Breeding Variants

+

Pokemon Name: Liepard-Oceanmaster (Liepard + Samurott)
Egg Group:
Field
Stats: 64 / 88 / 50 / 98 / 50 / 106 (BST: 456, averaged special attack)
Type: Dark / Water
New Moves: Hydro Pump, Surf, Ice Beam, Aqua Jet, Swords Dance
Abilities: Prankster / Torrent / Shell Armor
Dex Entry: This species has smooth armor plating covering the top of its stomach, a crown covering its head, and armor covering the lower parts of its legs, but its paws exposed. It uses its ability to go invisible to fire off powerful blasts of sea water and rapid sneaker waves before its target has a chance to react.
Competitive Use: Let's be honest here: this is just Liepard, but with more immediate power on the special attacking side. Oh, and it's still just as versatile and unpredictable as it is in its base form.
Is It Broken?: No. Liepard is still incredibly frail, so if it doesn't KO whatever's in front of it, it will likely get KOed or heavily weakened in return. Its special attacking power still isn't great, so it needs boosts from Choice Specs or Nasty Plot, with the former making it relatively easy to exploit if it's already been Choice-locked into a certain move, while the latter is hard to pull off given its poor bulk. It faces competition from Ash-Greninja, who is faster and more powerful, although Liepard's versatility and unpredictability are definitely reasons to use it.

+

Pokemon Name: Espeon-Flamemaster (Espeon + Delphox)
Egg Group:
Field
Stats:
65 / 65 / 66 / 130 / 95 / 110 (531 BST, averaged defense)
Type:
Fire / Psychic
New Moves:
Fire Blast, Will-O-Wisp, Mystical Fire, Solar Beam, Overheat
Abilities:
Magician / Synchronize / Magic Bounce
Dex Entry:
This Espeon variant can, in an instant, levitate the stick it wields and blast a devastating beam of fire and then return it to its mouth.
Competitive Use:
An offensive Magic Bounce user that takes advantage of its great STAB combo to pressure common hazard setters. While its coverage isn't the best, it is decent enough to let it serve as a powerful special attacker.
Is It Broken?: Espeon-Flamemaster's biggest gripe is still its poor bulk, sitting at a below-average 65/66/95. On top of this, it now has to contend with a Stealth Rock weakness, which eats away at Espeon's already poor longevity, and its defensive typing is actually even worse, as it stacks weaknesses to Ash-Greninja, Landorus-T, and Mega Tyranitar. It faces competition from Mega Diancie as an offensive Magic Bounce user, as it stacks much less weaknesses, is bulkier, and is simply more powerful, although the fact that Espeon doesn't take up the mega slot and the fact it can run Choice Specs to wallbreak or a Z-crystal (preferably Grassium Z or Firium Z) to nuke bulky targets are definitely reasons to use it.

Considering how Sketch works, Smeargle would just give that. I personally feel like even making it so the final product only gets one Sketch would still be too much and cause subs to become "give this Pokemon the most broken Sketch move it can possibly use + Normal STAB", let alone 2-5.

737373elj

Banned deucer.
I didn’t look through all the subs but Sceptile-Ampere because I like Ampharos xD
I do like it competitively too though.

Edit: hey people why don’t we ban voting for yourself otherwise you’ll just vote for yourself not for merit

Voting's over!
First Place
+

Pokemon Name: Espeon-Dusk ( Espeon + Umbreon )
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 65 / 65 / 85 / 130 / 95 / 110 | 555 BST ( Def Averaged )
Type:

New Moves:
Dark Pulse, Foul Play, Taunt, Moonlight, Sucker Punch
Abilities: Synchronize | Magic Bounce (HA)
Dex Entry: When the sun and moon are both visible in the sky, this pokemon can see clearly into the minds of other pokemon and people.
Competitive Use: An offensive Magic Bounce abuser with some of Espeon's flaws mitigated. A second STAB and a boost to Def should make it a lot more useable. Although it faces competition from Mega Diancie, it can hold Choice Specs or a Z move, and be used with a different mega.
Second Place

Pokemon Name: Avalugg-Shield (Avalugg + Bastiodon)
Egg Group: Monster
Stats: 95 / 117 / 184 / 44 / 92 / 28 (560 BST, Special Defense stats averaged)
Type:

New Moves: Heavy Slam, Metal Burst, Iron Tail, Stealth Rock, Taunt
Abilities: Soundproof / Ice Body | HA: Sturdy
Dex Entry: It's the last lineage of a cross breeding that happened many thousand years ago. It uses its strong structure on its head for both offensive and defensive purpose.
Avalugg-Shield @ Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Heavy Slam / Avalanche
- Recover / Taunt
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
Third Place
Dusclops is an interesting NFE, yes?

Pokemon Name: Dusclops-Gastric (Amorphous) [Eviolite-compatible]
Stats: 75/70/130/60/130/25 | 490 BST
Type: Ghost/Water
New Moves: Recover, Scald, Yawn, Mirror Coat, Earth Power
Abilities: Pressure, Sticky Hold, Frisk
Height: 1.2m
Weight: 30.2kg (60 BP)
Dex Entry: In an unlikely phenomenon, the purple liquid secreted by Gastrodon has caused Dusclops's body to liquefy. Some of its kindred have adhesive hands.

Pokemon Name: Delphox-Lazy
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 75 / 114 / 72 / 114 / 100 / 104 | BST: 579
Type: Normal / Fire
New Moves: Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Earthquake, Slack Off
Abilities: Blaze | Truant | Magician (HA)
Dex Entry: While it lays around for 16 hours per day, its unique combination of brains and brawn make it dangerous to face.
Competitive Use: A example of something good you can make with Slaking. Gaining BoltBeam coverage, as well as a usable Attack stat and recovery, it does make Delphox able to pull off a attacker role really well.
Is It OP?: It still has 4MSS, though, thanks to its many excellent options, and a lack of a good physical Fire STAB outside of Fire Punch.

(May or may not replace with another Slaking donor fusion)

Pokemon Name: Lurantis-Nut
Egg Group: Grass
Stats: 75 HP / 105 Atk / 90 Def / 102 SpA / 90 SpD / 45 Spe | BST: 502
Type: Grass / Dragon
New Moves: Dragon Hammer, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Flamethrower, Outrage
Abilities: Frisk | Contrary (HA)
Dex Entry: This Lurantis variant sports extremely long scythes that it uses like stilts to prop itself high in the air to capture sunlight better.
Competitive Use: Its essentially Lurantis, but with a higher special attack and Dragon sub typing. It is particularly potent under Trick Room.
Espeon-Dusk 6

Avalugg-Shield 5

Dusclops-Gastric 4
Delphox-Lazy 4
Lurantis-Nut 4

Mantine-Spiny 3

Bruxish-Shark 2
Parasect-Bouquet 2
Shiftry-Kalua 2

Sceptile-Ampere 1
Glalie-Toadstool 1
Mandibuzz-Brave 1
Umbreon-Dawn 1
Comfey-Fungus 1

Our next slate shall be a special slate!

Rule Reversal
As suggested by Ticktock, in this slate you can use mons from UU and above as bases, but the donors must be RUBL or below! Mega rules are unchanged, however. Watch your power levels and have fun submitting!

we have no new fairies, lemme fix that rq

:xy/primarina::xy/persian-alola:
Pokemon Name: Primarina-Crook (Primarina + Persian-Alola)
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 80 / 74 / 74 / 126 / 116 / 87 (557 BST)
Type:
/

New Moves: Dark Pulse, Parting Shot, Switcheroo, Taunt, Thunderbolt
Abilities: Torrent, Fur Coat
Dex Entry: If it gets caught trying to steal something, it'll emit a loud screech to disarm foes and run away.
Competitive Use: Special Attacker with Parting Shot pivoting and extra defensive utility.

:xy/togekiss::xy/granbull:
Pokemon Name: Togekiss-Brutal (Togekiss + Granbull)
Egg Group: Fairy
Stats: 85 / 85 / 95 / 120 / 115 / 80 (580 BST)
Type:

New Moves: Bulk Up, Close Combat, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Play Rough
Abilities: Hustle, Intimidate, Super Luck
Dex Entry: While it is still capable of powerful ranged attacks, this variant of Togekiss prefers to physically pummel its foes with its spiked wings until they can no longer move.
Competitive Use: H U S T L E K I S S I S B A C K

Oh goodie... Mwahahaha!

Gyarados + Seaking
Pokrmon Name:
Gyarados-Horned
Egg Group: Water2
Stats: 95/125/79/62/100/81
Type: Water/Flying
Ability: Lightningrod/Intimidate (Moxie)
New Moves: Megahorn, Drill Run, Agility, Poison Jab, Soak
Dex Entry: The crest on its head is replaced with a powerful horn.
Competitive Use: It's Gyarados with Lightningrod... that's the only real change made unless you want to do some sort of Agility shenanigans or think Megahorn and Poison Jab are worth considering. Is it broken? I dunno, I just really like highlighting the fun things you can do in this mod.

+

Pokemon Name: Infernape-Bugout
Egg Group: Human-like (seriously)
Stats: 76/104/71/104/78/108 (Special Defense stats averaged)
Type: Fire/Bug
New Moves: Bug Buzz, Play Rough, Ice Punch, Thunderbolt, Giga Drain
Abilities: Blaze/Tinted Lens (Iron Fist)
Dex Entry: Fluttering about, this monkey takes to the trees and feasts like a bug. It can use its lenses to find precious tree dwelling morsels.
Competitive Use: Fire/Bug is a balancing act to keep it from being too easy to bring in. Still, Tinted Lens is the real hero here and is why Volbeat's Tail Glow isn't being considered instead, since it doesn't get that ability and Prankster doesn't really help you kill as well as Tinted Lens would.

Pokémon Name
: Mamoswine-Cameo
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 110/130/80/70/90/80 (560 BST | Averaged Sp. Defense)
Typing: Ice / Normal
New Moves: Shadow Sneak, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Fake Out, Drain Punch
Abilities: Oblivious / Protean | Thick Fat
Dex Entry: Despite it's large size, Cameo Mamoswine can easily hide on any spot by adapting the color and designs of the environment. The problem is that the blue marking on its face doesn't do the camouflage.
Competitive Potentials: Protean Wallbreaker or Revenge Killer. Fake Out + Shadow Sneak/Sucker Punch/Ice Shard can be a deadly Priority for revenge killing combo, and it have other tools that are perpetually STAB-boosted as well, such as Drain Punch, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Superpower, Avalanche, Iron Head and Double-Edge, making its potential coverage a bit unpredictable. Just the fact that it can learn four Priority moves means that you won't know what will it use (though Fake Out is generally guaranteed) until it uses them, giving pressure to almost every offensive Pokemon (aside of Tapu Lele if it switches in. See below for obvious reason).
Is It Overpowered?: Psychic Terrain can screw up with its Priority moves, and while its bulk allows it to take hits from neutral hits, a misprediction can result a potentially embarrassing loss for Cameo Mamoswine (i.e. using Shadow Sneak on a Fighting-type who is going to use Knock Off). 80 Speed isn't too impressive (but not too slow either), meaning that even with Priority moves, it might be revenge killed just as easily (though Sucker Punch means that Mega Alakazam must fight it cautiously unless if it have Psychic Terrain support). It also competes with fellow Protean users, Greninja and Camo Kingdra, by virtue of being faster, but Cameo Mamoswine do have better starting power, bulk and the cheeky Fake Out + other Priority combo.

Pokémon Name
: Sylveon-Protector
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 95/65/98/110/130/60 (558 BST | Averaged Defense)
Typing: Fairy / Ground
New Moves: Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Earthquake, Earth Power, Stealth Rock
Abilities: Solid Rock | Pixilate
Dex Entry: The heavy armor of Protector Sylveon allows it to protect its Trainer or other Pokemon it really cares from any threat. It also use its fairy power to keep itself afloat over the water.
Competitive Potentials: Having a potentially potent Fairy / Ground typing, Protector Sylveon can bring terror to Fighting-types, Dragon-types and Electric-types alike. With a Calm Mind set up, its Pixilate Hyper Voice or Moonblast and Earth Power, alongside either Flamethrower or Thunderbolt, it is able to hit a lot of Pokemon in the OU tier, and a Calm Mind boosted Special Defense allows it to tank special moves, even Super Effective moves if running Solid Rock. The improved Defense for Protector Sylveon allows it to tank Physical Moves a little better. It is also one of those Stealth Rock setters.
Is It Overpowered?: Even with an improved Defense, dedicated wallbreakers with Super Effective moves or boosted Attack can quickly take it down, especially Kartana and Tapu Bulu with their Grass-type STAB (though neither will never want to switch-in into a Flamethrower). It also suffer from 4MSS, which means that there is a chance that one special wall will stop it, and Chansey is always an option to wear it down. It also competes with several other Special Attacking Fairy-types, most notably Tapu Lele for being able to set up Psychic Terrain and better starting Special Attack, but Protector Sylveon compensates with being able to eliminate most Poison-types and have better bulk. Lack of Thunderbolt means that multiple Water-type offensive Pokémon and Flying-type Pokemon not weak to Ice Beam can counter it very reliably.

Pokémon Name
: Gengar-Enchanted
Egg Group: Amorphous
Stats: 60/65/60/130/90/110 (515 BST | Averaged Special Defense)
Typing: Ghost / Poison
New Moves: Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Power Gem, Mystical Fire, Memento
Abilities: Levitate
Dex Entry: Enchanted Gengar is able to cast magic into it's victims in order to bring a twist of their usual ghostly prank. If really attacked, however, it will inflict a severe hex that will last for a century.
Competitive Potentials: Basically Gengar, but with set up moves, restored Levitate, slightly better Special Defense (which can work with Calm Mind), additional coverage in the name of Mystical Fire, and the disruptive Memento move. Practically just an improvement that focus on wallbreaking or set-up sweeping, something that standard Gengar cannot do, but without going way too overboard like Mega Gengar, because at least you can still switch away for safety. Its high speed can also be useful as a revenge killer by wearing a Choice Scarf, something that Mega Alakazam canont do. Steel-types are less effective as a Mystical Fire from a Nasty Plot boosted Enchanted Gengar will severely damage almost all of them at best (and Heatran wouldn't like neutral hit from boosted Shadow Ball either), and same for Toxapex because Enchanted Gengar can use Psychic.
Is It Overpowered?: It remain very frail on the Physical side, and its Special Defense, while quite improved, isn't enough to save it from a Super Effective hits in any form (unless you somehow managed to spam Calm Mind for the special side, and even so this is rare). Unlike Mega Gengar, it don't have Shadow Tag (which is good), so you are able to freely switch a proper counter or check into it. Ghost / Poison isn't the best defensive type (though not too damaging), as while Levitate alleviates the Ground-type weakness (unless you take Excadrill's Mold Breaker into consideration), it remains weak to the common Dark-type, Psychic-type and less common Ghost-type, and Dark-type can be especially a bad news because of Pursuit STAB.

EDIT: Got rid all of my subs aside of Sylveon-Protector (though if people want to ban this as well, then so be it) and gonna think about replacements that won't go as crazy as my deleted subs. Replaced Thunderbolt with Earthquake to allow more counters, most notably Water-types.

EDIT 2: Re-enter Cameo Mamoswine after Yung Dramps become convinced and lifted it's ban, though I understand why Yung Dramps was initially concerned. Now I only need to find one replacement.

Ticktock better bring back Breloom-Luau
Your wish is my command.

Pokemon Name: Breloom-Luau
Egg Group: Grass
Stats: 70 / 130 / 80 / 60 / 60 / 85 | BST: 485
Type: Fairy / Fighting
New Moves: Play Rough, U-Turn, Petal Blizzard, Growth, Aromatherapy
Abilities: Triage | Poison Heal | Technician (HA)
Dex Entry: This Breloom variant has instead sweet-smelling flowers instead of its usual fungus, though it does absorb toxins well.
Competitive Use: Well, its Breloom, but with a better base Speed stat, great STAB coverage, and 3 amazing abilities. Oh, and its a pretty flower girl.

Pokemon Name: Tangrowth-Roses
Egg Group: Grass
Stats: 100 / 100 / 125 / 110 / 77 / 50 | BST: 562
Type: Grass / Poison
New Moves: Spikes, Poison Jab, Shadow Ball, Toxic Spikes, Extrasensory
Abilities: Chlorophyll | Technician | Regenerator (HA)
Dex Entry: This Tangrowth variant is covered in rose-infested vines, being both great to smell and terrible to eat.
Competitive Use: With Spikes and a better amount of defenses and typing, Tangrowth becomes a even better wall than before. Though, its new weakness to Psychic-type attacks is not helpful.

Pokemon Name: Skarmory-Primordial
Egg Group: Flying
Stats: 65 / 110 / 140 / 40 / 70 / 70 | BST: 495
Type: Steel / Flying
New Moves: Earthquake, Knock Off, U-Turn, Stone Edge, Quick Attack
Abilities: Defeatist | Sturdy | Weak Armor (HA)
Dex Entry: While this Skarmory variant is less-than-stellar at flying, its powerful claws and hard body are beyond peak performance.
Competitive Use: Skarmory takes revenge for being a sitting duck, and can now actually deal back damage with its pretty good coverage and 110 Attack, amped up with a Swords Dance. Its quite easy to do thanks to its typing and 140 Defense, but its Speed is quite mediocre at best, even after a Agility. Defensively, it has a switching move, but other than that, its about the same.
