HP:255
Attack:10
Defense:10
Sp. Atk:75
Sp. Def:135
Speed:55

Pros:

- Bulky as hell! can eat almost any special hit like no tomorrow. Can take hits from mons like hydreigon, gengar, Kilowattrel, armarouge, florges, etc.
- Blissey is hard to wear down esp with status and special attackers as with nature cure and boots make it immune to hazards so you cannot just hazard stack against it and call it a day
- Calm Mind is able to clean up games on the spot especially with a good tera it can become unstoppable if you lack the pokemon to pressure it

Cons:

- Blissey is passive, it can be abused easily by most pokemon that can take advantage of it such as being unable to punish setup sweepers especially physical ones as it can just get ko'ed and is easily forced out by them.
- Blissey only has 8pp of recovery, this means it has to exceed great cation when trying to use them recklessly such as taking unnecessary hits.
- It relies on its item to not burn a lot of soft boil PP, this means knock off is hugely detrimental

Terastalizing Potential:

Ghost: This makes blissey immune to fighting moves which can be a clutch moment to turn a battle around, it also gives blissey more shadow ball damage which can allow it to push more damage on psychic and ghost types such as armarouge, gengar, scream tail, etc.
Fairy: Gives it a fighting resistances and a general good amount of resistances to dark, immunity to dragon, and makes u-turn pressure less suffocating

Stealth Rocks Blissey

Blissey @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Natural Cure
Tera Type: Fairy / Ghost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Soft-Boiled
- Seismic Toss
- Shadow Ball

this set is able to setup up stealth rocks on bulky teams and function as a great gengar check especially since shadow ball breaks sub and forces it out unless it wants to take a lot of damage. Tera fairy helps vs knock off, dragon moves, and against fighting types in a pinch, while tera ghost can emergency spinblock, and gets an immunity to fighting which can also help it in a pinch to get a surprise KO.

Calm Mind Blissey

Blissey @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Natural Cure
Tera Type: Fairy / Ghost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Soft-Boiled
- Ice Beam
- Shadow Ball

this functions as a wincon on stall teams as after a couple of calm minds it can be really threatening especially if you do not have very very strong pokemon to pressure it from the physical side, and even then it can suprise tera and take them out. This set is able to take advantage of passive pokemon that give it free turns that think it cannot do anything about a florges, scream tail, forretress, alolomola, arcanine, etc and instead use it to setup on them

Blissey is still one of the best special walls in the game. Losing Toxic though made it even more passive than it already though. It still gets Thunder Wave luckily which can help neutralize some threats who switch in. It's also not as sturdy as it used to be with with entry hazards being more common, it's recoverys pp getting cut in half and having to deal with even more new threats. It's exceptional at what it does, and can check some of the scariest threats in the tier.
