Finally, after more than 300 ladder games using Evire with different accounts, more than 10 teams, unluck, tilt, 200 players under 1400 aka challenge not possible and -30 if I lose +15 if I win , I can claim The Marriland Special ! I would like to thank Malekith because he used Meditate Evire for Wcup PP and it's clearly the best set ever for this shit mon. https://pokepast.es/89f73c2cee587e32

Surely thanks to this I will be one of the 10 DPP starter for SPL :worrywhirl: .

https://pokepast.es/735a1cc6e06dd49d ( first stall attempt, I used it a while ago for my first try but this team is a hax magnet lmao )
https://pokepast.es/83f4a8bdcf989d6c ( seems solid but hard to keep up rocks without being Breloom weak, if you go for rocks on skarm then gl vs Loom )

Saw that this account had lower than 80% gxe so my stupid ego got me wanting this acc back to 80% again. Forgot it was the winning streak I had with this one, but didn't lose anyway and I'm qualified to be in at the Silver Tactics :)

Close to getting 1700 and 90% gxe with my other account, so could be I'll be posting here soon...

claiming gold guts achievement

couldn't quite get the platinum for today bc I kept getting screwed over by hax, but I'll try again soon

All battles on this account is done with the same team (with minor set changes throughout laddering), and all the replays has been uploaded.

the replay that got me to this elo, coincidentally it's also one of the only notable games tonight

this is another two games that was quite interesting (even though I got haxed hard on one of these) that shows a bit on how the team actually works (against the same person no less, credit to ballout650)

If I were to replace one mon, it'd prolly be pory-z, I could put a scarf on it to improve my consistency against gyara / nite but I also really want something other than ape that can chunk / remove tran and meta. Meanwhile, the most valuable BL (or below) mon here is defo lanturn, blanking rotom, para'd rachi, starmie and scizor while pressuring lati / loom under sub is definitely very valuable. It also acts as a secondary check to gyara without eq, and can take one w/o boost so gyara can't possibly dd on it, as well as infernape and gengar. However, having that many roles at once also mean losing lanturn early can easily lose me the game to a threat I can't circumvent.

I think the problem with the team is missing thunder / paralysis and Jirachis that run more than 32 attack which can break lanturn sub but I kinda have to fit thunder on rachi for gyara / skarm, if I lose my rachi without being able to para the other one I'd have to rely on ape to take it out which is an issue if I'm also dealing with sand / spikes / lo

Claiming Silver Guts achieved with my hail stall team I wrote an RMT about. I’ve pretty much played only with this team since I registered this account and I uploaded a lot of replays since then, so you won’t have any trouble finding proof. Plus, I reached 1350 elo multiple times before with this build, but I didn’t know about the Guts Achievement

Claiming spirits platinum, this acc only used monotype

The replay to 1500

I think I had an aneurysm missing all those hydros.

unfortunately no interesting replays as I mostly made the journey w/ rain
I was using monosteel until I was tired of low ladder being filled with infernapes which is almost an auto-loss for me if the opponent knows to preserve it, it was probably not a very good team anyways because half the time the matchup was pretty unplayable

So I was thinking, what other monotypes would be good? I was thinking of fighting and psychic, but finally decided to go rain with monowater. Funnily enough, I did not use gyarados or suicune which are thought to be staples of monowater.

IB meta for rotom and HP Elec tran for gyara

The most interesting part was not the gameplay (which is kinda depressing if you think about it LOL) but instead the building part and looking at how it actually played out in the games. Aside from the typical 3 rain abusers with LO (I dislike specs kingdra because it wastes turns), I also had omastar with a damp rock as a lead, which was actually pretty interesting.

I wanted a rocker that can also set up rain and is a water type, so I was thinking pert at first, but I don't want to be leading pert because I don't want opposing rotoms to be able to catch my pert switch. I originally had modest omastar with near max HP and speed but I kept seeing machamp leads for some reason and kept losing out on speedties (oma can actually take a dynamic punch and live the ensuing bullet punch) so I just had enough and made it +speed instead. Oma actually turned out to be a pretty solid rain lead, as you can go with rain t1 on stuff that can outspeed and 2hko it (which are rare) and then click rocks on t2, or go with rocks -> rain -> spikes or hydro on 3hkos which are most leads including non-bp meta. Taunt leads are problematic, but almost all of them does nothing back to oma and oma can hit them hard in return and come back in later potentially, especially on tar. Sandstorm buffing its spdef helps in tanking special hits too and setting up rain again, completely reversing the tempo. Breloom leads however, are disastrous, especially sash. I ran into a scarf once and was able to sac oma to sleep so it turned out fine but I just knew sash leads would be auto-loss if I did run into one.

Previous experience with a janky TR rain octillery team suggests that Empoleon provides amazing defensive utility, it can bait a tbolt from rotom at full and destroy it, and more importantly blocks latias / opposing kingdra and promptly net a ko in return with a nuclear specs hydro in rain. And that conclusion turned out to be true.

Finally I had a damp rock pert which I would never imagine myself running at all, but I wanted a second dr user and I had decided to include pert previously for rotom. Lefties was enticing, but imo damp rock was the way to go. Pert is that mon who can live a big hit like luc cc and setup long rain in return which pretty much just wins the game, and also help checks late game sweepers like nape luc and nite. It most importantly turns rotom rks (especially on empoleon) into my own tempo, if for whatever reason rain wasn't up (I got taunted / oma got ohkod by smth like hpgrass tran or got scared out).

Sorry for the essay, but yeah.
