst, Moongeist Beam, Blue Flare and all manner of Technician abuse on your opponents. It also functions as a Smeargle oriented towards Trick Room.

Evolves at level 40+

New Pokemon Name: Cowfort
Type:

New Moves: Stone Edge, Drain Punch,
Ability: Fortress Wall* / Scrappy | Sap Sipper ( HA )
Fortress Wall - boosts Atk and Def by 1.1, but it can only use attacking moves.
Stats: 100 / 110 / 135 / 50 / 85 / 115 | BST: 590
Competitive Niche: Miltank being Ground-type would mirror the Fighting / Rock and Fighting / Ground pair of Sawk and Throh evos, given that Tauros' evo is a Normal / Rock type. It also pairs nicely with Sap Sipper, which nullifies its Grass weaknesses. Its bulk is amazing at 100 / 135 / 85, so paired with a defensive ability and Milk Drink it should make for a solid wall. Fortress Wall is an ability that mirrors Taurochs' custom ability Angered Charge. Cowfort doesn't like not being able to use Milk Drink, but it could still make an interesting Assault Vest or Choice Band user with its decent 110 / 115 offensive stats.

Evolves when exposed to the Gold Powder

New Pokemon Name: Yollo
Type:

New Moves: Hyper Voice, Flash Cannon, Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Conversion, Hyper Beam
Ability: Sticky Hold | Protean ( HA )
Stats: 125 / 50 / 55 / 100 / 65 / 50 | BST: 420
Competitive Niche: The return of Clean Slate Ditto! It's an extremely fast Spikes setter with mediocre power and bulk, that gets some surprising opportunities thanks to Protean.

159036

Evolves when exposed to Relic Song in any kind of battle
New Pokemon Name: Aurelalm
Type:

Ability: Healer / Regenerator | Klutz ( HA )
Stats: 123 / 102 / 106 / 102 / 106 / 31 | BST: 570
Competitive Niche: It has the same abilities as Audino, but its really fat and has enough offenses to use moves like Ice Beam and Knock Off.

New Pokemon Name: Filtank
Type: Normal Water
New Moves: Scald, Liquidation, Acid Spray, Close Combat
Ability: Distill, Burn Heal, Sap Sipper
Distill: Removes status conditions from the Pokemon that this Pokemon switches out to.
Burn Heal: Restores 10% of the user’s health per turn if the user is burnt. (Attack is still halved)
Stats: 130/90/105/90/95/90 (590 BST)
Competitive Niche: Filtank is weird. It has an ability that synergizes with special attacks it doesn't really have, a typing that doesn't make any sense based on Miltank, and a moveset that doesn't really have a niche. However, this thing has high stats, two weaknesses, and the tools in needs wall the world to oblivion and back.
159036

New Pokemon Name: Doctator
Type: Normal Fairy
New Moves: Light of Ruin, Giga Impact, Recover
Ability: Ambition, Regenerator, Natural Cure
Ambition: Ignores all negative effects of damaging moves. (Recoil, Stat decreases, rechange turns, etc)
Stats: 110/110/90/110/90/60 (570 BST)
Competitive Niche: Unrestricted Giga Impacts, Hyper Beams, and Light of Ruins. Also pretty bulky. This thing just dismantles anything that doesn't resist its attacks.
159195

New Pokemon Name: Nouyu
Type: Normal Psychic
New Moves: None
Ability: Innovation, Imposter
Innovation: Raises the user's offensive stats by one stage and heals the user by 25% of their health when the user uses a move
Stats: 85/50/100/50/100/100 (485 BST)
Competitive Niche: Nouyu is more improved Ditto. More HP. More defense when untransformed. More speed when untransformed. I think it could be an even better counter sweeper than normal Ditto because of Innovation.
159037

New Pokemon Name: Pikasso
Type: Normal Electric
New Moves: Floaty Fall, Zippy Zap, Splishy Splash, Pika Papow
Ability: Trace, Moody, Lightning Rod
Stats: 45/80/50/75/60/120 (430 BST)
Competitive Niche: Pikasso is a Smeargle who is dressing up as a Pikachu. As such, it has access to all of Pikachu’s exclusive moves. The Light Ball works on Pikasso, making it one of the best glass cannons in the game. It’s also incredibly adorable, destroying enemies with its cuteness.
159034

New Pokemon Name: Zamouff
Type: Normal-Grass
New Moves: Wood Hammer, Head Smash, Boomburst, Grass Whistle, Rumble
Rumble: Ground Type Clone of Fire Blast. Sound based
Ability: Rock Head, Thick Fat, Megaphone
Megaphone: Sound based moves use the user’s attack stat and have their accuracy boosted by 50%
Stats: 120/135/100/45/90/80 (570 BST)
Competitive Niche: It's a mixed wall-breaker that doesn't even have to invest in more than one stat. Gogoat but useful.
