Copyright details for CAP pokémon

So...
I'm a lonely fangame creator.

And then one day im like.
"OMG! I NEED CRUCIBELLE NOW!"
and also pluffle, kerfluffle, kitsunoh, necturna, etc.

But then i'm like oh dang copyright. So...
Does anyone know the details of the CAP copyright?
