At first I thought Magician but the ability doesn't go well with the fact CAP 30 uses an item to sustain form.

Power of Alchemy works well with being a Wallbreaker, Liquid Ooze makes sense for a poison type to stop draining moves, and Telepathy just fits because it looks smart and like it would be able to avoid teammate attacks.
