In the replay, if bro got the burn on the first turn (30% chance) it won. However, it doesn't matter. Mega Gyarados has taunt and mold breaker and can just Taunt t1 no matter what and KO past a t1 Scald burn and using taunt as needed.

Edit: Elo Bandit pointed out to me that even though you can taunt through Oblivious, Oblivious will actually remove Taunt afterwards. Slowbro with a 30% burn chance can win.
