With Bulk Up, Ceruledge becomes a formidable setup Pokemon thanks to its great offensive typing and solid bulk. Additionally, Ceruludge's immunity to Will-O-Wisp thanks to Flash Fire is a major advantage, making it more consistent against Pokemon like Rotom-W and bulky Volcarona. Bitter Blade offers Ceruledge much-appreciated recovery, letting it maintain longevity and more easily set up. Shadow Sneak is valuable priority, letting Ceruledge pick off threats such as Dragapult, Gholdengo, Iron Valiant, and opposing Ceruledge that have been worn down. Taunt is important for preventing phazing from the likes of Ting-Lu while also preventing Toxapex's Haze. It also prevents status from the likes of Toxapex and Rotom-W, as well as recovery from defensive Pokemon like Clodsire, Toxapex, and Skeledirge. 12 Speed EVs ensure that Ceruledge is able to outspeed defensive Rotom-W, letting it prevent Thunder Wave with Taunt while being able to set up after Terastalization. Tera Bug gives Ceruledge a generally solid defensive typing with few weaknesses that synergizes well with Flash Fire. Additionally, it turns Ceruledge's Ground weakness into a resistance, letting it more easily take on Pokemon like Great Tusk and Tera Ground Volcarona. Meanwhile, Tera Fairy lets Ceruledge withstand hits from the likes of Choice Specs Dragapult and mixed Iron Valiant.

Ceruledge fits on various offensive teams as a potent wincon thanks to its combination of Bulk Up and Bitter Blade giving it good longevity. Wallbreakers such as Kingambit, Iron Valiant, and Greninja can break through Pokemon that would otherwise check Ceruledge like Dondozo and Garganacl, letting Ceruledge more easily find opportunities to clean. Pokemon like Meowscarada, Great Tusk, and Breloom appreciate Ceruledge's ability to check Volcarona. In return, these Pokemon can wear down threats like Rotom-W for Ceruledge to take advantage of later. Ceruledge's typing leaves it vulnerable to Dark-type Pokemon like Roaring Moon and Hydreigon. Fairy-types like Iron Valiant and Scream Tail make for solid teammates, as they can take a hit from and overwhelm these threats. In return, Ceruledge can act as a much-appreciated check to Pokemon like Iron Moth and Cinderace. Breloom also appreciates Ceruledge's ability to check Fire-types, and in return it can OHKO both Hydreigon and Roaring Moon with Mach Punch. Entry hazard support from the likes of Garchomp, Glimmora, and Meowscarada helps wear down aforementioned checks like Roaring Moon and Hydreigon.

With Bulk Up, Ceruledge becomes a formidable set-up Pokemon thanks to its great offensive typing and solid bulk. Additionally, Flash Fire's immunity to burn is a major advantage as even after Terastalization, Ceruledge still maintains an immunity to burn, making it more consistent against Pokemon like Rotom-W and Bulky Volcarona. Bitter Blade offers Ceruledge much appreciated recovery, letting it maintain longevity and more easily set up. Shadow Sneak is valuable priority, letting Ceruledge pick off threats such as Dragapult, Gholdengo, Iron Valiant, and opposing Ceruledge that have been worn down. Taunt is important for preventing phasing from the likes of Ting-Lu while also preventing Pokemon like Volcarona from being able to set up. (Volcarona is an odd choice cause the ones you beat you beat them regardless, and the ones you dont you just dont. Not sure stopping set up is particularly important for the set, maybe from Bulk Up Great Tusk. You can instead mention Toxapex's Haze) It also prevents status from the likes of Toxapex and Rotom-W. 12 Speed EVs ensure that Ceruledge is able to outspeed defensive Rotom-W, letting it prevent Thunder Wave while being able to set up after Terastalization. Mention how Taunt also prevents recovery attempts from defensive walls like Clodsire, Skeledirge and Toxapex, letting you beat them 1 on 1) Tera Bug gives Ceruledge a generally solid defensive typing with few weaknesses that synergizes well with Flash Fire.

Ceruledge fits on various offensive teams as a potent win condition thanks to its combination of Bulk Up and Bitter Blade giving it good longevity. Wallbreakers such as Kingambit, Iron Valiant, and Greninja can break through Pokemon that would otherwise check Ceruledge like Great Tusk, Ting-Lu, and Toxapex (bit weird mentions since you beat all of them when Tera. Try Dondozo and Garganacl instead, who are also checked by Greninja and Iron Valiant), letting Ceruledge more easily find opportunities to clean. Pokemon like Meowscarada, Great Tusk, and Dragonite appreciate Ceruledge's ability to check Volcarona. (Not sure about Dragonite needing help with Volcarona. Its a fair statement but would rather mention something like Breloom) In return, these Pokemon can wear down threats for Ceruledge to take advantage of later, with the former two having Knock Off to more easily wear down threats like Hydreigon and Roaring Moon (I understand this but neither one is particularly keen on switching into Great Tusk and probably not Meowscarada either. I would actually mention teammates that can straight up check instead of weaken Hydra and Moon since they threaten Ceruledge rather hardly). Entry hazard support from the likes of Garchomp, Glimmora, and Meowscarada helps wear down aforementioned checks like Ting-Lu, Roaring Moon, and Hydreigon.

If you want to add on what Ceruledge provides for the team you can add checking Iron Moth and Cinderace, as its pretty good at it, and helps the Iron Valiant and Breloom mentioned somewhere.
