Pending Clarify Transform (move) explanation with respect to its interactions with Tera types

Does Transform copy the target's Tera type to the user's Tera type? Does Transform copy the target's Tera type to the user's standard type if the target has Tera'ed?

As far as I know the answer is no to both, but it isn't obvious based on the description on the Smogon site currently.

Transform does not copy tera type nor any active terastalization. Ditto's type will be the original typing of the Pokemon it transforms into. Likewise a terastalized Ditto's tera type will override the type of whatever pokemon it transforms into.
