No one wanted one when I asked twice, but its good have and good to see someone other than me doing something for doubles. :P
That said though, I would bold important benchmarks. Scarf Landog, Scarf Hydreigon, max speed Thundurus, max and neutral 100's, max and neutral 70's (Breloom/Bisharp/Toed), +2 Ludicolo / Mega Swampy, stuff like that. Would also add: Neutral 108's (Adamant Terrakion, basically) along with Iron Ball Toed and TTar; nothing else really needs one. I know it's a gen 5 relic but might be good for completion sake.
Oh and Dragalge, Altaria, and Lapras are pretty unimportant if you feel like cleaning at all.

Not trying to be a nitpicking bastard; I know I sound like one lol. I do appreciate the thread, like I said its one less thing I have to do now. I'll add this to the resources section in a bit.

I would specify what the exact boost is, so maybe make it "Sand Rush Excadrill" or "Scarf Landorus"

Thanks! I've been using various other speed tiers when building teams for a while now and figured that if I were to make one more specific to BSD for myself then that's probably something somebody else would find useful as well. I added everything you mentioned except for Iron Ball Politoed and Tyranitar, which are items that aren't even in the Top 20 for either Pokemon so I don't feel they're relevant. Lapras I think is viable enough to keep, and Dragalge is staying for now because I'm biased having written the Draglage analysis. Altaria I could remove, but it's not like it has a speed stat all to itself anyway, so I don't feel too bad about just leaving it there.

I gave this a try, but it ended up looking pretty messy for the more crowded speed stats. I think it should already be fairly obvious to the reader where the boosts are coming from so I'm omitting this for now.

Ah, that's why Dragalge is there. Fair enough. :P
Toed / TTar are relics like I said, so also fine lol.
As for bolding, I mean something like this:

139 / Smeargle / 75 / +Spe / 252 / 0
137 / Kingdra, Suicune / 85 / Neutral / 252 / 0
134 / Breloom / 70 / + Spe / 252 / 0
133 / Gyarados, Milotic / 81 / Neutral / 252 / 0
132 / Gardevoir, Mamoswine, Venusaur / 80 / Neutral / 252 / 0
131 / Thundurus / 111 / Neutral / 0 / 0
Bold the whole line, not just the numerical value. It makes the relevent benchmarks stand out more when skimming. Would bold these benchmarks:
- TR Cress
- TR Toed
- TR Gothitelle
- Regular and TR Amoonguss
- Max Speed Smeargle (The one I bolded in the above example)
- Max Speed 110's (Gengar, Latios, Raichu)
- Max Speed 120's (Mega Salamence, Alakazam)
- Max Speed 130's (Mega Gengar, Aerodactyl, Crobat)

After that it should be grand, imo.
