Challenges Room on PS!

As the challenges room has recently gone public it would be quite nice to get the information out there about what the room's all about!
For the layout of the article I'm thinking:

• What is a challenge?
• Some examples of challenges
• Participating in challenges
• Challenges points system and leaderboard
• How to suggest challenges

If you feel like another heading needs to be there feel free to suggest it.
