It says that the waiting time is 15 minutes after the agreed time, if it is notified in advance it is changed to 30 minutes,

"Player A must have checked in via the same medium used to schedule, citing the server and PS name, if different from forum username."
idk but "yo" doesn't meet the requirements here, also your opponent notified his delay 30 seconds after you posted, which means you were still around.

Don't be pesky and unsportsmanship and play your games

Yeah, you're not getting act, damien showed up 23 minutes after your "yo", if you had to wait 30 minutes or longer then it would be act (you were also online when they messaged).

This is a textbook activity win for Athena's Myth unless there's some information that's not represented in the posts or VMs. I am not sure how TLTK linked a post that proved Athena correct while trying to get the opposite, but he is firmly incorrect.

30 minutes is the time you get if you warn someone before the time (he did not do so before or even during the 15 minute window -- only messaged 23 minutes after) or if you are playing team tournaments. This is outlined clearly here at the start of the post.

- If Player A and Player B agreed on a time, and Player B failed to show up, Player A must have checked in via the same medium used to schedule, citing the server and PS name, if different from forum username. They must have waited for at least 15 minutes before leaving. If Player B communicated their delay, this period may be extended to up to 30 minutes.

Finally, being rude to someone who was on at the time and simply did not want to have their day wasted is ridiculous. Someone has already been infracted for this. Let's behave.
