[SET]
name: IronPress
move 1: Iron Defense
move 2: Body Press
move 3: Shadow Ball
move 4: Rest
item: Colbur Berry / Chesto Berry
ability: Mummy
nature: Bold
evs: 252 HP / 172 Def / 84 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Cofagrigus is a frightening IronPress sweeper that is able to find setup opportunities against physical attackers such as Sawk, Gurdurr, and Rhydon as well as common walls like Cryogonal and Galarian Stunfisk. Shadow Ball covers for the Ghost- and Psychic-types such as Uxie and Palossand and physical walls like Tangela and Qwilfish that its main offensive move in Body Press does not threaten. Rest is Cofagrigus's most reliable form of recovery and removes status. 84 Speed EVs allow Cofagrigus to outspeed Rhydon and Gurdurr. A Colbur Berry allows Cofagrigus to eat strong Dark moves like Silvally-Dark's Multi-Attack and Thievul's Dark Pulse, while a Chesto Berry prevents Cofagrigus from wasting two turns sleeping.

Cofagrigus generally fits best on bulkier builds in need of a defensive sweeper. Cofagrigus appreciates Dark resistant-teammates like Skuntank, Silvally-Fighting and especially Alcremie due to its ability to cure status via Aromatherapy. It also appreciates a solid special wall, like Articuno or Clefairy. Spikes setters such as Qwilfish and Coalossal make it harder for Cofagrigus to be pivoted around. Cofagrigus can also appreciate physical walls like Tangela and Altaria to help it avoid hits from Gourgeist formes and common Toxic users.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Cofagrigus can run Nasty Plot instead of Iron Defense to better threaten physical walls like Tangela and Qwilfish; however, Nasty Plot can be hard to justify because it severely weakens the matchup against Miltank and makes Cofagrigus far easier to revenge kill. Cofagrigus can replace Rest with Trick Room to beat checks like Rotom and Thievul, or Substitute to evade status, but these options reduce Cofagrigus's overall durability. Another option for Cofagrigus is a utility set with its many excellent support options such as Will-O-Wisp, Toxic Spikes, Knock Off, Hex, and Pain Split, but it faces tough competition from Qwilfish and Roselia. Lastly, Cofagrigus can run Sleep Talk over Iron Defense on Rest sets to not completely waste 2 turns sleeping; however, this voids its sweeping potential.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Ghost- and Dark-types**: Pokemon like Sableye and Spiritomb are immune to Body Press and neutral to Shadow Ball, so they can Encore or set up on Cofagrigus. Spiritomb, however, has to be wary of Nasty Plot. Other common Ghost- and Dark-types such as Silvally-Dark, Rotom, and Skuntank are only checks due to taking significant damage from either Body Press or Shadow Ball, but they can outspeed and do significant damage to Cofagrigus.

**Alcremie**: Alcremie outspeeds Cofagrigus and resists its Body Press. Once Alcremie enters the playing field it can freely set up Calm Mind, thus countering Cofagrigus.

**Special Wallbreakers**: Strong special wallbreakers like Choice Specs Manectric and Exeggutor can outspeed and threaten Cofagrigus with a 2HKO and OHKO respectively.

**Setup Deterrents**: Unaware Pyukumuku ignores the Defense boost from Body Press, heals off the negligible damage it does take, and can use Toxic on Cofagrigus; it can then Spite to remove Cofagrigus’s Rest PP. Other setup deterrents such as Encore from Liepard and Taunt from Qwilfish and Alolan Persian can stop Cofagrigus in its tracks. Perish Song Altaria can also trap and defeat Cofagrigus.

**Status**: Toxic from Altaria and Stunfisk can force Cofagrigus to Rest, while Tangela can use Sleep Powder. Once Cofagrigus falls asleep, a check can safely be brought in to beat it.

Cofagrigus can run Nasty Plot instead of Iron Defense to better threaten Ghost types. It usually runs Trick Room with Nasty Plot so that it does not have to take a strong Ghost hit in advance. Nasty Plot can be hard to justify though because it severely weakens the matchup against Miltank. TR can be used with IronPress, rewrite this. Lastly, Cofagrigus can run Sleep Talk over Iron Defense on Rest sets to not completely waste 2 turns sleeping; however, this voids its sweeping potential. Sub is an option for NP and ID. (Add a mention of other physical walls i.e tangela altaria etc. can pick other/better examples where see fit, with this set in particular, sure Cofagrigus is a very competent physical wall itself but it's difficult for it to be both a wall and late game sweeper, which links back the bulkier builds you mention earlier)

[SET COMMENTS]
Cofagrigus is a frightening IronPress sweeper that is able to find setup opportunities against most physical attackers such as Sawk, Gurdurr, and Rhydon and as well as (feels a little more legible this way) common walls like Cryogonal and Galarian Stunfisk. Shadow Ball accommodates for the covers (brevity) Ghost- (AH) and Psychic-types such as Uxie and Palossand and physical walls like Tangela and Qwilfish that its main offensive move in are not threatened by Body Press cannot threaten (brevity). Rest is Cofagrigus's most reliable form of recovery and removes Status status. The speed 84 Speed EVs allow Cofagrigus to outspeed Rhydon and Gurdurr. A Colbur Berry allows Cofagrigus to eat strong Dark moves like Silvally-Dark's Multi-Attack and Thievul's Dark Pulse, while a Chesto Berry prevents Cofagrigus from wasting two turns sleeping.

Cofagrigus generally fits best on bulkier builds in need of a wincon (rephrase, per GP standard "The term 'wincon' is accepted as meaning 'a Pokemon whose objective is to win the match,' from an in-battle perspective, not a teambuilding perspective." Perhaps "in need of a defensive sweeper" might work?). Cofagrigus appreciates Dark resists like Skuntank, Silvally-Fighting, (AC) and especially Alcremie due to its ability to cure status via Aromatherapy. It also appreciates a solid Special special wall, such as Articuno or Clefairy. Spikes setters such as Qwilfish or Coalossal make it harder for Cofarigus Cofagrigus to be pivoted around and thus more threatening (feels redundant). Cofagrigus can also appreciate Physical physical walls such as Tangela or Altaria to help it avoid hits from Gourgeist formes (forme, not form) and common Toxic users. (you used "such as" 3 times in a row here and once earlier, recommend changing for some similar phrases - "like," "including" - to diversify)

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]

Cofagrigus can run Nasty Plot instead of Iron Defense to better threaten physical walls like Tangela and Qwilfish; however, Nasty Plot can be hard to justify though because it severely weakens the matchup against Miltank and makes Cofagrigus far easier to revenge kill. Cofagrigus can replace Rest with utilize Trick Room over Rest to beat checks like Rotom and Thievul. Cofagrigus can also run or Substitute to evade status (rephrased to make it clear both options are over Rest and reduce durability, it was a little ambiguous when split into two sentences), however but these options overall give Cofagrigus less durability throughout a battle (consider rephrasing for brevity, maybe "these options reduce Cofagrigus's durability/longevity [pick one]" and leave it at that).

===================

**Ghost- (AH) and Dark-types**: Pokémon Pokemon (no accent) like Sableye and Spiritomb are immune to Body Press and neutral to Shadow Ball, so they can Encore or setup on Cofagrigus. Spiritomb, however, has to be wary of Nasty Plot. While other Other common Ghost- (AH) and Dark-types such as Silvally-Dark, Rotom and Skuntank are only checks, (RC) due to taking significant damage from either Body Press or Shadow Ball, but they can outspeed and do significant damage to Cofagrigus.

**Alcremie**: Alcremie outspeeds Cofagrigus and resists its Body Press. Once Alcremie enters the playing field it can freely setup Calm Minds, thus being a counter to Cofagrigus. (either remove or shorten to "countering Cofagrigus")

**Special-Breakers Special Wallbreakers**: Strong Special Breakers special wallbreakers like Choice Specs Manectric and Exeggutor can outspeed and threaten Cofagrigus from with a 2HKO and an OHKO respectively.

**Setup-Detterents Deterrents**: Unaware Pyukumuku ignores the Defense boost from Body Press, heals off the negligible damage it does take and can Toxic Cofagrigus, then Spite to rid of remove Cofagrigus’s Rest PP. Other setup- (RH)deterrents such as Encore from Liepard and Taunt from Qwilfish and Alolan Persian can stop Cofagrigus in its tracks. Perish Song Altaria can also trap and defeat Cofagrigus.

**Status**: Toxic from Altaria and Stunfisk can force Cofagrigus to Rest and Tangela can use Sleep Powder (this feels a bit awkward like Tangela is sleeping it after it's been worn down by Toxic - maybe take a second look at phrasing). Once Cofagrigus falls asleep, a check can safely be brought in to beat Cofagrigus it.

[SET COMMENTS]
Cofagrigus is a frightening IronPress sweeper that is able to find setup opportunities against physical attackers such as Sawk, Gurdurr, and Rhydon as well as common walls like Cryogonal and Galarian Stunfisk. Shadow Ball covers for the Ghost- (AH) and Psychic-types such as Uxie and Palossand and physical walls like Tangela and Qwilfish that are not threatened by Body Press cannot threaten (changing this back as it was unneeded, sorry!).

Cofagrigus appreciates Dark-resistant teammates resists like Skuntank, Silvally-Fighting and especially Alcremie due to its ability to cure status via Aromatherapy. It also appreciates a solid special wall, like Articuno or Clefairy. Spikes setters such as Qwilfish or and Coalossal make it harder for Cofagrigus to be pivoted around. Cofagrigus can also appreciate physical walls like Tangela or and Altaria to help it avoid hits from Gourgeist formes and common Toxic users.

Other Options
=============

===================

**Ghost- and Dark-types**: Pokemon like Sableye and Spiritomb are immune to Body Press and neutral to Shadow Ball, so they can Encore or setup set up on Cofagrigus. Spiritomb, however, has to be wary of Nasty Plot. Other common Ghost- and Dark-types such as Silvally-Dark, Rotom, (AC) and Skuntank are only checks due to taking significant damage from either Body Press or Shadow Ball, but they can outspeed and do significant damage to Cofagrigus.

**Alcremie**: Alcremie outspeeds Cofagrigus and resists its Body Press. Once Alcremie enters the playing field it can freely setup set up Calm Minds, thus countering Cofagrigus.

**Special Wallbreakers**: Strong special wallbreakers like Choice Specs Manectric and Exeggutor can outspeed and threaten Cofagrigus with a 2HKO and OHKO respectively.

**Setup Deterrents**: Unaware Pyukumuku ignores the Defense boost from Body Press, heals off the negligible damage it does take, (AC) and can use Toxic on Cofagrigus; (add semicolon), (RC) it can then use Spite to remove Cofagrigus’s Rest PP. Other setup deterrents such as Encore from Liepard and Taunt from Qwilfish and Alolan Persian can stop Cofagrigus in its tracks. Perish Song Altaria can also trap and defeat Cofagrigus.

**Status**: Toxic from Altaria and Stunfisk can force Cofagrigus to Rest, (AC) while Tangela can use Sleep Powder. Once Cofagrigus falls asleep, a check can safely be brought in to beat it.
