Set Description
=============
Earthquake is Landorus-T's strongest STAB move and hits common foes such as Heatran and Raikou; it is also Landorus-T's preferred way of hitting neutral targets, such as Crustle. Rock Slide 2HKOes Aerodactyl and Zapdos. Outrage, when paired with a Choice Scarf, allows Landorus-T to outspeed and OHKO common Dragon-types, such as Latios and Haxorus, while 2HKOing Latias. Superpower lets Landorus-T OHKO Porygon-Z and gives it a better option against Air Balloon Heatran, while Hidden Power Ice gives it better matchup against opposing Landorus-T.

EVs
=============
252 Speed EVs and a Choice Scarf are required in order to outspeed Choice Scarf Porygon-Z. Landorus-T should also run an Adamant nature and 252 Attack EVs to maximize its damage output.

Usage Tips
=============
Landorus-T should almost always use the attack that does the most damage against the opponent. However, there are some matchups in which this is not advised, such as against Garchomp and against Magnezone. Against Garchomp, always use Earthquake instead of Outrage to avoid being KOed by Rough Skin. Against Magnezone, it is recommended to use Superpower, if Landorus-T has it, over Earthquake, as Magnezone may use Magnet Rise to prevent Earthquake from OHKOing after Sturdy; Superpower circumvents Magnezone's Magnet Rise.

Earthquake is Landorus-T's strongest STAB move and can be used to hit super-effective targets, such as Heatran and Rhyperior; it is also Landorus-T's preferred way of hitting neutral targets, such as Genesect and Crustle. Fly hits Volcarona without Substitute, Conkeldurr, and Scrafty super-effectively. Choice Scarf and Outrage allow Landorus-T to outspeed and OHKO common Dragon-types, such as Latios and Haxorus, while 2HKOing Garchomp and Latias. Superpower lets Landorus-T OHKO Porygon-Z and hit Snorlax harder.
Remove Genesect mention, technically it should have ice beam and if it doesn't surely people click eq. Fly kinda bad imo, loses to counter scrafty, BU Ice Punch Conk and grasses kek, probably has its usages tho if they don't run these sets. I'd consider slashing it w/ Rock Slide for stuff like Zapdos/R-Heat, non charti volc, aero... HP Ice is also cool for opposing landos and chomp. Snorlax is a bad example it technically will never lose, maybe mention balloon heatran and zone.

252 Attack EVs are necessary in order to get the best possible roll with Fly against Conkeldurr. 252 Speed EVs are required in order to outspeed Choice Scarf Porygon-Z. Depending on whether the team that Landorus-T is on wants it to be as reliable against as possible against Conkeldurr or against Porygon-Z, Landorus-T can run either a Jolly or Adamant nature. However, as Porygon-Z usually runs a Modest nature on its Choice Scarf set, an Adamant nature is often better. The remaining 4 EVs are put in SpD.
P sure you don't have to explain max atk. Speed+Jolly/Adamant is fine.

Usage Tips

Landorus-T should almost always use the attack that does the most damage against the opponent. However, there are some matchups in which this is not advised, such as against Garchomp and against Magnezone. Against Garchomp, it is important to always use Earthquake, as Dragon Gem or Choice Band Outrage from Garchomp can make Landorus-T, which cannot OHKO with Outrage but can 2HKO with both Outrage and Earthquake, faint from Rough Skin damage on the second Outrage. Since Earthquake does not trigger Rough Skin, using Earthquake can guarantee winning this matchup. Against Magnezone, it is recommended to use Superpower over Earthquake, as Magnezone may use Magnet Rise to prevent Earthquake from OHKOing after Sturdy. Superpower can avoid this and 2HKO even if a Magnezone uses Magnet Rise.
You said Outrage helps vs Garchomp and then you said don't use Outrage vs Garchomp here. Stay consistent.

1/2 when implemented, you can dm me for a quick check.

Set + Set Comments
- remove Fly , it's not reliable versus any of the targets you mention + it's exploitable since it takes 2 turns
- Rhyperior is not a good example of a EQ target - between Band Wrecker being in Rhyp's favor, potential Ice-type coverage on Band, and SD on Custap, that matchup is just not good for Landorus-T. Raikou is a much better example
- mention Aerodactyl with Rock Slide, much more relevant than Rotom-H (notice the form name as well)

EVs
- remove the mention of Fly onto Conkeldurr
- Adamant is better 100%, you outspeed Aerodactyl anyway, Modest on Scarf PZ is basically required, and you don't gain much of anything from going +Speed and lose out on rolls for bulkier PZ
- you don't need to mention the extra EVs / max attack, just explaining Adamant over Jolly is enough

Usage Tips
- The Rough Skin point is really confusing right now - something like "Against Garchomp, always use Earthquake instead of Outrage to avoid being KOed by Rough Skin" conveys the same information but without all of the extra details

2/2 after I see this is implemented
