You're at work and notice a trashcan at your place of work that has a decent amount of water in it. You know that if it doesn't get taken out now it will surely burst when your replacement comes into change it. If you change it now you're essentially just throwing out a bag but bit of water in it thus contributing to plastic waste.

Do you take the garbage out now and save your coworker from a day ruining experience at the end of their shift but contributing to plastic waste?

Or

Do you leave it for your coworker in the interest of saving the environment from one more plastic bag but majorly inconvenience them and making them hate their life on a Saturday night.

That's sure not a great predicament to be in... I guess you have to weigh which you value more, your coworker or the environment

pessimist: you wont live to see the effects on the environment and won’t be on the clock when coworker shouts FUCK at the end of their shift
