Krilowatt's Pokedex entries, for reference:

Krilowatt, the Current Pokémon

Diamond: Although it looks fragile, a single KRILOWATT can store enough electricity to stun a WAILORD.

Pearl: KRILOWATT live in swarms at the ocean's surface. They use their antennae to coordinate their movements.

Platinum: KRILOWATT generates electricity by moving against the pull of the tides. It has incredible stamina!
--

These Pokedex entries must be written in the format of Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. This means that the word and character limits must match those from those games, and Pokemon names must be in all capital letters. Otherwise, we will be using modern Pokedex Submission rules.

You will have 72 hours to make your final submissions!

Legal Pokedex submissions must meet the following standards:
  • Species Names cannot be over 11 characters.
  • Pokedex Entries must have flawless grammar. Smogon has a Grammar & Prose team that will help identify mistakes.
  • Pokedex Entries cannot be longer than 23 words and cannot be over 109 characters.
  • Pokedex Entries can only contain the following characters:
    • Letters A-Z
    • Numbers 0-9
    • Dash (-)
    • Apostrophe (')

    • Comma (,)

Work In Progress (WIP) Pokedex Entries can be posted at any time for comments from the community.

No more than three WIP Pokedex Entries can be posted by any individual person through the entire course of the submission thread. This limit applies to ALL posts made by a single person, even if previous posts are edited or deleted. This limit is intended to curb the tendency for some submitters to spam the thread repeatedly with multiple Pokedex Entries. This detracts from other submissions and makes it difficult for commenters to survey the submission thread.

Do not bump your WIP Pokedex Entries by posting them repeatedly, or making minor wording changes. Bumping will result in the disqualification of all Pokedex Entries by the offender. Editing or deleting bump posts will not prevent disqualification.

Only ONE Final Submission can be made per person.

Pokedex entries Final Submissions must posted exactly in the following format and in the following exact order:
  • The first line of the post must have the words "Final Submission" in bold on its own line. No other text may be included before the bold heading.
  • A blank line
  • "<Pokémon Name>, the <Species Name> Pokémon", with the Pokemon name and the Species Name in bold
  • A blank line
  • The Diamond Pokedex Entry submission. Start with the letters "Diamond" in bold, then a colon (:), and then the Pokedex entry.
  • A blank line
  • The Pearl Pokedex Entry submission. Start with the letters "Pearl" in bold, then a colon (:), and then the Pokedex entry.
  • A blank line
  • The Platinum Pokedex Entry submission. Start with the letters "Platinum" in bold, then a colon (:), and then the Pokedex entry.
Below the Final Submission you can post other comments, explanations, etc.

Example final submission:

Final Submission

Kricketune
, the Cricket Pokémon

Diamond: It crosses its knifelike arms in front of its chest when it cries. It can compose melodies ad lib.

Pearl: It signals its emotions with its melodies. Scientists are studying these melodic patterns.

Platinum: There is a village that hosts a contest based on the amazingly variable cries of this Pokémon.

Any Final Submission that does not follow the proper format will be disqualified.

Final Submission

Protowatt,
the MiniShrimp Pokémon

Diamond: PROTOWATT are extremely common Pokemon. Their eggs give some waters a pulpy feel during breeding season.

Pearl: Swarms of PROTOWATT act as one being, receiving instructions from one another with their antennae.

Platinum: The electricity coursing through PROTOWATT destroys any harmful substances before they can enter its body.

Final Submission

Protowatt
, the Plankton Pokémon

Diamond: PROTOWATT's shell is translucent so that it can warm its blood with sunlight even in the iciest waters.

Pearl: It is so weak that it can't escape ocean currents. Fishermen and WAILORD use this to their advantage.

Platinum: It has a small charge that makes it magnetic. Scientists believe that this is why it is found in swarms.

Final Submission

Protowatt
, the Shrimp Pokémon

Diamond: It is one of the smallest known Pokémon. It compensates for its size by traveling in vast, numberless swarms.

Pearl: Predators that swallow swarms of PROTOWATT often feel a large buildup of static, causing indigestion.

Platinum: Oddly, female PROTOWATT produce more electricity than males, making them more aggressive.

Protowatt,
the Proton Pokémon

Diamond: PROTOWATT is so small that fishing one is almost impossible!

Pearl: When staying still it is most likely charging. The more PROTOWATT charges the brighter it gets.

Platinum: A threatened PROTOWATT sends a warning shock before zapping with a shock hot enough to burn flesh.

WIP

Protowatt
, the Zap Shrimp Pokémon

Diamond: Although its electric shock is weak on its own, PROTOWATT can easily gang up to shock foes into submission.

Pearl: Stories tell of hordes of PROTOWATT aiding treasure hunters by lighting up the water to aid their search.

Platinum: With its small size and zesty meat, PROTOWATT has become a staple snack food in coastal towns.

Just a heads up, the fact that Protowatt and Krilowatt have minus suggests that theyre Electrons not Protons, so you might want a different species name.

Protowatt, the Amperage Pokémon

Diamond: Don't be fooled by PROTOWATT's small size. Its electrical potential is off the charts!

Pearl: PROTOWATT are most often found in tidepools, where KRILOWATT lay eggs.

Platinum: When PROTOWATT hatches, it uses its antennae to detect signals sent out by KRILOWATT from the ocean.
