Choice Scarf Dugtrio is a consistent trapper that distinguishes itself from Gothitelle by being able to revenge kill some premier threats like Koraidon, Miraidon, Chi-Yu, and Iron Bundle. Stone Edge hits Chien-Pao and Iron Bundle for maximum damage. Tera Fairy + Tera Blast allows it to trap and OHKO unboosted Koraidon, Choice Band Chien-Pao that isn't locked into Ice Shard, and weakened offensive Great Tusk and Walking Wake. Additionally, it can dispatch Choice item Koraidon, Walking Wake, and Miraidon locked into Outrage or Draco Meteor. Memento gives setup opportunities to teammates on a trapped Pokemon Dugtrio can't do much against, such as Great Tusk, while Final Gambit trades it for more damage on Iron Bundle, Koraidon, and unboosted Tera Fairy Miraidon. Choice Scarf Dugtrio is used on balance teams but has no defensive utility and fails to beat Double Dance Miraidon, Iron Bundle in Electric Terrain, Swords Dance + Flame Charge Koraidon, and Swords Dance Chien-Pao. Thus, it is crucial to pair it with checks to these threats such as Iron Treads, Clodsire, Toxapex, Alomomola, and Dondozo. Pelipper and Corviknight are solid walls that can also pivot Dugtrio in, establishing opportunities for it to trap Pokemon. Miraidon, Walking Wake, Iron Bundle, Chien Pao, and offensive Great Tusk appreciate Dugtrio getting rid of the Pokemon that check or revenge kill them. Dugtrio can also fit on stall teams since it traps strong threats and prevents them from getting multiple KOs, including Gothitelle, which is a major hindrance to bulkier structures.

Choice Scarf Dugtrio is a consistent trapper thanks to its good Attack and Speed stats that helps it revenge kill some premier threats like Koraidon, Miraidon, and Iron Bundle -Chi-Yu! You can also add chipped Gothitelle if you want. Something else that would be cool to add is that Dugtrio distinguishes itself from Gothitelle by being capable of trapping some offensive Pokemon Gohitelle couldn't hope to-. Earthquake lets it OHKO Miraidon after entry hazard damage and Chi-Yu -probably move Chi-Yu to the front so that this sentence runs a bit smoother-, and also defeat walls like Blissey, Clodsire, Iron Treads after minimal chip, and Toxapex lacking Chilling Water. Stone Edge hits Chien-Pao and Iron Bundle for greater damage. Tera Fairy + Tera Blast allows it to trap and OHKO Choice Band and Life Orb unboosted Koraidon, Heavy-Duty Boots and Choice Band Chien-Pao if it isn't locked into Ice Shard, and weakened offensive Great Tusk -add Walking Wake-. Additionally, it can also get rid of Choice Scarf Choice-locked variants of Koraidon and Miraidon locked into Outrage and Draco Meteor respectively -could add Walking Wake here as well, but up to you-. Memento is helpful to give setup opportunities to its teammates on a trapped passive Pokemon trapped by Dugtrio can't do much against otherwise -probs add a few examples here too, a good one would be Great Tusk-, while Final Gambit trades itself for more damage on Iron Bundle, Koraidon, and an unboosted Tera Fairy Double Dance Miraidon. Choice Scarf Dugtrio is used on balanced teams but has no defensive utility and fails to beat Double Dance Miraidon, Iron Bundle in Electric Terrain, Swords Dance + Flame Charge Koraidon, and Swords Dance Chien-Pao, so it is crucial to pair it with checks to these threats such as Iron Treads, Clodsire, Toxapex, Alomomola, and Dondozo respectively. Pelipper and Corviknight are solid defensive walls that can also pivot into Dugtrio in and establish opportunities for it to trap Pokemon. Choice Specs and Double Dance Miraidon -most sets appreciates Dugtrio is varying degrees, so feel like removing this bit should be a bit more clean-, Iron Bundle, Chien Pao, and offensive Great Tusk appreciate Dugtrio's ability to get rid of the Pokemon that check or revenge kill them -can add Walking Wake here again, since Duggy traps Blissey, Clodsire, and Toxapex handily-.
-Would personally add something about the Gothitelle matchup as well, as being able to limit Goth to 1 kill in most games is pretty significant. Good stuff!-

First sentence lists it as a consistent trapper, but I'd argue Dugtrio is all but that. With tera you really can't guarantee you actually beat anything, and Pokemon like Koraidon would love to trade teras in an exchange where it goes up and you can't revenge kill it with the rest of your team. This weakness to defensive tera should be highlighted, and also is why you should slash tera ground with fairy. Being able to kill things with eq after chip makes these midgrounds so much easier, rather than having to guess and just lose if you're wrong and even sometimes if you're right vs things like Fairy Miraidon. w tera ground you'd need to slash sucker / rocks with tera blast as well, bc you aren't tera blast grounding.

Your lists of examples are also just a little long, can probably simplify some of it to roles the mons play rather than an extensive list, since imo dug is kinda bad and just a lot of things beat it.

Rest is good QC 2/2

(for ", respectively", if you still want it, youd need the same number of threats and checks-to-those-threats, with first threat matching up with first check, second with second, and so on) Pelipper and Corviknight are solid defensive walls that can also pivot Dugtrio in and establish in, establishing (I imagine this makes sense?) opportunities for it to trap Pokemon. Miraidon, Walking Wake, Iron Bundle, Chien Pao, and offensive Great Tusk appreciate Dugtrio's ability to get Dugtrio getting rid of the Pokemon that check or revenge kill them.
