Okay, we have a lot of votes and Its going to take a while to count them by hand. Anyways, voting is closed. I'll post the results of voting right before I post the new slate.

Congratulations to Origin0 for winning with Omage and Herold, Scoopapa for winning with Coelacrash (and for counting the votes), and ToadBrigade for winning with Bananasaurus, Photodocus, Ditzy, and Lati!

Origin0 said:

Original Pokemon Name: Absol
New Pokemon Name: Omage (omen + sage, or homage)
Evolution Method: Level up past level 40 while knowing a Psychic-type move without a Fighting move
Type:

Ability: Unfazed* / Super Luck / Justified (HA)
Unfazed - Thick Fat clone that halves Bug and Ghost damage
Stats: 80 / 140 / 80 / 75 / 80 / 85 | BST: 540 (+15 HP, +10 Atk, +20 Def, +20 SpD, +10 Spe)
Move Additions: Psychic, Psyshock, Earthquake, Recover, Pain Split
Competitive Niche (OU): Omage
==========
New Pokemon Name: Herold (hero + herald)
Evolution Method: Level up past level 40 while knowing a Fighting-type move without a Psychic move
Type:

Ability: Mega Launcher / Super Luck / Justified (HA)
Stats: 75 / 120 / 75 / 110 / 75 / 85 | BST: 540 (+10 HP, -10 Atk, +15 Def, +35 SpA, +15 SpD, +10 Spe)
Move Additions: Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Earth Power, Recover, Dazzling Gleam
Competitive Niche (OU): Herold has good power behind its Mega Launcher-boosted STABs Dark Pulse and Focus Blast, with Psychic coverage giving it neutral coverage and Calm Mind providing set up.

Original Pokemon Name: Relicanth
New Pokemon Name: Coelacrash
Type:

Ability: Sheer Force / Rock Head / Filter (HA)
Stats: 110 / 105 / 150 / 85 / 95 / 30 | BST: 575
Move Additions: *Ancient Force, Liquidation, Focus Blast, Slack Off
Ancient Force - Special | Rock type | 120 BP | 1/3 Recoil | 10% chance to Paralyze
Competitive Niche (OU): Coelacrash retains Relicanth's basic function of being a tank with extreme physical defense and strong attacks, but adds a lot more strong attacking options. Special Sheer Force sets can hit much harder than the Nidos thanks to a 120 BP STAB move that's boosted by Sheer Force. Head Smash sets with Rock Head are still viable as well.
ToadBrigade said:

Evolved at level 40 if male.
New Pokemon Name: Bananasauros (banana + sauros I'm creative ok)
Type:

New Moves: Heat Wave, Draco Meteor, Flare Blitz
Ability: Chlorophyll, Filter, Harvest
Stats: 130 / 85 / 106 / 85 / 113 / 66 (585 BST)
Competitive Niche: Not a whole lot can KO Bananasauros before it gets a chance to set up a Dragon Dance. Its high bulk and Filter ability can let it take most supereffective, even avoiding a 2HKO from the likes of a Specs Tapu Lele Moonblast. However due to its low Speed and middling Attack, it will need multiple boosts to sweep through a team meaning it will excel at beating bulky teams. Being a Grass type allows it beat bulky Water types such as Quagsire and Suicune. Not knowing whether Bananasauros has Earthquake or Flare Blitz as coverage makes switching into this dinosaur difficult.

Evolved at level 40 if female.
New Pokemon Name: Photodocus (photosynthesis + diplodocus)
Type:

New Moves: Hurricane, Sleep Powder
Ability: Chlorophyll, Pressure, Harvest
Stats: 130 / 75 / 95 / 66 / 106 / 113 (585 BST)
Competitive Niche: Imagine if Pressure Suicune had Leech Seed. Though poor typing allows Ice types such as Mamoswine and Weavile (and just about any Choice Scarf user) to shut dow Photodocus, she can Pressure stall a good chunk of the OU metagame. She has good speed, Leech Seed and Roost for recovery and Protect and Substitute do drain all of you opponents PP. This would even put Fire types such as Heatran Under Pressure.

Levelled up at a random level between 42 and 100.
New Pokemon Name: Ditzy (dizzy + blitz)
Type:

New Moves:
Ability:
Normalize
Stats: 100 / 160 / 100 / 100 / 100 / 100 (660 BST)
Competitive Niche: Ditzy hits like a truck. A truck that's hurtling through the sky at terminal velocity. A truck that's hurtling through the sky at terminal velocity filled with highly explosive chemicals. A truck that cannot touch Ghost types whatsoever. A truck that is walled by Steel types. A truck that really can't really do anything against a large amount of Pokemon. Ditzy is your new low-ladder hero and Jokemon but any half-competent player should be able to play around it easily enough.

Evolves when levelled up at 30+ if player has the Eon Flute.
New Pokemon Name: Lati♂ and Lati♀
Type:

Removed Moves: Mist Ball/Lustre Purge
Ability: Levitate
Lati♂ Stats: 60 / 65 / 40 / 85 / 55 / 70 (365 BST)
Lati♀ Stats: 60 / 45 / 60 / 65 / 75 / 70 (365 BST)
Competitive Niche: Both Lati play similar roles in LC but with lower stats their differences are starker. With Eviolite, Lati♀ can be a great defensive wall with access to Recover and utility moves such as Defog and Reflect Type. It also has the bulk to run a Calm Mind + Stored Power set. Lati♂conversely has more power to break through the bulky LC metagame with either a powerful Draco Meteor or setting up with Dragon Dance and a physical move set. The Lati twins have six weaknesses so a counter or check should be found commonly on all teams.

minior.gif
tornadus.gif
thundurus.gif
landorus.gif

Chatot: Although it has low stats, its fantastic movepool gives it a niche in the lowest tiers. With a few buffs, it will finally be able to use these tools in higher tiers.
Ability Ranking: 3
New Moves: 3

Emolga: Unova’s native Electric Rodent. It’s also the fastest, excluding Raichu. It has a good typing, but is largely outclassed by Rotom-F in its current tier.
Ability Ranking: 4
New Moves: 5

Hawlucha: A solid OU Pokemon that somehow won’t break the game with Eviolite. This evolution can either be a direct upgrade into an Uber or a modification to give the flying wrestler a new niche and playstyle.
Ability Ranking: 4
New Moves: 3

Minior: RU’s signature setup sweeper. It has a variety of interesting uses due to its fantastic ability. An evolution can either show these uses off better or cement it as an even better sweeper.
Ability Ranking: 4.5
New Moves: 4

Tornadus/Landorus/Thundurus: These 3 Pokemon have 6 forms between them, and all but 1 of them are only playable in OU or higher. Making a pre evolution for them can either be a doozy or a cakewalk depending on how complex you want to make it.

Original Pokémon Name: Chatot
New Pokémon Name: Chattakeet
Evolution Method: Level up knowing Synchronoise
Typing:

Abilities: Parrot Voice* / No Guard
*Parrot Voice:
This Pokémon's sound-based moves become Flying-type.
Stats: 116 / 85 / 65 / 132 / 62 / 91 | BST: 551 (+40 HP, + 20 Atk, +20 Def, +40 SpA, +20 SpD)
New Moves: Psychic, Hurricane, Focus Blast
Competitive: Hoo boy would Aerilate on this thing be broken as all hell. Thankfully I have Liquid Voice to provide the base for a suitable clone ability. What this mon does is really self-explanatory: Scarf, Specs, Plot, whatever you want, really. It even has No Guard for cheeky Hurricane + Focus Blast spamming if you're into that.

Original Pokémon Name: Emolga
New Pokémon Name: Emolgarus
Evolution Method: Thunder Stone
Typing:

Abilities: Aerilate / Motor Drive
Stats: 75 / 115 / 60 / 115 / 60 / 123 | BST: 548 (+20 HP, + 40 Atk, +40 SpA, +20 Spe)
New Moves: Volt Tackle, Hyper Voice, Double-Edge, Calm Mind, Extreme Speed
Competitive: Now this is a mon that can pull off Aerilate well. It's got access to pretty much every move that an -ate user could possibly want, aside from Boomburst. Good offenses and Speed mean that this thing would be a massive threat on the battlefield.

Original Pokémon Name: Hawlucha
New Pokémon Name: Hawlibre
Evolution Method: Level up after defeating any fully-evolved Fighting-type
Typing:

Abilities: Scrappy / Unburden / Mold Breaker
Stats: 108 / 112 / 85 / 74 / 63 / 108 | BST: 550 (+30 HP, + 20 Atk, +10 Def, -10 Spe)
New Moves: Earthquake, Knock Off, Darkest Lariat
Competitive: Man, all Hawlucha really needed was a little boost in its Attack, but just for good measure, I gave it a great HP stat and slightly better Defense. EQ and Knock are welcome additions to Lucha's movepool, but it still has to rely on the inconsistency of HJK, which hopefully keeps it somewhat in check. Unburden would undoubtedly be the most common set, but Scrappy might make a teambuilder think twice about which set to run.

Original Pokémon Name: Thundurus
New Pokémon Name: Tornys
Evolution Method: Level 40
Typing:

Abilities (Incarnate): Prankster / Defiant
Ability (Therian): Regenerator
Stats (Incarnate): 44 / 70 / 40 / 75 / 45 / 91 | BST: 365 (-35 HP, -45 Atk, -30 Def, -50 SpA, -30 SpD, -20 Spe)
Stats (Therian): 44 / 63 / 45 / 67 / 50 / 96 | BST: 365 (-35 HP, -37 Atk, -35 Def, -43 SpA, -35 SpD, -25 Spe)
Removed Moves: Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Superpower
Competitive: Tornadus in LC. Not much else to say honestly. To explain the weirdness with the Attack and Sp. Attack on Therian, I tried to proportionally add and subtract from the three genies stats when creating their prevos. Since Torn gets -15 in both offenses when changing to Therian form, I replicated that here with a -7 and -8 to Attack and Sp. Attack, respectively.

Original Pokémon Name: Thundurus
New Pokémon Name: Thundys
Evolution Method: Level 40
Typing:

Abilities (Incarnate): Prankster / Defiant
Ability (Therian): Volt Absorb
Stats (Incarnate): 44 / 70 / 40 / 75 / 45 / 91 | BST: 365 (-35 HP, -45 Atk, -30 Def, -50 SpA, -30 SpD, -20 Spe)
Stats (Therian): 44 / 65 / 40 / 85 / 45 / 86 | BST: 365 (-35 HP, -40 Atk, -30 Def, -60 SpA, -30 SpD, -15 Spe)
Removed Moves: Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Superpower
Competitive: Thundurus in LC. Neat.

Original Pokémon Name: Landorus
New Pokémon Name: Landys
Evolution Method: Level 50
Typing:

Abilities (Incarnate): Sand Force / Sheer Force
Ability (Therian): Intimidate
Stats (Incarnate): 49 / 75 / 50 / 70 / 45 / 86 | BST: 375 (-40 HP, -50 Atk, -40 Def, -45 SpA, -35 SpD, -15 Spe)
Stats (Therian): 49 / 85 / 50 / 65 / 45 / 81 | BST: 375 (-40 HP, -60 Atk, -40 Def, -40 SpA, -35 SpD, -10 Spe)
Removed Moves: Giga Impact, Hyper Beam
Competitive: Lando in LC. #BanLandysT

Original Pokemon Name: Minior
New Pokemon Name: Starrior [Minior + Starrier]
Evolution Method: Shiny Stone
Type:

Ability: Shields Down / Dazzling
Meteor Form Stats: 60 / 60 / 120 / 60 / 120 / 60 (480 BST)
Core Form Stats: 60 / 120 / 60 / 120 / 60 / 120 (540 BST)
Move Additions: Hurricane, Earth Power, Healing Wish
Competitive Niche (OU): DazzleSmash is a well-known strategy in other metagames and Starrior pulls it off ludicrously well, both flavourwise and on the battlefield. Honestly, a DazzleSmash Minior with +20/+20 offensive stats and the ability to go either physical or special might be borderline broken - I'll change it if it is - but Stealth Rock and the Unaware users should theoretically keep this thing in check. Healing Wish is 100% flavour, but it's always a nice back-pocket option on anything that gets it.

Starrior @ Focus Sash
Ability: Dazzling
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Adamant / Naughty Nature
- Shell Smash
- Acrobatics
- Stone Edge / Hidden Power Ice
- Earthquake

Starrior relies on hazard control even more than Volc and Zard do, but when it gets going, very little can stop it. If running Lando Lure HP Ice over Stone Edge, move the leftover EVs to SpA.

Starrior @ Focus Sash
Ability: Dazzling
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Shell Smash
- Hurricane
- Power Gem / Hidden Power Ice
- Earth Power

Special Starrior trades slightly lower BPs overall for the ability to ignore Intimidate. Running a Life Orb over the Sash is a possibility to make up for the power loss, given that your main STAB doesn't rely on being itemless, but you're probably not surviving the setup turn without it.

Original Pokemon Name: Minior
New Pokemon Name: Megastra (Mega + Astra [latin for stars])
Type: Rock/Flying
Ability: Shields Down
Meteor Form Stats: 80/70/120/70/120/70 (530)
Core Form Stats: 80/120/70/120/70/140 (600)
New Moves:
Competitive Niche (LC or OU): its just minior but stronger i guess.

Original Pokemon Name: Hawlucha
New Pokemon Name:
Hawkrusher
Type:
Fighting/Flying
Ability:
Limber / Guts / Mold Breaker
Stats:
108/122/105/84/93/88 (600)
New Moves:
Competitive Niche (LC or OU):
Since Hawlucha is already a good OU-oriented 'mon, I decided to give its evolution a different niche. It could be used as a tank, or with a scarf if you feel bold. It might actually be worse than Hawlucha but who cares

evolves at level 37+
New Pokemon Name: Lyretone (lyrebird + tone)
Type:

New Moves: Metal Sound
Ability: Keen Eye, Tangled Feet, Falsetto*
Falsetto:
Sound-based clone of Iron Fist.
Stats: 82 / 75 / 60 / 120 / 56 / 137 (530 BST)
Competitive Niche: Lyretone has access to boosted Boomburst. Despite Boomburst's Normal typing, Lyretone will be able to put large dents into many opposing teams with just this one move. That's just about all it has though. Its rather shallow movepool means it has to rely on substantial help from its teammates to beat special walls and Normal resists. Even though Chatter is incredibly annoying, the worst it can do is to most Pokemon is force it out due to confusion. Low bulk allows offensive Pokemon to overpower Lyretone easily.

evolves at level 42+
New Pokemon Name: Shockite (shock + kite)
Type:

New Moves: Grounding Bolt*
Grounding Bolt:
Electric-type Freeze Dry clone that hit's Ground types super effectively.
Ability: Static, Lightning Rod
Stats: 70 / 90 / 75 / 110 / 75 / 120 (540 BST)
Competitive Niche: It's believed that Professor Cedric Juniper discovered the ability, Lightning Rod, when out walking with his Shockite on a stormy afternoon. Since then Shockite has been terrorising any metagame that is overpopulated by Ground/Flying Pokemon whose name begins with L. Four times super-effective damage to Landorus-T is Shockite's main niche as well being an asset on teams that use Volt/Turn.

evolves when given at least 50 food items (berries, Rare Candy, Big Malasada, etc.)
New Pokemon Name: Compléppo (Completo [heavyweight luchador] + hippo)
Type:

New Moves: Curse, Belch, Parting Shot
Ability: Thick Fat, Gluttony, Low Centre of Gravity
Stats: 78 / 112 / 100 / 74 / 88 / 48 (500 BST)
Competitive Niche: Similar to how Scyther and Scizor have the same BST but have different roles, Compléppo is a tankier counterpart to Hawlucha. It has the option to be resistant to Fire and Ice type attacks or Fighting and Ground types allowing it to pick what it can check or counter. Gluttony also provides it with an option to use Belch more consistently. Curse helps it set up and Parting Shot can be used to gain momentum.

evolved when levelled up holding a Star Piece at night
New Pokemon Name: Majursa (derived from Ursa Major)
Type:

New Moves: Flash Cannon, Atmospheric Entry*
Atmospheric Entry:
Does the same thing as Shell Smash but also transforms Majursa into its Core form. Will revert to Meteor form when switched out.
Ability: Dazzling
Meteor Stats: 70 / 70 / 125 / 70 / 125 / 80 (540 BST)
Core Stats: 70 / 125 / 70 / 125 / 70 / 130 (590 BST)
Competitive Niche: Majursa has more control of its sweeping ability than Minior thanks to its signature move, Atmospheric Entry. Meteor form Majursa's lower speed allows it to use its bulk to set up before being vulnerable due to the low defensive stats of its Core. Being the shining star that it is, Dazzling allows it to sustain itself from priority users, especially users of Bullet Punch and Aqua Jet. Its Steel/Flying typing helps it set up easier but reduces its offensive coverage requiring it to choose between Rock or Ground coverage to cover some of its resistances such as choosing if its walled by Zapdos or Magnezone.

evolves when levelled up at level 40+ in stormy weather
New Pokemon Name: Torny // Thundy // Landy (Incarnate forme)
Type:
//
//

Removed Moves: N/A
Abilities: Prankster, Levitate
Stats: 49 / 85 / 35 / 95 / 45 / 71 (380 BST)
Competitive Niche: The Forces of Nature trio keep their varied movepool in their pre evolved forms allowing the to bring a wide range of options into the LC tier. Having access to Prankster and Taunt allows them to be anti-leads against common hazard setters, deter set up sweepers and being able to break stall. Since Torny, Thundy and Landy have different set up moves such as Agility, Nasty Plot and Swords Dance gives them seperate niches in the metagame.

changes forme when exposed to Reveal Glass
New Pokemon Name: Torny // Thundy // Landy (Therian forme)
Type:
//
//

Removed Moves: N/A
Abilities: Regenerator // Volt Absorb // Intimidate
Torny Stats: 59 / 75 / 45 / 85 / 55 / 61 (380 BST)
Thundy Stats: 49 / 75 / 35 / 105 / 35 / 81 (380 BST)
Landy Stats: 49 / 95 / 55 / 75 / 45 / 61 (380 BST)
Competitive Niche: Each baby Therian forme has a different role. Torny-T can be a bulky pivot with higher defensive stats and Regenerator, Thundy-T is a fast special attacker that can set up with Agility and/or Nasty Plot and Landy-T is physical Tank much like its evolved forme with high attack and physical defence thanks to Intimidate.

Evolves when leveled up holding a Space Ore
New Pokemon Name: Chelyor ( named after the Chelyabinsk meteor )
Type:

New Moves: *Ozone Burst
Ozone Burst - Flying type | 75 BP | Special | Deals 50% more damage if the user is below 50% HP
Ability: Shields Down
Meteor Forme Stats: 70 / 85 / 110 / 85 / 110 / 60 | BST: 520
Core Forme Stats: 70 / 120 / 70 / 120 / 70 / 120 | BST: 570
Competitive Niche: Mostly a stronger Minior, although its custom move makes Special sets much better than they were before, if not preferable to physical ones.

Evolves when leveled past 50 in outer space
New Pokemon Name: Orbitar
Type:

New Moves: *Meteor Shower, Shore Up,
Meteor Shower - Rock type Draco Meteor Clone
Ability: *Zero Gravity - for 5 turns, the power of Ground-type and contact moves is decreased by 50%, and the Defense of pokemon with the Levitate ability is raised by 50%. Negates Gravity and vice versa.
Stats: 85 / 105 / 85 / 105 / 85 / 120 | BST: 585
Competitive Niche: Sort of an oddball; it can run Special Shell Smash sets with Rockium Z as a massive nuke, or it can run a more defensive utility set thanks to its ability to nerf all contact moves, set Stealth Rock, and pivot with U-turn. It leans towards the latter because its ability nerfs its own best coverage moves. Strong partner to Rotogeist formes or Mega Lati@s.

Old Pokemon Name: Chatot
New Pokemon Name: Cawcaphony
Type: Flying-Normal
New Moves: False Start, Parting Shot, Spikes
False Start: Flying Type Fake Out clone
Ability: Scrappy, Trace
Stats: 80/65/50/125/80/135 (535 BST)
Competitive Niche: Cawcaphony is an offensive pokemon who can carve its way through many teams. It has trouble switching in, but when it does, it deals damage. Cawcaphony works best as a wallbreaker and as a member of Volt-Turn teams.

Old Pokemon Name: Emolga
New Pokemon Name: Squirrewind
Type: Flying-Electric
New Moves: Hurricane, Stormeye, Heat Wave, Plasma Jolt, Zap Cannon
Stormeye: The user switches out. Restores 25% of the user’s health and 25% of the new Pokemon’s.
Ability: No Guard, Insulator, Regenerator
Insulator: Takes no damage from Electric and Fire type attacks, takes 50% more damage from Ice type attacks.
Stats: 80/80/100/100/100/115 (555 BST)
Competitive Niche: Squirrewind is a fantastic Pivot. It gives its team members longevity, is difficult to break, and has a good Special Attack stat too. Stormeye and Regenerator is a powerful combination, while No Guard is great for an offensive set, especially with Zap Cannon and Hurricane as STAB attacks.

Old Pokemon Name: Hawlucha
New Pokemon Name: Zondrekite
Type: Fighting-Flying
New Moves: Piledriver, Knock Off, Twirling Strike
Piledriver: Fighting type Pursuit clone.
Ability: Triage, Stamina, Unburden
Stats: 105/100/110/80/90/70 (555 BST)
Competitive Niche: TBD

Old Pokemon Name: Minior
New Pokemon Name: Hailei (Haley + Alolan flavor)
Type: Rock-Flying
New Moves: Shooting Star, Fire Blast, Night Daze, Moonblast
Shooting Star: 25 Base Power. 100 Accuracy, 20 PP, attacks 4 times. Special. Flying.
Ability: Protean, Sturdy
Stats: 80/90/90/90/90/90 (530 BST)
Competitive Niche: Hailei is a more general Shell Smasher. It can break though Sturdy and Sashes with its fantastic flying STAB in Shooting Stars. Protean increases the rewards, while Sturdy makes Smashing safer.

Old Pokemon Name: Minior
New Pokemon Name: Cratore (Crater + Ore)
Type: Rock-Flying
New Moves: Twirling Strike, Trajectory, Moonlight
Trajectory: Passes all stat changes to the foe and switches out. Positive stat changes become negative when transferred.
Ability: Shields Down
Stats:
70/50/130/50/130/70 (500 BST) Meteor Form
70/130/50/130/50/130 (500 BST) Core Form.
Competitive Niche: Cratore is Minior with a few more tools and the ability to make a super memento if the situation goes wrong.

New Pokemon Name: Landoe
Type: Ground
Removed Moves: None
Ability: Levitate
Stats: 80/70/50/40/50/50 (360 BST)
Competitive Niche: Really just there for the name, which sounds like Lando.

New Pokemon Name: Tornoe
Type: Flying
Moves: None
Ability: Regenerator
Stats: 70/55/60/55/60/50 (360 BST)
Competitive Niche: Another flying type Pokemon with amazing defenses. I like my Pokemon fat.

New Pokemon Name: Thundoe
Type: Electric
Removed Moves: None
Ability: Levitate
Stats: 60/50/50/70/60/70 (360 BST)
Competitive Niche: Tynamo but competitively viable. Not much more to say.

evolves at level 45
Original Name: Landorus
New Name: Genisoil
Type: Ground
Ability: Levitate, Intimidate
Stats: 55/95/60/70/60/30 BST: 370
Removed Moves: Fly, Brick Break, Hammer Arm
Competitive Niche: This can work as a physical wallbreaker with solid 95 Attack and access to Swords Dance. Even though the Flying type is removed, it no longer gets 4x weakness to ice and it's still immune to Ground moves unless its an Ability ignoring ability, however, it gets a weakness to Grass. It might also work as a tank with Eviolite and Intimidate with base 60 defenses.
thundurus-therian.gif
evolves at level 45
Original Name: Thundurus
New Name: Genostorm
Type: Electric
Ability: Levitate, Volt Absorb
Stats: 55/70/50/95/60/40 BST: 370
Removed Moves: Fly, Brick Break, Hammer Arm, Wild Charge, Thunder
Competitive Niche: This can work as a special wallbreaker with solid 95 Special Attack and access to Nasty Plot. It can also work as a scarfer with a decent 40 speed. This Pokemon doesn't have any weakness at all.
tornadus-therian.gif
evolves at level 45
Original Name: Tornadus
New Name: Genaido
Type: Flying
Ability: Gale Wings, Regenerator
Stats: 55/70/60/85/60/40 BST: 370
Removed Moves: None
Competitive Niche: This can work as a defensive pivot because of 60 defenses, access to Regenerator and U-turn, and can run Eviolite.

T.I.A.

formerly Ticktock

Original Pokémon Name: Chatot
New Pokémon Name: Lyrissimo
Evolution Method: Level up knowing Perish Song
Typing:

Abilities: Keen Eye / Own Tempo / Soundproof
Stats: 81 / 70 / 67 / 122 / 65 / 121 | BST: 526 (+5 HP, +5 Atk, +22 Def, +30 SpA, +23 SpD, +30 Spd)
New Moves: Tritone Chant (Triple Kick, but with double the base power, and is also Ghost-type and a Special move), Perish Song (also learned by Chatot), Memento
Competitive: I stole this from Phoenixdex, but with some modifications. It got at least better stats and a multi-hit STAB move in the form of Tritone Chant. It may have to rely on Chatter due to it's bad movepool, but it can at least give a bit of support (and Boomburst will still hurt).

Original Pokémon Name: Emolga
New Pokémon Name: Zeurill
Evolution Method: Thunder Stone
Typing:

Abilities: Aerilate / Overdrive* / Motor Drive
*Overdrive: Increases Attack and Special Attack by 30%, but reduces accuracy to 80%.

Stats: 110 / 100 / 60 / 100 / 60 / 118 | BST: 508 (+55 HP, +25 Atk, +25 SpA, +15 Spe)
New Moves: Extreme Speed, Double-Edge, Superpower
Competitive: TBD

Minior: Author_Pendragon, Scoopapa, Pika Xreme
Durudorosu: TechnicalNuke, Author_Pendragon, Jamis361

I know this is a super random time to say this, but I think as the number of new evolutions to create are thinning, we should start adding like 1 third-stage evolution that needs buffing per slate (thinking more of the PU mons like E-vire, Magmortar, Dusknoir, etc.). Now, I am aware we have plenty of Pokémon left to evolve, but this is just an idea I thought I’d throw out.

I have something like that planned, but I don't want to stretch too far with creating Pokemon. We already have a crazy amount of Pokemon that we added.

I am thinking of doing an Eeveelution and Hitmon slate sometime though
