move 2: Earthquake

[SET COMMENTS]

Set Description
=============
Rock Wrecker should be used against Porygon-Z and Haxorus. Earthquake is for non-Air Balloon Metagross, Tyranitar, and Choice Specs Raikou. Rock Blast is for Crustle, Volcarona, Aerodactyl, and Thundurus. Avalanche is for Landorus-T, while Fire Punch is for Ferrothorn.

EVs
=============
The HP and Attack EVs guarantee Rhyperior to survive a Choice Specs- or Normal Gem-boosted Hyper Beam from Porygon-Z, with maximum HP for mixed bulk. The remaining EVs are invested in Attack.

Usage Tips
=============
Choice Band Rhyperior should use Earthquake against Garchomp to avoid triggering Rough Skin from Yache Berry Garchomp, which would cause Rhyperior to be 2HKOed by Earthquake. Rhyperior should use Rock Blast against Substitute users like Zapdos, Raikou, Aerodactyl, and Volcarona. Otherwise, it is almost always best to use the move that does the most damage.

[SET]
name: Custap Berry
move 1: Endure
move 2: Rock Wrecker
move 3: Earthquake
move 4: Swords Dance
item: Custap Berry
ability: Solid Rock
nature: Adamant
evs: 248 HP / 180 Atk / 80 Def

[SET COMMENTS]

Set Description
=============
Endure + Custap Berry work together to give Rhyperior another chance to attack Choice Band Garchomp, Landorus-T, and Chandelure. Rock Wrecker should be used against Porygon-Z, Arcanine, and Gyarados. Earthquake should be used against Chandelure, non-Air Balloon Heatran, and Garchomp. Swords Dance is for Snorlax, Landorus-T, Chansey, and non-Choice item Cresselia.

EVs
=============
The HP and Defense EVs let Rhyperior survive a Swords Dance-boosted Earthquake from Jolly Custap Berry Garchomp. The remaining EVs are invested in Attack.

Usage Tips
=============
Custap Berry Rhyperior's strategy revolves around using Endure + Custap Berry to guarantee a hit against faster Pokemon, like Garchomp, Chandelure, and Porygon-Z. To play around Crustle's Sturdy + Counter, Rhyperior should use Earthquake before using Rock Wrecker to KO.

Set Description
=============
Rock Wrecker is Rhyperior's strongest STAB move and should be used against Porygon-Z, Air Balloon Heatran you lose if they hit wisp, rock blast is better there but would lose to specs - ig mention this in usage tips and not here, and Choice Specs or Normal Gem Meloetta this is also a weird example bc specs can use energy ball. if you can find other examples feel free to add Earthquake is for non-Air Balloon Metagross, Tyranitar, and Choice Specs Raikou. Rock Blast is for Crustle, Volcarona, Aerodactyl, and Thundurus. Avalanche is for Landorus-T, while Fire Punch is for Ferrothorn.

EVs
=============
The HP and Attack EVs guarantee Rhyperior to survive a Choice Specs- or Normal Gem-boosted Hyper Beam from Porygon-Z with maximum HP for mixed bulk. The remaining EVs are invested in Attack.

Usage Tips
=============
Choice Band Rhyperior should use Earthquake to not trigger Rough Skin from Garchomp, which would make Rhyperior have a very high chance to be 2HKOed by Earthquake. Rhyperior should use Rock Wrecker over Fire Punch against Genesect to account for any potential Occa Berry Genesect set. Rhyperior should use Rock Blast against Volcarona to account for Substitute. Rhyperior should use Rock Blast against Pokemon that can use Substitute + Protect to stall out Rhyperior's PP mention some!. In any other situations, it is almost always best to use the move that does the most damage.

Endure + Custap Berry work together to allow Rhyperior to have another chance to attack Pokemon like Choice Band Garchomp, Landorus-T, and Chandelure. Rock Wrecker is Rhyperior's strongest STAB move and should be used against Porygon-Z, Arcanine, and Gyarados. Earthquake should be used against Chandelure, non-Air Balloon Heatran, and Garchomp. Swords Dance is for Snorlax, Landorus-T, and Cresselia without Trick.

EVs
=============
The HP and Defense EVs let Rhyperior survive Earthquake from Custap Berry Garchomp after Garchomp's Swords Dance, while the Special Defense EVs guarantee it to survive Giga Drain from Timid Volcarona this is not really a good benchmark bc timid giga drain volcarona is just not a thing - they will have some boosting item if they are using giga drain anyway, just put this into attack imo. The remaining EVs are invested in Attack.

Usage Tips
=============
Against Crustle, Rhyperior should use Earthquake on the first turn. This should be followed by Rock Wrecker on the second for the KO. This is to play around Crustle's Sturdy Counter and Sturdy ability. Against Latios and Kyurem, which OHKO with Draco Meteor, Rhyperior can use Endure on the first turn and follow up with a Rock Wrecker on the turn a when Custap Berry activates to OHKO in return. Against Garchomp, Rhyperior should use Earthquake. If Custap Berry Garchomp uses Endure on turn 2, Rhyperior can use its own Endure to survive on the turn of a potential Custap Berry activation from Garchomp.

Rock Wrecker is Rhyperior's strongest STAB move and should be used against Porygon-Z and Haxorus, and Blissey blissey is not really relevant. Earthquake is for non-Air Balloon Metagross, Tyranitar, and Choice Specs Raikou. Rock Blast is for Crustle, Volcarona, Aerodactyl, Chansey, one charm and you're done for, better example for SD and Thundurus. Avalanche is for Landorus-T, while Fire Punch is for Ferrothorn.

The HP and Attack EVs guarantee Rhyperior to survive a Choice Specs- or Normal Gem-boosted Hyper Beam from Porygon-Z with maximum HP for mixed bulk. The remaining EVs are invested in Attack.

Usage Tips
=============
Choice Band Rhyperior should use Earthquake against Garchomp instead of Avalanche to not trigger Rough Skin from Garchomp, which would make Rhyperior have a very high chance to be 2HKOed by Garchomp's Earthquake. Rhyperior should use Rock Wrecker over Fire Punch against Genesect to account for any potential Occa Berry Genesect set. Rhyperior should use Rock Blast against Volcarona to account for Substitute. Rhyperior should use Rock Blast against Pokemon that can use Substitute + Protect to stall out Rhyperior's PP like Raikou, Aerodactyl, and Zapdos. Combine these 2 sentences to be about Substitute users In any other situations, it is almost always best to use the move that does the most damage.

Against Garchomp, Rhyperior should use Earthquake. If Custap Berry Garchomp uses Endure, Rhyperior can use its own Endure to survive on the turn.

The HP and Defense EVs let Rhyperior survive a Swords Dance-boosted Earthquake from Jolly Custap Berry Garchomp. (if its endure, why does it need to survive that? to sd so it can kill it back? and how is it even egtting to +2 in the first place idk) The remaining EVs are invested in Attack.

most of this check is comments bc your grammar is rly good oops but would it not be worth fleshing this out more? do you endure vs everything faster or just attack?
